Dr. Lui laughs when I complain that she likes to hurt me—probably because she knows she’s still my favorite! Massive shout-out to the team for fitting me in when I accidentally showed up two days early for my appointment. They are total lifesavers, even when I can't read a calendar!

She gave good knowledge and helped me out with a payment plan that was suitable for my income The customer service at this company is excellent. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this place! Edit-I am very disappointed with my experience at Kiss Dental in Newburgh. Over the last few years, it has been nothing but issues and more out-of-pocket costs. Every time I have an appointment, I am told I need to pay more money, and it feels like my dental insurance benefits are being used up very quickly. While I understand that insurance has limitations, I expected more transparency about what would be covered and what my out-of-pocket costs would be before treatment. On 7/31/26, I was previously told I would be able to have two root canals completed during my appointment. However, after I arrived, I was told they were booked for the day and could not do them. I was then informed it would cost approximately $1,500 out of pocket, plus additional costs for crowns. This was extremely frustrating because I had expected to receive the treatment I was told I would be getting. Pregnancy has unfortunately caused significant damage to my teeth, so this situation has been especially stressful. Instead of feeling supported and informed, I left feeling upset, overwhelmed, and discouraged by the unexpected costs, scheduling issues, and lack of clear communication. After years of dealing with ongoing problems and increasing expenses, I can honestly say this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope the office improves its communication about scheduling, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs so other patients do not have a similar experience. Wish I could give 0 stars! Ever since Eileen left it went down hill even.

She was able to diagnose and fix issues I’ve been dealing with for a while in a good time frame and it was painless, very different from my experiences in the past! The hygienist gave me a deep cleaning and I left feeling brand new. I also took my one year old to get his teeth looked at on my first visit and the staff was super patient and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Kiss dental was A1. I first went there over a yr ago and paid to get xrays and a checkup/cleaning. I had a good experience from the time I entered. The front desk was kind and professional. The dental hygienist Anna( I hope I spelled her name right) was very professional, extremely thorough and personable. Then in came Dr. Lui who is very professional , knowledgeable, thorough and kind also. Unfortunately, they didn't take my insurance so I couldn't have the recommended work done at the time. I went to a Dentist that accepted my insurance. They were nice, but not as thorough. I eventually ended up coming back to get a issue fixed that the 2nd dentist didn't even see, even after I told him about my dental report from kiss dental. This time Dr. Lui did a crown for me. She was just gentle, kind and so thorough. They still don't accept my insurance, but some things are worth paying for and oral health is extremely important and for me having a competent, knowledgeable dentist and dental staff is imperative!

I am getting married and had a flipper tooth made in the process of an implant, I had a traumatic incident with my dog getting it days before the wedding, i called to see if we could have another made rushed and they said no turn around time wouldnt be that quick, i worked in a ortho with a lab and know that they can be done in that time but since they said no I asked for my scan to bring to my ortho to have them make me one, i offered to pay for it as well, first they said no we cant give you your scan, second they said it actually wasn't a scan it was an impression and they threw it out, which is also illegal since " Medical records shall be retained in their original or legally reproduced form for a period of at least six years from the date of discharge" .It seemed as though they just didn't want to help, they were not friendly sympathetic or any type of friendly service especially Elizabeth. Luckily for me i have family in law and New York State Law requires all health care practitioners and facilities to allow patients to have access to their health records and for some reason KISS Dental will not give me mine. I will be filing a complaint with OCR. Be careful with this place.

Experiencia negativa: Pay attention to your insurance coverage and the contract they have with the orthodontist. For my insurance they were supposed to take what the insurance pays for an in network provider. They made me pay 3500 per kid out of pocket on top of the insurance payment. Then they bill the insurance under multiple providers some in network and some out of network to try to say the out of pocket is because you're seeing an put of network provider. Sometimes billing under providers you don't even see to make it this way calling it a clerical error. They're committing insurance fraud and robbing their patients. I'm still fighting to get my money back. I did contact my insurance and they sided with me and you had to resubmit all of the claims for incorrect billing. The insurance also sided with me in the fact that you never should have charged me up front out of pocket. You are also inaccurate in your response because some of your providers are in network in my insurance but you were billing for for providers that my kids didn't see that day. That is fraud.

