Dedicated Dental Studios of Poughkeepsie

Experiencia fantástica: Dedicated Dental is like going into a dental spa establishment. lol The entire staff are courteseous and are more than happy to assist you! Once again, I have to single out Carlos for going above and beyond. He is super professional, has an easygoing manner plus gives you A+ advice on the proper way to maintain your teeth. You can tell he’s really committed to helping you improve your dental care. Thus far, I am exceedingly happy with this establishment and look forward to my next appointment! Anthony L.

Experiencia negativa: I had a poor experience. I went for a simple crown over an implant. This is my 6th, but first in this office. It has always been quick , pain free and simple. My face is black and blue, swollen, and the area aches. I have never had pain during this kind of procedure. I had to ask for numbing. No one followed with a call of how I was feeling. The office wanted my payment before they started, now I know why. I asked for a paper bill. I had to insist. They are paperless despite $2600 for the crown. They do have paper cups and paper bibs but hang on to the paper for printing a bill. Find another practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Always greeted with a hello and a smile. Very happy with the service they provide!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best dentist in the area. The whole staff is amazing front office to back. Always takes the time to explain procedures, completely pain free! Do not hesitate to use this office. 5 stars are not enough

Experiencia fantástica: Dedicated Dental Studios of Poughkeepsie I will highly recommend anyone looking for excellent dentist to go to..The office very nice..you can have tea or coffee..all of the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable..they make you feel welcome..Dr. Michael Heller does an excellent job..I have had root canals and crowns and I left feeling thankful and hardly no pain..Very professional and all the assistants are friendly and welcoming..Thank you all for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: With my low income it was a bit scary to come here to get my teeth checked. However when I first walk through the doors I was greeted incredibly nicely and treated extremely well, everyone was very nice and honest. I was given also a good plan to help as with step by step instructions to. I'm very thankful to all at Dedicated Dental staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good doctors clean place and did a good job

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about this office. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Carlos did my x-rays, cleaning, etc. The standard of care was excellent. He listened to all of my concerns and was knowledgeable and kind. I learned new things about how to improve my oral hygiene routine today. The equipment in the office is state of the art. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a kind, caring and knowledgeable dental office. Update: 2nd visit with them today and every bit as excellent as my first visit. Update: I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve had the same excellent care every visit.

Experiencia negativa: Tooth repair factory. While the lead dentist is “high touch” ( he always puts his hand on my shoulder ( from behind before I see he’s there because the dental chair faces away from the entry to the exam room) which in contrast is kinda creepy), the team working here moves fast and has a take-no-prisoners method of administering services. I can do better elsewhere. Moving on,,

Experiencia fantástica: Carlos is the best.I will .not let anyone else clean my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with Dedicated Dental Studios of Poughkeepsie & would recommend. Dental Hygiene oral health & preventative care is exceptional. Highly skilled & experienced dental health professionals providing exceptional patient care experience in all aspects of dental healthcare, oral disease treatments, and administration.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional service !! Always pleasant and punctual.

Experiencia fantástica: Normally I’m very uncomfortable at the dentist, but the staff at dedicated dental made me feel at ease and were very polite and comforting. Dr Holler was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain things in a way that I understood and in a friendly manner.

Experiencia fantástica: At Dedicated Dental Studios, doctors, hygienists and administrative assistances are professional, personable, and efficient - high quality care with a personal touch. Reasonable pricing with good insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a dental visit at Dedicated Dental Studios that was, quite simply, first-class from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, the warm and professional greeting at the front desk set a positive tone for the entire appointment. The cleaning was thorough yet incredibly gentle, handled with a level of care that made the experience remarkably comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the clear and patient explanation provided during the exam. Every step of the process and the details of the quality of work were explained in a way that was easy to understand, leaving no room for uncertainty. It is rare to find a practice that balances technical excellence with such a high standard of patient communication. If you are looking for top-tier dental care, I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was kind, on time and very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough about my hygiene appointment with Carlos today. He is very professional, thorough and personable. Best cleaning I’ve had in years. Thank you for your dedication.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is very clean, and the staff and dentist are superb. They care for you as an individual, not as a "number".

