Experiencia fantástica: Update 21 August 2025 I have been a patient at Riverwatch Dental for several years. Due to frequent work travel, my last visit was nearly two years ago, when Dr. Perpall accurately diagnosed the cause of inflammation in the upper part of my left jaw. The issue turned out to be a hairline crack in the root of my tooth extending into the jawbone—something that had previously been misattributed to hormonal factors by my primary care physician. Unlike some dental practices where the focus seems to be on the facility or provider rather than the patient, Riverwatch Dental has always prioritized my needs first. Dr. Perpall took the time to thoroughly explain the best course of treatment, ensuring the issue was completely resolved. Since then, I’ve experienced no inflammation, no pain, and no further complications. Yesterday, I returned for a routine check-up after my two-year absence. The new hygienist (whose name I regret forgetting) delivered excellent care—efficient, precise, and thorough. While I missed being treated by Ms. Barbara, who is an outstanding hygienist, it was wonderful to see her still part of the team. The front desk staff remain consistently professional and welcoming. The facility is impeccably maintained, and the equipment and technology are clearly of high quality. Know that most dental providers and/or facilities have advanced technology and equipment but it's the quality of work provided and performed by the dentist and the staff are what make the difference. I am a very satisfied patient. *********************************** I have nothing to say about this office except positive words. I have been looking for a good dental office for quite a while and finally found one: Riverwatch Dental. I first stopped by in mid September to check if they accepted my insurance, they did. While I made an appointment, I mentioned to the staff that I may have some kind of gum infection from an old bridge, the front desk immediately informed the doctor. I was seen by dr Perpall at the spot to ensure I’ve been taken care of. 15 Oct was my 2nd visit, Checked in, sat down and flipped to the 2nd page of a magazine and off to treatment (I don’t remember last time I’ve been to any doctor’s office and they were this punctual, on time, and not let the customer wait). Dr Perpall and staff explained every step of the treatment, options for treatment, professional opinion for best course of treatment, and was informed of my share of cost in advance. I walked out today not only with my teeth fixed but also was saved from having a costly procedure. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Dr Perpall and the entire staff at Riverwatch Dental.
