They kindly made it clear that it was my decision to follow through with the suggestions. They also conversed on a friendly level about life outside the dental chair. Over a year ago I had a sore tooth and got an exam to find out I had A lot of other cavities as well. Dr Cook saved the sore tooth without an immediate root canal and has been persistent and patient with getting my mouth healthy again as I’ve been coming back every 3 months. No more cavities as of today and now we can focus on keeping my teeth healthy and strengthening them! Everyone at Family Dental Health has been great and I’m glad I choose them when searching for a new dentist!

Not to mention… it was one of his front teeth that was broken! I highly recommend Dr. Cook! I went to another office before going to Dr. Cook today and they told me that it would take multiple visits before they could fix my son tooth. But guess what, Dr. Cook took care of it in one visit! So happy that we found him!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Cook actually listened to me and treated me like I had a choice in my own dental care — which, sadly, was not my experience elsewhere. He gave me multiple options and let me decide what worked best for me instead of pushing one extreme solution. Dr. Cook and his assistant were both amazing. They cleaned the tooth and did a temporary filling to buy me some time before a root canal is needed, which I appreciated so much. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or talked down to. I felt respected. On top of that, the cost was way more reasonable — $80 after insurance for a filling compared to $300 elsewhere. That alone says a lot. If you want a dentist who actually listens, explains your options, and respects your autonomy, Dr. Cook is the one. Highly recommend.

Everyone is knowledgeable and is sure to explain all aspects of care. I had a very difficult root canal on my back molar and although it was a complex case Dr. Cook and hid dental assistant stayed patient and helped me through it. He even checked on me after hours to make sure I was okay. They thanked me for my patience but I thank them for being one of the most caring staffs that value service over just making money.

Once I arrived in the examination room, the hygienist, Brianna, was very gentle and notified me of every procedure she was doing. Bri, the hygienist was very personable and did a nice job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cook was thorough in his examination. I had been experiencing problems with one tooth, which I had asked my previous dentist about. Dr. Cook found that I had a crack in that tooth that had been undetected by the previous dentist. It is a blessing to know what the problem was and to know that he can easily fix it within the month. I would highly recommend Family Dental Health! **5/21/2025 Follow up to my previous visit: Yesterday, Dr Cook filled the tooth that he discovered a crack in. He and Dental Assistant Leah rocked it! As Dr Cook was working to remove the prior filing in that cracked tooth, Leah explained every step of the way what was being done. I experienced no pain, (even in the giving of the numbing shot!!) And I was in and out in short order, having lost that ugly silver filling in that lower tooth to now see a beautiful white tooth (composite filling) in its place! Thank you Family Dental Health!!

Frustrated by the service / experience that I received from my former dental practice I went on a search to find a dentist that could assist me with my current dental needs. Their customer service from the beginning of this journey up until the end has been phenomenal .Philip in the office was and is nothing short of amazing. He provided a very welcoming atmosphere and he was very personable. The dental assistant Lindsay was AMAZING ! She really took her time during my photoshoot ( X-rays) and made sure I was comfortable. She also got to know me as an individual and that really made me feel appreciated and valued . And last, but not least Dr.Green Was simply the best. She took her time explaining all of my options answering every question that I had (and I had alot) And she also got to know me and my situation and my wants/needs. The entire office staff deserve way more than this review that I’m leaving But since this is all that I can do I just want to say thank you thank you thank you. Since then my whole family has switched over. This place has been amazing and definitely one of the best dentists we've been to. They like to build relationships with their patients and treat them like family. They take time to do an entire new patient consultation to get to know you and find out specifically the patient's wants for their mouth/smile. (Blown away at how nice and accommodating they are on my first visit.) They've hired really good staff here. Phillip at the desk is very good at his job and very nice. Lindsey is always focused and on it, every single time I've been here. She knows how to do her job and she's very good at it..... I don't want to leave out the dentists. I got Dr. Green, and she's been great and professional treating me and my family. Thanks Bela for helping me on the road to fix my complex dental problems.

Experiencia negativa: Updating my review, I scheduled a cleaning with this location, they told me my insurance didn't cover anything, includingx-rays.(I have a Metlife plan that covers in-network & out of-network). I left with a $300 bill for the x-rays, and an estimate for a $2,000 teeth cleaning. Today, I decided to get a second opinion at another location. The new location informed me that my insurance DOES cover up to 80% of that particular teeth cleaning & It fully covers x-rays. Bela won't send over my previous x-rays and Bela scammed me out of $300 and I'll probably never get that money back. Stay away.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I found them on Google after receiving terrible service from another provider (Aspen). Kelly booked my appointment with Bela Dentistry same day (I was lucky) and asked me which concerns did I need addressed during the visit which was such a breathe of fresh air considering the other provider completed 3 x-rays in less than 1 month and denied me service due to my frustration. I was greeted with smiles upon entrance by Phillip and the team, it’s like they were waiting on me! I was offered refreshments and was seen less than 15 minutes after entering. I was treated by the amazing Dr. Green and her lovely assistant Lindsay ( I hope I spelled it right lol). They made sure to include me during the process of my composite filling/bonding. The damage was cosmetic so the repair was quick, painless, and enjoyable. Every one here has matching personalities. Bubbly, kind, and the perfect amount of funny. Just like a real family. Thank you guys so much for understanding the values of a real family and implementing that into your service.

