Experiencia fantástica: Is it possible to get excited about seeing the dentist? I wanted to get the Invisalign to fix my bite but was concerned that I was too old. Dr. Harris assured me that it was a great idea and has expertly applied procedures that already produce a noticeably brighter smile. I thought it was funny when my computer did not recognize me one day. I was astonished at the number of visits she had me make so that she could closely monitor and guide the movement of my teeth. I don’t think many doctors care as much about their work as she does. I’m very happy that I have Dr. Harris as my dentist, and I have recommended the practice to my family.

Dr. Freeland Harris and her staff are friendly, kind, and truly put the health and needs of their patients first. I showed up at there office at 8am in a Saturday after a sleepless night of tooth pain. I was not a regular patient but prayed they would be able to see me. The ladies at the front desk were kind and sympathetic to my pain and got me an appointment that morning. I can't say enough positive things. I have a lot of anxiety of going to the dentist , but after my visit, i feel more relaxed and will now use them for my dental needs

Experiencia negativa: I got a root canal from Dr. Harris a couple years ago and it has given me nothing but trouble. She never told me that a root canal should have been covered in my insurance. Instead she overcharged me (2800$) for a now failed root canal. If she truly wanted what would be best for her patients she would have referred me to a capable endodontist. Instead she pressured me into a surgery she is not competent with in order to gain some money

She communicates with me as she works and has me use hand signals to let her know if I need to pause or need suction or am feeling uncomfortable. I used to need Valium just to sit in a dentist chair but she cured me of that quickly with her friendly nature and superb communication skills. She's been my dentist for over 15 years and I highly recommend her.
