My hygienist, Adrienne, was incredibly sweet, was so easy to talk to, and she took her time while cleaning my teeth. Other places I’ve been they usually catch their cleaning tools on my gums and it’s painful, but Adrienne did a wonderful job.

Experiencia positiva: The dental care is excellent and staff has always been professional and friendly! The only reason not a five star review is scheduling needs to be better. There is not one time I can recall not having to wait with my son to be seen for less than 30 minutes. On average, wait times are an hour and that is with scheduled appointments made months in advance. The past two appointments we were asked if we could come in earlier than scheduled time and each of those visits we waited an hour, which put us at almost 30 minutes past the original scheduled appointment time. We could have just came in at original scheduled time and waited 30 minutes instead of an hour! I am not a complainer, but my son has a mental diagnosis that makes it difficult to wait/sit long periods and may become overwhelmed when out in public for long periods. More than several of these appointments were difficult for him due to long wait times. Please think about your special needs patients when packing on the schedule. Not cool to have them endure such long waiting periods.

I would like to schedule it for a week from Friday. I am off school Friday through Monday each week this semester. If I am in so much pain that I have to take stronger medication than Tylenol, I would rather stay home. Also, I won't be able to do schoolwork on heavier meds. Once healed from the extractions, I plan to return to y'all for the rest of my dental work needs. Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Above and beyond does not even begin to describe how wonderful this office is. Not only did they work us in on a holiday, but they even took the time to answer questions. They were so kind and patient and did not make us feel like we were bothering them, or taking too much time, or even talk down to us when we didn't know something. They are accommodating with time and help figuring out a financial plan, the office manager even took time to explain, in detail, the procedures and processes of the series of events we were about to embark on. If that wasn't already enough glowing customer service, the office manager even called us AFTER HOURS to kindly settle some questions, and in the process STILL did not make us feel rushed like she was ready to go home, but encouraged us to ask even more questions until we understood what we were concerned about. They truly have an understanding of what patients are going through, and they also have a passion for what they do. It does not feel like they are just there for the job, but from the bottom of their hearts they want to help.
