Experiencia fantástica: The best customer service I have received in any office setting. As a new patient, I wasn’t sure if this would be the right fit because of the upfront payment process and waiting 1–2 weeks for reimbursement. However, after my experience today, I can honestly say I don’t mind at all. The level of care, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded my expectations and made the entire process worthwhile.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit today. For a broken tooth that was miserable. My regular dentist couldn’t work me in going on three days. One call and they had me in within a couple hours. The staff, nurses, and Doctor were absolutely amazing. Had me fixed up and back to work within minutes. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: December 3, 2025 A fantastic and positive dental care visit on today. Dr. Lopez and staff are very passionate about providing excellent dental care. In addition, Dr. Lopez and Meghan the Dental Hygienist educated me about all procedures, as well as suggestions to improve and maintain dental hygiene at home. The desk administrators are all family-friendly and very personable, with vivacious smiles. Very healthy, clean and comfortable environment. Super services. A+ July 1, 2025 July which is known as the month of Perfection, embraced me with a perfect dental care visit with Dr. Lopez and staff. Professional yet personable, prompt, caring and the aesthetics were impeccable. In addition, the staff morale is very high with the positive attitudes, enthusiasm and joy, which is evident with the treatment of each client. I observed strong teamwork and collaboration among the employees which shows the great pride they have for working cooperatively together As a client, each procedure was explained before rendering it, and I was afforded the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Lopez and staff discussed and educated me which means I will reinforce my dental care consistently. Finally, they nurtured you and make you feel as if you are the only client when rendering services. I highly recommend their dental care services . May 22, 2025, Awesome service from Dr. Lopez and his staff, as always. In addition, the entire staff makes me feel special and that they truly care about my dental and whole personal wellbeing. Very clean and healthy environment. November 1, 2023 Dr. Lopez and staff give excellent service. I felt they cared about my total well-being. The facility is very clean and healthy. I was served in a timely manner. Today, June 21, 2023, was an awesome visit! I received A+ services, and each step was explained. Dr. Lopez, April, Kim, and other staff are a great caring team. The warm spa neck wrap really set the tone with April. My neck feels so much better! GREAT ! ———— 2022 This was a great and comprehensive new patient dental experience. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and Amanda readily recognized and greeted me by name before I could introduce myself! The waiting area was extremely clean, healthy, and even had snacks. Services were very timely. Blinda the dental hygienist escorted me to another private area to address my dental concerns, which was very personable and empathetic which made me feel more relaxed and like a total human being rather than just a patient for a dental concern. Next, Dr. Lopez a very genuine dentist came in after our conversation, and he too reiterated information from Blinda and addressed concerns with prioritized options, which led to a professional examination and readily targeting my most urgent concern! I felt that I was in trustworthy , very knowledgeable hands. I was truly impressed with the integrity because the dental scans from the Endodontist were used and the cost was not exaggerated, even with the economic issues going on in the world. Finally, my exit- visit ended with delicious cookies! Hence, I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez and staff for any dental care needs because they are well representative of true quality dental care! Yes, I had read the reviews prior to contacting the office, and the services rendered were the epitome of dental expectations- SUPER-FANTASTIC!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lopez has the most friendly welcoming office from his front desk to all of his staff. He is always interested in how you and your family are doing. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. Great dentist and wonderful staff and the homemade cookies are a welcomed bonus!

Dr. Lopez and his staff are the best. Yes, really!" It still fits. I enjoyed lauging will all of the staff today!

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend this place to anybody I can. I can’t describe how impeccable the service i get here is. From the moment you call to make an appointment you’re greeted by the most friendly and helpful receptionists who seem to genuinely love what they do, and same with everyone that works there. I forgot the name of the lady who cleans my teeth but she is just so fantastic and puts me at ease, and Dr. Lopez is very personable as well. They also give me cookies before I leave!! I used to be afraid of the dentist, and now I make regular appointments and am excited to come back!!! Please look no further for a dentist, these people genuinely care and are passionate about what they do!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been the best experience I could've hoped for. Dr. Lopez is absolutely the best and so is all his staff. I came in as a emergency visit not knowing what to expect. Im here on business and feel so thankful Dr. Lopez was able to get me in and help me. His bedside manners are superb. I had to have 6 teeth extracted and new teeth put in. I never felt an ounce of pain and my new teeth are beautiful. If I lived here, Dr. Lopez would be all I need for all my dental needs. His staff is always making the best cookies in house for all their patients. You smell the baking as soon as you walk in the door. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lopez and his entire staff are very professional and caring individuals. Their main goal is to provide the quality of care expected by each patient that comes through their door.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lopez is caring and never rushes when he is talking to me, explaining a procedure or working on my teeth. Everyone in the office is caring and concerned about patient comfort. It is the best all around dental office I have ever been to. The office seems to have the latest equipment. The staff in the office is wonderful. They are friendly, very competent and compassionate.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years, ever since returning to Augusta. After Dr. Albright retired, I was initially wary of a new dentist taking over the practice. Dr Albright and his staffs level of care and customer service were top-notch. With that in mind, I was already anticipating a drop in care and service and was actively researching other practices. On my next visit, I was happy to see the same friendly and caring staff I had grown accustomed to, with the only exceptation being a new dentist, Dr Lopez. By the end of my visit, I had come to the realization that my worries were for naught. Dr. Albright chose a worthy successor, one that has somehow managed, in a rather short period of time to improve the practice and to greatly expand its services. I greatly encourage anyone, who is looking for a Dentist that offers a truly comprehensive list of services to contact this practice. I trust Dr Lopez and his staff explicity, and no matter what part of the World I find myself, I will always return here for my dental needs. PS For anyone wondering, He is a UGA alumni, GO DAWGS!

Experiencia fantástica: I am forever grateful to Dr. Lopez and his staff. I have had a fear of dentist since I was 4-5 yrs old but coming to this office finally changed things for me. Dr. Lopez is very gentle, he waits to inject the numbing stuff slowly for you so that it doesn’t hurt. His staff are all genuinely friendly and care about your comfort ( they even give you a nice little neck wrap umm… yess thank you)This has been the BEST office I have been to in my life! So sad I had to leave but so happy that I found this place in Augusta❤️ I will definitely be back :) shout out to Kim, she’s the one behind the scenes scheduling and trying to make things work out in your favor, please be kind to these beautiful people☺️

Dr. Lopez and his staff are phenomenal. When there, I feel that my family may be their only clients. It amazes me how they know all of us and genuinely care. We are always satisfied with our treatments. Very skillful and knowledgeable. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Great place, friendly people. I always enjoy going to the dentist now.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lopez and staff are absolutely the best! I broke my tooth crown and called the office for an appointment and was able to get appointment the next day. From the moment I entered the office, the staff immediately greeted me with a smile and welcoming way. The staff are very focused on your comfort and shower you with tons of hospitality. I was given a warm neck/shoulder wrap which was very relaxing. Dr Lopez is very timely and was able to not only evaluate my tooth but was able to fit me for a permanent new crown during this visit. Dr Lopez has the latest and greatest technology that makes your visit very efficient. He knew it was very difficult for me to get time off from work for another visit and was able to make the crown and install it that day. I highly recommend Dr Lopez as he is an awesome dentist!