Since the reviews were great I booked a new patient appointment and I am so glad I did! From the time I walked in the door they were nothing but polite and accommodating. Philip was awesome. Super professional. Check in was a breeze. Philip told me where everything was from the bathroom to the coffee and tea station. The interior of the office is beautiful. Very well put together, clean, with beautiful decor. I went back into a room and was immediately welcomed by Bonnie who did my x-rays. She explained everything before she began, and walked me through the whole process of what she was doing, and why. Very professional. At the end of my appointment, Dr. Ragab came in, Explained the in and outs Of my treatment plan. She made me a participant in the decisions that needed to be made based on that treatment plan. She answered all of my questions and took the time that I needed to understand what my options were. To close out my visit, Philip came in and thoroughly explained the breakdown and the financials behind it as well as payment options. I am so glad I found this practice. It is hands down the best that I have been to.

Experiencia fantástica: Great team. I've been going through bela dentist for my dental issues for about 3 years now. When I first started going to them I had really bad plaque and cavities on my teeth from years of not taking care of my oral hygiene. Mr. Philip and Ms. Bonnie was there when I first started going to them for my oral health. They both help me from setting appointments to getting my health insurance to pay for my filling that I needed done because of the cavities I had. Shout out to both of them. I'm not sure on the exact date when Dr. Ragab started working, but shout out to her for helping decide on going through the invisiline procedure. Originally I wanted to go with traditional braces, but she help understand the benefits and the downside to going with either of them. She also informed me that I would have to an orthodontist who specializes in traditional braces. One thing about me is I tend not to like major changes. so that played a role in my decision into going with invisiline instead of the traditional route. Also with the talks that I had with some of my coworkers who have traditional braces, it required I little extra work I would have to put in, in terms of specific floss I would have to buy and the rubber bands I would have to ware on my teeth. I'm currently close to the end of invisiline procedure and Dr. Ragab has help me the through the entire process. Ms. Kellie is one of the new people that just started working there, hope to have good interactions with her for the foreseeable future. Shout out to Dr. Ragab Mr. Phillip Mrs. Bonnie Ms. Kellie Ps. Just wanted to say that so far my experience with Bela Family Dentistry has been AMAZING. They definitely treat you like Family from the moment you walk in the door until you complete your care. Phillip, on the front desk is excellent at his job, explaining everything in detail regarding treatment. I had the best cleaning I've ever had with Kellie, the hygienist! Bonnie spent hours with me my first and second visit, and did everything to make sure I was comfortable, including getting a blanket to keep me warm. Experiencia fantástica: Go here. You don't wait long to be seen and they are all very nice and not judgemental. I've had my wisdom teeth removed and a deep clean and I received plenty of medication so that I felt no pain. During my visit, I wore my smart watch. It measures all kinds of data, but also compiles the data into a stress rating. During my visit, I received a rating that was similar to sleep. Can you imagine being so calm and relaxed that your stress levels are that of an unconscious person? They are also very upfront and descriptive of the services they are performing and happy to answer any questions.

Whew, A dental office that makes you feel like family!

Experiencia fantástica: Well all I can say is that is the best staff I could ask for they are amazing funny in just very good people it’s all about u when u get there I been there before and the old staff was good but not like this amazing team I know I keep saying amazing because that’s just Wht it is and Dr. Ragab,Bonnie,Kellle, and Phillip are very good people so please go see them for ur self I promise u won’t make a mistake but u will make a difference with the best choice and that’s them.

They were extremely thorough and explained each step to me before they did it. They work very well as a team and it shows. I walked in with a frown, and left smiling! Definitely recommend going here for any dental care!!! They are all great at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous experience. Had abscess, infected teeth and they were extremely nice to work me in first thing upon my calling. Was quite concerned about not being seen for at least a week,which is the norm. Esp w the holiday. Could not ask for a nicer,friendlier,professional office. Modern technology,procedures. Timely. Dr Ragab,Carly and Bonnie couldn't have been more welcoming, professional and proficient. Looking forward to follow up in a week. Having been in medical sales for years,this is an impressive practice. Strongly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience I had at Bela. I was visiting my son, who’s in the military, from the other side of the country. I had a really sore tooth and Philip got me in to see the Dr as an emergency. They determined I had an infection and prescribed me an antibiotic. I had immediate relief and was able to continue my visit. Bela went out of their way to fit me in and I’m extremely thankful for them!

Experiencia fantástica: I Love Bela Dentistry on Washington Rd Augusta Ga. I've been a patient since March 2023. They have through the roof Customer Service. Philip is an Amazing office manager, he makes sure that the patient understands everything. Kelly was awesome, she did a great job on cleaning my teeth. She made sure that I understand another technique in brushing my teeth. The doctor ( I call her Dr. Bela) has unmatched service. My first time back in March, I walked out understanding the ins and outside about my gums and teeth. I've been to many dentists in my life but I never had a doctor that was detailed and thorough like Dr. Bela. The customer service is great from the front of the house to the back of the house. I referred my niece and she was so thrilled to have a dentist to let her know the truth about her mouth situation and the work for her mouth was inexpensive. Way To Go Bela Augusta Ga ❤

In the XRay everything was very soft and gentil no pain I feel secure and more like home . They explain all my questions that was a lot . But I get very clear of my procedure and they make me a plan to achieve that I am willing to make. Definitely I will keep this like my dentist forever! Thanks so much ! I will bring my son here also!
