Experiencia fantástica: Dr Toth - excellent. A referral from Aspen Dental. Austin needed help, tooth blew up of an infection. One day on the phone for appointment. The next day we were in for the extraction. Walked us/him through different scenarios. Within the hour tooth was out. Immediate relief. Yes we will come back. It’s the speed of service for someone in pain for weeks. Dr. Toth detail oriented, overall nice surgeon. Easy to talk to. And it went quick. Excellent. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I visited this office for an emergency due to a painful mouth infection and a broken tooth. After a full set of X-rays and an evaluation, it was determined I needed a root canal. Two weeks later, I was presented with a treatment plan totaling $18,000 with insurance, including multiple procedures and implants. I explained that this was financially impossible and asked for immediate care to address the infection. To my shock, they refused to treat the infection unless I agreed to the entire $18,000 plan and committed to completing it within three months. I’ve never encountered such disregard for a patient’s urgent medical needs. Withholding necessary care unless a patient consents to an extensive and unrelated treatment plan is not only unethical, it borders on coercion. For a practice with such a strong reputation, this level of inflexibility and indifference is deeply disappointing. I left feeling unheard, unsafe, and disrespected in a moment of real vulnerability.

Watch your wallets.You have to fight for reimbursement if there is a positive balance (or overpayment) Because of a positive balance they didn't tell me of an incurring charge for a consultation. For a 'root canal specialist' consultation you 'll need a CTscan.
Experiencia negativa: I had the worst experience ever at the oral surgeon ‘s office . Other than that office is clean, they are quicker at everything including charging you for not even canceling. Just be aware that office can charge you anytime they want. Keep eye on your bill guys. They don’t mentioned clearly over the phone but will be billed. So be care. Called so many times to office to talk to manager , left messages. No response. Again was told to get response from manager . Still waiting ……. They literally do not care about costumers at all. No values of our time wasting on calling them.
Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter here during Covid times, she seen different dentist during all times she was seen one of her procedures was a root canal which was great she had no pain, everything was done right, now following that she needed a crown which she had a different dentist same dentist who did her cleaning and she was horrible, she talks entirely way too much no concern for me he patient did not care that my daughter was in pain, till this day my daughter my is concerned about her crown which wasn’t molded right, she has issues till this day cause of the lack of work that was performed by this one particular dentist, she no longer goes there & the dentistry she goes too now will have too address and take care of the awful work this one orthodontist has done, and let’s not forget the extremely high co payments, we will never return here, sorry not sorry!!!!!!!
Experiencia negativa: If you have dental insurance, you will be able to afford their exorbitant. I went in for a simple cleaning and was charged 287.00 and a filling was, which I did not agree to, 400.00. I was shocked by the increase in prices. Their dental plan increased to 330.00 dollars from 275.00. Usually, the second plan was discounted at 10 per cent. Fortunately, I found other dental plans for 107.00 per month for my wife and myself. Under the plan, a filling was only 50.00. Windsor Dental was sold to a company which is based in Glen Rock, N.J. They have brought to Orange County, Bergen County prices. I was never informed of the price increases before my visit. I suggest to all of you be aware of all services they want to perform. Always ask for prices before they perform any services in their offices. They cannot be trusted at all. After going there for over ten years, I will never enter their doors again.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is very clean and everyone was pleasant. My personal experience was I cracked my front teeth. I was given another appointment to get a orthodontist consult in 3 weeks. I finally came in got my consultation. Went to the make my follow up for a root canal and was told she had no sooner appointment available until mid December. I was so disappointed I thanked them, told them no I’m not going to wait another month in half and continue to be toothless!! I go to another office we’re I don’t have to wait that long. I left the office. Two hours later I received a voicemail from Natasha orthodontist receptionist asking me that she spoken with doctor and she agreed to work late to have me come back that same day. I got my root canal done late afternoon, this doctor was good, I didn’t feel a thing was smooth and fast. The doctor and her assistant were amazing. Now in one week return for my tooth fitting. A special shoutout to Natasha orthodontist receptionist she made all this happen ❤️ also the doctor and her assistant. Thank you for going above and beyond for the needs of the patient. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a nice clean office, pleasant staff, large waiting area. Everyone working in unison helping oneanother. Very professional they greet you with a smile and an introduction. Dr. Jigisha Tamakuwala didn't act as is she was better that her staff. She was warm and friendly. My hygienist Fabiola was considerate, gentle and, kind. I've had my teeth cleaned many times in the past. This was by far the BEST cleaning I've ever had. Warm water during cleaning, she didn't aggrevate my gum during scaling, and she didn't fabricate oral issues to make extra money. Dr. JT, and Fabiola both complimented my healthy gums and teeth. I will definitely recommend Windsor Dental Center to my family and friends and God willing I'll definitely be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Every single time I go to New Windsor Dental I am greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. Then into the dentist office where everyone is so friendly and personable. This time I needed to speak to the finance person to find out what my out of pocket expense will be. She said it would talk a week or so. This young lady was so pleasant I told her she could take a month if necessary. Whoever does the hiring for this facility chooses no one but the best and every single person makes you feel as though you are family. I actually love going to the dentist. I certainly appreciate everyone for all they do to make a patient feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I had extensive oral surgery today with Doctor Toth. Both he and Doctor Manno did a fantastic job. I woke up this morning with no pain and only minimal swelling. I am very pleased with my oral surgery procedure. The doctors are so pleasant and caring. The front office specialists helped coordinate benefits and billing through my insurance company. I appreciate the professionalism that I received at Windsor Dental Center.