I am a very picky person, so finding the right practice was a challenge for me! From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted by an amazing and friendly front desk staff! Then the insurance process was a breeze. From my cleanings to my root canal to everything in between I can’t say enough good things about this office! And the cleanliness is above par! And Dr Lui and Yoon are amazing! You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve never seen such neglect from a “health” provider. Because of the horrible work from their team I have permanent damage to my adult teeth because the orthodontist who put my braces on was very unqualified and did not make us aware that I would need mouth surgery which should’ve been done before my braces were put on. The orthodontist who put my braces on was also fired shortly after and I will forever regret not walking out of there when he struggled for 30 minutes to figure out how to use to supplies to put them on me. With all of the neglect there was never an ounce of remorse and I feel bad for anyone who comes here. They are crooks. They do bad work and then hustle you for payments when they provide horrible service and horrible dental care. I’ve switched to a better place in Middletown for years now and have never been treated badly and have I no complaints. They do good work.

This office used to be owned by Dr. Lustbader, who was an awesome and kind doctor and his staff was truly focused on customer service. Ever since this office was purchased, the entire business has gone downhill. Customer service is non-existent, the owners fraudulently overcharge insurance companies and should be reported for insurance fraud. When I questioned One of the partners on why they were charging me the way they were, She didn't know how to respond and started laughing as if I was joking. I asked repeatedly for an answer and she just laughed as if she thought I would just go away when she was right in front of me. Now, over a year since I last visited their establishment, they are sending me a random bill with no description despite fraudulently coding my work to get extra money from the insurance company. I've had to reach out to them and tell them that if they don't stop harassing me I will be calling the police. So sad that this business has turned into this. I will never go back. Stay far away! Update since review was posted: the reply below is an absolute lie! A detailed bill was never sent, and a woman called me after I left a message telling them to stop harassing me and she said the reason it took over a year to send me a bill was because of staffing issues. Lol. Nice try.... Denies miscoding services when they blatantly are and again laughed when I confronted them. I've already reported them to the insurance company and will be reaching out to the state bureau of fraud.

Experiencia fantástica: My children and I have been patients at K.I.S.S. Dental for several years. Both the doctors, hygienists, and office staff are amazing. They are extremely kind and caring. They really listen to your concerns and are very flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend their practice.

It is hard to find a dental practice where you feel completely comfortable and literally in good hands. I gave them the opportunity to earn my trust and I am happy I did. Experiencia positiva: I was a patient there back in April 2022 I was very pleased with the service provided. The dentist was very nice and informative. I am displeased by the office manager that they have now. I received a bill a year and 2 month after I payed in full at the time of service. I called the office to discuss the bill and explain to her I was told I payed in full the day I received care. She told me there is no statue of limitation on billing that there old office manager messed up there books. I spent over 3000 dollars for the work done now I'm being told I owe 120. more than a year later. Not very happy....

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, this is the first time a dentist’s office called me to let me know that the dentist was running behind schedule. I’m not used to this kind of consideration! I was able to get some work done at home instead of sitting and sitting in the waiting room! The other thing is that the front desk answers phones immediately and also files with insurance right away. (No, not everyone does that!) Second of all, the specialist I saw took care to make sure things didn’t hurt and was a great communicator. The dentist I saw earlier was also very good in making sure that I could see and understand all aspects of the diagnosis. I recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to KISS dental care for a cracked tooth. The office was very clean and modern. All the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. April was very sweet and comforting during the procedure. Eileen was very helpful with working with my insurance. Dr. Lui was very friendly, gentle and thorough in explaining all my options. I’m very happy to have found KISS dental care and would highly recommend them for all your dental treatment.

Experiencia negativa: Called and left a message 2 times to make an appointment, did not get a call back. Called a 3rd time, was put on hold for several minutes, and once I said I was using my husband's Orange County self funded dental program, the woman told me that they are dropping this insurance, I asked why and she said because they do not pay enough. So I asked what should I do call another dentist and she said yes. Wow So much for Customer Care!!! See response from this business, just shows that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never go here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with my experiences at K.I.S.S dental. The office was recently beautifully renovated; the office staff is professional & helpful; their hygienist is exceptional and Dr. Lui is the icing on the cake! I fractured a molar that had a very old, large filling from childhood and was very anxious about getting it repaired. Dr. Lui instantly put me at ease. She is not only personable and professional, but does outstanding work. I had NO pain or discomfort throughout the whole process of getting a crown. Experiencia fantástica: I was devastated when Dr Lustbader retired from this building years ago. When KISS took over I continued going to the office. The dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff here are wonderful! They work with you to use your insurance to the best of its abilities, work around my schedule, and make you feel very comfortable being there. Very glad I have them!