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, very friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with Dedicated Dental. They are professional and friendly. Happy with any work they have done on my teeth. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to four different dentists since moving to the Hudson Valley and Dedicated Dental is unquestionably the best. Everyone is super friendly, Dr. B makes every procedure stress free, and - as an added bonus - they make all their crowns in-house, so no two week waiting for some mystery lab to get it to you, just an hour or two tops.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond to help my mother-n-law for her dental emergency and she had a wonderful experience despite needing emergency dental services. They got her in and addressed the issue the same day. I cannot express how grateful we are that they took such good care of her and the dental work that Dr Bajtner completed on her was outstanding! I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: The office was very welcoming. The waiting area has comfortable seating, magazines, and a cozy tea/coffee station. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and I instantly felt comfortable there. Dr. Michael Heller and his assistants went above and beyond to rectify work on my front tooth that was previously performed elsewhere. They made sure I left feeling happy with my smile. I am so grateful for their dedication to providing excellent care. They are truly amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for such great care! Happy i was able to save the tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a new patient to Dedicated Dental. I started with them in Feb. 2025. I find Dr. Bitner to be very professional and knowledgeable in Dental skills. I am going through the process of implants. My experience was tremendously smooth and quality of care immensely satisfactory. I will be finishing up with this implant and looking forward to him completing 2 more! Very nice facility and modern equipment. Staff has always been helpful and professional. I'm fortunate to have found a thoroughly well skilled dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dedicated Dental was able to get me in on short notice and provided exceptional service. Friendly atmosphere with top notch care.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent dentist and staff! They are very thorough, professional, and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was kind, honest, and very sympathetic. They explained everything clearly and were extremely helpful. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment exceeded my expectations. Everyone was thorough, patient and kind. The advanced technology is great as well. I'd definitely recommend Dedicated Dental Studios.

Experiencia fantástica: This team is efficient and helpful, The amount, as in cost of an implant w/support treatment does appear excessive, they do appear to be a well oiled team, I can only hope I have made a good choice.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent in every way! From being greeted by a fun, friendly staff happy to see you; to a very financially knowledgeable office manager; gentle, thorough, smiling hygienist and doctor/assistant team who worked flawlessly together with great skill and caring to give me a perfect new smile. This practice feels like a family.

Experiencia fantástica: THIS IS THE GREATEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I LOVE MY HYGIENIST AS WELL. THE WHOLE OFFICE IT'S JUST THE BEST. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOU AT, " DEDICATED DENTAL STUDIOS "!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to Dedicated Dental in Poughkeepsie NY. I was very satisfied with the staff professionalism and service provided. Thanks go out to my hygienist, Doctor and receptionist Lisa!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today for a cleaning, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The office staff was friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist was very caring and did a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to be seen the day that I called and they accommodated me. The entire staff was very nice and Dr. Heller did a really good job fixing my tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent hygienist visit. She knows my dental fears and is always gentle, kind and patient. I no longer fear these appointments. When I came to this practice I would cry when I sat down in the chair

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was excellent. Chris is very thorough & knowledgeable. He explains all procedures very well making it easy to understand. He is caring & kind.

Experiencia negativa: I paid $159 for a “consultation,” only to be told they don’t actually offer what I originally asked for over the phone — even though I was told they did provide composite bonding when I booked. my time with the dentist was maybe 10 minutes at most, the scans took longer. The visit felt rushed, with little concern for what I came in for, and I never received the referral I was promised over the phone. Overall, the staff was nice, but I probably won’t be returning. Deniva B.

Experiencia fantástica: So happy to see Dawn. Just love this dentist office it is the best and Dr Kay was exceptionally nice. I trust them fully. Had a wonderful cleaning experience too and the technician was excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with the staff and facilitaties at Dedicated Dental Studios. The hygienist is one of the best I've ever had: skillful, communicative, informative, and nice. The dental work I've had has been very good.

Experiencia fantástica: Once again- A 5 star visit with Carlos. He truly is the best Hygentist I’ve had in my lifetime. Thank you Carlos for always being a friendly, kind face to see, when I need to do my least favorite thing. I also appreciate the thoroughness of cleaning and checking my teeth (and even for mouth cancer at each visit). In addition the staff is always so friendly, especially Elaine. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr B is a wonderful dentist. He is a warm and caring person. He’s very clear and calming when explaining what needs to be done.He also has a very gentle touch while working on my teeth and gums.

