I was able to make a same day emergency appointment with Dr Zhang and she was wonderful! She took care of my problem with great care and detail and saved my weekend! A wonderful practice. If I lived in Boston, this would be my dental group!

As a student in Boston, I decided to have it fixed at Beacon Dental back in April. When it unexpectedly chipped again last week, they got me in for an appointment the same day I called and fixed it right away since the original work was still within the one-year period. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Experiencia negativa: I'd give it zero stars if I could. The receptionist openly refused to return money owned to me, quite disrespectful, rude individual. Dr. Luan Zhang is an incompetent, unprofessional dentist that botched a simple filling procedure done by her, which exposed me to pain for weeks and finally to a root canal. I went to that office once and I hated it. Go there if you would like to be scammed by receptionist, and to be provided a less than mediocre dental job

Experiencia negativa: This place is good for average dental checkups and cleanings but don’t go here for surgery. Had wisdom teeth removed here and had ensuing numbness. Was told to simply take vitamins and that it would go away eventually. Received no advice on recourse even after it was clear it wouldn’t get better, and am now seeking options to solve what is probably permanent nerve damage.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shen did a tremendous job with my tooth extraction. Other than the shots to numb the area (which were only mildly painful), I experienced no pain during the procedure. I was very impressed with his ability to stitch up the area with a teeny tiny needle using forceps! I have sewn for years but I doubt that I could replicate that skill. The assistant and the front office receptionist were very kind and most helpful. I highly recommend Beacon Dental Center!
