Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to the Family Dental Center for 43 years now and with very few, if any, issues! Dr Welker is outstanding and Dr Ritz too, and for various issues. I just had a cap fall out and left a VM with them on Sunday. By 7:20 AM on Monday they returned my call, I was in at 10:30 AM and they fixed it and I was out of there in 30 minutes, amazing! Their front desk staff has always been good too, friendly, professional and easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say about everyone, and that is very rate today! Plus when you call an actual human answers, with no AI or high tech to deal with - priceless!!! I could not be happier with them - Rudy Younger...

You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to do it the right way. He’s basically the Michael Jordan of dentists. The hygienists and other staff members are also amazing. They’re very nice and welcoming. Look I know, nobody looks forward to going to the dentist but with a practice like this it’s makes it a lot less stressful.

I'm so glad he encouraged me to go there, because FDC is a special place. Dr. Welker is "our guy" but we love Dr. Ritz, too. They both are as genuine, warm, and compassionate as you could hope for, and they are gifted at breaking things down for patients, meeting each individual where they are at. They offer treatment plan options that are realistic for each patient's financial situation, so you always feel like you have choices, and you don't feel judged for your decision. Ana is, hands down, the best hygienist my husband and I have had the privilege of seeing in our lifetimes. She is extremely skilled and diplomatic, and she has a fantastic personality. She genuinely cares about people, has a ton of energy, and always has good suggestions to share. She is wise beyond her years. Front desk staff like Kelly are super professional and efficient. We appreciate you, Kelly! FDC has the human qualities that so many medical practices lose when they are gobbled up by conglomerates. We dearly hope FDC remains independent so they can keep providing the high level of community dental care, warmth, and flexibility that makes them special.

Experiencia negativa: I went after getting a bad filling in a different office and having discomfort. The doctor recommended a root canal and took the time to do it the same day. He seemed to know what he was doing and he seemed to really care about my case. I don’t really know what happened, but after the Rct I felt worse than before and was suffering for almost 3 weeks. The rct was unfinished and I had paid for the full treatment and never got any money back. The only positive thing I can say about this office is that the assistant Roxy was really nice, she was very human and kind. I am very sad that the treatment failed, I thought I had found I good place to go after dealing with a really bad experience with a dentist.