Experiencia fantástica: Second review because I’ve been a consistent patient with this practice since probably about two years ago. I came in initially for an emergency and then stayed when I found out that they were able to do the things I needed for much less cost than was quoted to me at my old dentist and much less hassle. I think a lot of the reason people don’t go to the dentist as much as they should is because of shame. The professionals that work here are exactly that; professionals. They haven’t been judgmental at all and they’re always friendly and encouraging. The front office staff are all warm and helpful. I really highly recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: So, I called them up crying. I had a misaligned bite after getting some fillings, from another doctor, and I was in pain and unbelievably frustrated. moraine was an absolute doll over the phone. They got me in within the hour and did a thorough examination of the area. I already feel better. The doctor I saw was very reassuring and I felt less anxious when I left. I will be making them my permanent dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: The dental technician was very considerate of my medical condition. She did a wonderful job

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. B and his staff are the best I’ve ever encountered. Professional, kind, good humored with genuine caring for their clients. I so appreciate them all!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the most amazing and helpful staff! Every single person I encountered from the doc to the dog lol Thabk you for such a wonderful stress free consultation.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s Leslie that remains for me a constant over many years at HV Dental Arts. She is thorough as she is expert, yet ever personal. Elaine’s front desk welcome remains a delight. In recent times I’ve come to fully appreciate “Dr. B” - Dr. Batjner, principal of this dental practice - who provides primary medial attention & oversight in a disarmingly personable manner. On completion of any visit, it’s Jasmine who concludes all related administrative & patient considerations, done with an “above & beyond” intention and concern. Yes, I recommend this very fine dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started going to this dentist and my experience was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities were very clean and comfortable to use . I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the experience. First time visiting and definitely keeping them. The front desk staff treat the patients like family, call them by their name, very friendly- efficient environment. The dentists and assistants are very knowledgeable which gives me the confidence to trust them and continue my dental care with them. Already recommending to my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very polite and made you feel welcomed. It was nothing short of a great experince, and do recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentistry group! Wonderful staff and environment under one roof!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and empathetic Dr “B”, crystal, Jasmine and all the staff take great pride and attention to detail Lann Rubin Founder North east Ford, Millerton NY North East Service Center, Milton NY

Experiencia fantástica: the best dental office i have been to and i was searching around for a month and hands down the nicest and cleanest

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wisdom tooth that was in a rather difficult spot (right up against a crown) and Dr.Bajtner took it out quickly and painlessly. I was so shocked since all my other wisdom tooth removals had been painful with long recovery but this one healed quickly and had almost no pain in the days following removal! Could not recommend more, plus the front desk staff is lovely and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and professional. Courteous staff. I was able to get a cleaning, and she found a cavity on the side of a tooth. Dentist checked and I will make another appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I continue to love Dedicated Dental! Everyone is friendly and professional. They take great care of my family's dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Not many people say they love the dentist, but I love Dedicated ❤️ Dental. Their staff are accommodating, and pleasant. Your experience starts with the front desk staff, who always greets you with a sweet smile. The dental hygienist was informative ,funny and did her job well. My teeth felt clean and refreshed. The dentist was inviting and made you feel comfortable immediately. I have been with the for over a year now. No matter what I have done i am always satisfied. This is place where you can say, " I love going to the dentist!"

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was really nice. Dr. B took time to explain his thoughts on my situation and showed me my X Rays to help me understand.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kay is the best DDS! He really cares about his patience. He’s kind, gentle, and really smart. Not judge you but clear of what you need to do to take care of your teeth and mouth. Leslie is amazing and does a great job on cleaning and examining prior to Dr. Kay coming in. The front office, billing and all the other support team, are excellent and always nice, funny and everyone seems to smile, so I imagine they treat their employees really well.

Experiencia fantástica: The best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. Kind. Great listeners when it comes to fear or insecurities about your teeth. So knowledgeable. Always on time. Dr. B is the GOAT!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a fantastic dental practice! I was nervous about finding a new dentist and am so grateful to have discovered Dedicated Dental Studios. The whole staff is wonderful from the receptionists, hygienists, dentists and therapeutic dog, Jackson! Dr. Bajtner is the best, truly outstanding! If you are looking for a new dentist in the Hudson Valley, I highly recommend him and Dedicated Dental Studios.

