Experiencia negativa: ⸻ I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I went in to have a minor chip on a fake tooth repaired, and instead of offering solutions, I was told the damage was my fault due to teeth grinding, which I do not have an issue with. No temporary fix or support was suggested, and the only option I was given was to remove the tooth entirely and pay $4,000 for a new one. Additionally, the lead dentist did not seem confident in handling the situation and repeatedly relied on contacting the lab instead of providing guidance directly. Overall, I left feeling that the focus was more on money than patient care. I have never had a dental experience like this before, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Love coming here, everyone is so friendly and sweet and makes it feel old school and personal, like it should be. Some of my other family members come here too. They always do a thorough job with cleaning, I look forward to it. Had to get a crown in the front of my mouth, (the referral for the color match was great) it was quick and they did a great job putting it in, can’t even tell.

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to say that I appreciated a few very key things about this dental facility. I called them a few minutes before I came in so they knew I may be late, and the front desk ladies were extremely nice. I was greeted by both of them, but one checked me in and asked for me a small water bottle and checked me in and informed me that I would be checked in shortly. She also went over the pricing with me over the phone the day before which I also really really appreciated. Thirdly the dental assistant was very nice, she answered a few of the questions that weren’t too complex for the doctor to answer. Also got me a blanket, Not sure about anyone else that goes to the dentist but. Those places are always freezing, so I really appreciated that. And lastly my diagnosis seemed very very clear and they referred me to the proper people to have my mouth looked at. Super thankful for the help ladies and Mr. Stafford!