Experiencia fantástica: Such friendly staff here, they put you right at ease. They have nice clean exam rooms and the equipment is all state of the art technology. Really happy I was able to find this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a friendly staff. Very accommodating and understanding. My teeth haven’t been this clean in a very long time. Extremely happy

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great. Doctor b was amazing. I have never had a tooth pulled while a week and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. And it was quick, not only that, but everyone at the office was very nice. And it was my first time ever being there. Definitely will be going back!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dentistry done right. The vibe of this dental office from the minute you walk in is positive, comforting, and relieving knowing your in good hands with competent professionals. Carlos is an awesome Hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: I travel one hour and 15 minutes to keep my dental appointment with Dr. Kay. This should tell you how heartily I recommend Dedicated Dental Studios of Poughkeepsie. The office staff is friendly and professional and accommodating. Dr. Kay is excellent! I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place wonderful first experience. Staff are super friendly, very nice with smiles everywhere. Very Clean, waiting time was exceptional and explanation of treatment plan were very detailed. So glad my family and I came here.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental office around in my opinion. From the ladies at reception and the lady who handled the billing..everything was explained perfectly. Now as far as Dr Kay goes.. I cannot express how greatful I am to him.. Both visits I have had with him went smooth and pain free. I will go no where else aside from him when it comes to dental work.. The entire staff is top notch!! Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist I’ve been to in my 31 years of living. Staff is so nice and engaged, the doctor (Kay) was great and comforting, the place looks really put together and neat. I had a great experience there.

Experiencia negativa: Jasmine the office manager and her receptionist staff are very unprofessional. Jasmine is superficial to the core and a wanna be important person and she's not. Jasmine has retaliated against me the customer because I did not need the other part of my mouth cleaned because it was done prior, which was notated in the notes. I'm perplexed at Jasmine's behavior to avoid phone calls, not be woman or professional enough to return the call for an appointment when she admitted that I had the treatment done. Jasmine has taken such a personal approach to my dental well being and used the receptionist as gate keepers from giving me appointments, such behavior I have never experienced from a dental professional establishment. When I called on 5/14/25, I requested the owner's information or her supervisor's information because she continued last week to say she was going to call me back and did not do so, now I realized and communicated that it felt very personal. I only met her one time in person, and my initial thought was she was superficial and wannabe so important and she's not. I asked for the owner's information to report her and did not get it. When I called again to ask for the information again, Jasmine sends a message through her gate keeper Elaine the receptionist, that she is going to send me an letter, mine you that's after the fact that I'm going to report the bizarre and unprofessionalism. Jasmine, I feel sorry for you chile, if denying me the opportunity to patronize the owner's business for dental work because I did not need that other side of mouth work completed, then kuddoos to you!! there are many other dental places, honestly, CARLOS is the reason I wanted to return, he's the real deal, I know Jasmine you wished it was you. I do not recommend this dental studio place, if Jasmine can get personal over not following their plan that requires you to have to pay out of pocket for a service that you already had done. Jasmine and her receptionist staff are not worth the time or day, however, I wanted to share this type of behavior because I'm sure this is not the first time she has retaliated against a dental client and it won't be the last unless the owner agrees with this type of management. All the glitter ain't gold, and in this case all the new technology not worth it if the staff is vindictive like JASMINE and her gatekeepers. If I could have given her 0stars, I would have and I will not give referrals to anyone I know moving forward.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front office staff to Joseph Bajtner DDS, if I could give them an A+ infinity I would. Absolutely amazing. Dr. “B” is the epitome of genuine kindness and concern. I have never had such a great experience at the DENTIST! I’m extremely picky in choosing a healthcare provider as I am in the field. I recommend Dr. Bajtner without hesitation, along with his staff. I’m looking forward to proceeding with my care plan.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dental group. I want to be a dental hygienist when I’m older and the staff let me shadow and they explained very nicely how they do work there. They work as a team and live their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely professional, clean, friendly and updated equipment. Explained what need to be done first. Very happy to let me know about insurances. Definitely happy to go there.

Experiencia fantástica: Every person there massively cares and does a wonderful job. They all explain everything associated with the visit the dental work the procedures. I am very, very happy that I have gone to this office. I’m very much looking forward to moving ahead with doctor Kay to take care of all my dental issues. Thank you very much

Experiencia fantástica: We were new moving to this area and are very pleased with this dental practice. They are friendly and accommodating. Chris does an excellent job of cleaning. Dr Kay is pleasant and gives positive feedback on your dental plan. I would recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience at dedicated dental. They’re so friendly and guide you gracefully through your dental care plan.. thank you!

Experiencia positiva: For a 1st visit everything was professional. Staff and Dr. Kay kept me and my wife calm after not being to the dentist for a few years. The technology seems very updated with in mouth cameras along with exraya We like to thank the office manager for being so transparent and letting us know that this dental office is one of several offices owned by two Dr Tappers.l which made us understand why Dr.Kay would only discuss procedures and let the office discuss prices because he doesn’t had the power to negotiate prices like a dentist does who owns his own practice. The reason why I’m taking off a star is because I believe even though this seems like a very technologically advanced dentist office and the prices reflect that. This office seems to even charge the Insurance companies New York City prices not realizing Dutchess County residents are on a lower income. They seem to charge a high rate for everyone and do not believe in a sliding scale for lower income families making hard to pay the deductible when your on a fixed income and they would rather give you Care Credit and let you work out payments with a third party while they get paid the high rates immediately after work. With the volume of patients that were coming through their office they could make up the difference on higher income patients while showing some compassion on older or lower income patients and give them an additional discount off the patients portion to what the Insurance already negotiated. I guess I’ll be at home eating at the food pantry for the next year while I pay off my dental bill while the staff will be able to go out to dinner with their family.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most wonderful experience at this Beautiful office. The staff is outstanding. Go see for yourself, you will not regret it. Love this place. Going back as soon as I get my funds together. Yes and Dr Bajtner did a magnificent job on my upper teeth. I'm looking so forward to him finishing the bottom. Thank you for loving doing what you do

Experiencia fantástica: I am very impressed with Dedicated Dental Studios and am extremely satisfied with the dental work I have had there. Dr. Kay did an amazing job with a same day crown as well as helping me have a better smile when other dentists couldn’t be bothered. I feel more confident with my smile than ever. I also have great things to say about my dental hygienist, Carlos. He takes the time to inform and educate me on my dental health and he genuinely cares. This office uses a lot of new technology and tools and is very clean and efficient. The receptionists are all very kind. I am so happy to have found this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! The reception staff was welcoming, the dental assistant was very kind, and Dr. Bajtner was highly professional with a great bedside manner. Modern equipment and top-quality care. Highly recommend! Let’s see how my implant goes :)

Experiencia fantástica: These people are amazing. I had the privilege to have my teeth cleaning on 9/16/24 at 3:00 p.m. the appointment was quick and convenient. I will recommend this office in a heartbeat to anyone if you are looking for great service and wants your teeth to be taking of care by people who care ; try them you will not be disappointed. Great customer service. Quiet environment. The dentist was straight forward with his explanations and answers questions . The dental hygienist who worked took care of my teeth; she was phenomenal, she did an excellent job with my teeth. She was patient and kind. I can't wait to go in 6 months. This experience was the best dental cleaning I ever had. Thank you so much for your help and hard work.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have received nothing but the best from ALL staff here. They are the most trustworthy dentist office ever. Everyone is so kind and attentive, personal in the most friendly yet professional way. I ended up moving further away and I still won’t change dentist offices because these people are so amazing. Thank you all!!!

Experiencia fantástica: As most people, I hated going to the dentist, or at least used to hate going. The team at Dedicated Dental Studios is warm and make it so much easier to maintain dental health. From the dentist to the office manager to the receptionist to the hygienist, top tier service. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dentist were wonderful today. I had a dental emergency and the office secured me a same-day appointment. They quickly identified the problem and created a detailed treatment plan. I'm happy to say this will be my new dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: From the front desk to the dentist chair, everyone was professional and polite. Carlos the dental hygienist is very thorough and friendly. They all took such good care of me. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming and professional staff. After not going to the dentist for more than four years the dentist assistant relieved my anxiety and plainly explained what was going on in my mouth. The front desk staff helped me understand and work through the treatment plan. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Continuing and new staff are effective, friendly, and attentive! Dentists explain procedures thoroughly. Our family has had many procedures done, all with great outcomes.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff were welcoming in the new office. Dr Kaye excellent technical skill and very personable. He does great work Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first appointment after deciding to switch dental providers. As soon as I checked in, they made me feel very comfortable and treated me as if I had been a patient for years. I met the whole staff, the office manager, the hygienist and one of the two dentists. After x-rays were taken, the hygienist went over everything and we put together a plan for future visits. I cannot remember when I felt so at ease with my Dental provider. By the time I left, I knew that I was very sure that I had made a great choice in choosing this dental practice. Just had another great appointment with the hygienist. Every thing went well.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a dental office with extreme compassion! From the moment you walk in they make you feel at home. I have had some serious dental work done here and would highly recommend them! Thank you all so very much

Experiencia positiva: Service is great but seeing a new hygienist or dentist every time you go is a little frustrating. Scheduling should be as consistent as possible with the same dentist or hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first of three visits to repair a broken crown. I found everyone to be very helpful, attentive, and professional. They explained everything they found in the preliminary examination and what needs to be done in the following appointments. They answered all my questions and worked with me through all my concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice and Carlos is super gentle and very informative. Jasmine, the manager is the sweetest and keeps everything and everyone organized. Dawn is always a delight as well. I love the professionalism from everyone yet the feeling of being very welcome and comfortable is top notch!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Kay was a kind man but his admin staff is extremely difficult to work with. I need an implant and have a metal sensitivity, but they only offer titanium. I found another provider that offers zirconia (a ceramic alternative). I asked to transfer my CT scans to another dentist and they made the process almost illegally complicated, saying I never paid for the scan so I had no right to have it almost 2 months later. They then issued a bogus $500 + charge to my insurance out of spite. Tried to reach out to the doctors to tell them what’s happening but they’re impossible to get to. I would never recommend Dedicated Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: literally the best!! shoutout to the super knowledgeable and cool Carlos for the amazing dental care and cleaning. felt super calm and cared for with him. I hope he can clean my teeth forever lol. also shoutout Elaine for her knowledge and accommodation and she is always so sweet. also shout out Jasmine for all of her amazing help and understanding, super cool as well. also shoutout Dr. B, again super cool and knowledgeable and explained everything so well in a way that was not overwhelming. my dental anxiety is at ease going here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to this office . I was very pleased with my first visit at Dedicated Dental. The dental hygienist,Carlos , showed me my xrays, pointing out various places on my teeth and gums. He explained everything so well, I know more about my dental health now than ever before. I feel confident changing dental offices to Dedicated Dental. EK

Experiencia negativa: My husband went in for tooth pain. Was told he had an infection and they would call in antibiotics and schedule for the tooth to be removed. They offered other procedures that my husband declined because they were out of pocket and we couldn't afford it. No antibiotics were ever sent and the day of the tooth extraction they pulled the wrong tooth. My husband was numb so he didn't realize it until he was replacing the gauze and realized the back tooth was still there. He called immediately and the office manager told him that it was the correct tooth and that he was told prior which tooth would be removed. If he was informed he would have told them which tooth needed to be removed. The office manager told him that the patient doesn't decide that. The tooth had a hole in it and the tooth that was removed didn't. She never apologized and was giving my husband information that only the Dr should have given him by law since she isn't a Dr. The Dr never called us and the office manger told him that he doesn't have to come back. Shame on you. Horrible.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist office i’ve ever been to!!! The staff is super friendly which makes every visit pleasant. Thank You guys for always taking care of my teeth :)

Experiencia fantástica: I truly can't stand dentists and it's not a fear, but a lack of professional trust. I've had TWO dentists in my life falsely claim that my daughters and I had cavities and needed fillings. It turned out this was never true, and we took action after getting x-rays. My wife recently found Dedicated Dental and she made the whole family appointments. I was hesitant and standoffish at first until I met the hygienist. He explained EVERYTHING he was doing and what each step and measurement meant. He was extremely honest, made me super comfortable, and alleviated most of my preconceived frustrations. Nobody tried to say I needed multiple procedures or anything else above and beyond the checkup. They took their time and educated me on what they were looking for and what was expected of me as a patient. They said we needed to "work together" for dental health. It was an excellent visit and my family was equally as pleased. By the way, I didn't tell them about my distrust of the profession until the END of my appointment, so they were not just putting on a false facade. These people were genuinely good and very involved in their patients' dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit but this experience was amazing from the start. Jasmine helped me plan out my next procedure appointments and helped with payment planning. The woman who cleaned my teeth was so detailed and explained everything to me. Best experience. Thank you!!!!!
