Kreuzer Family Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I moved to the Richmond area a couple years ago and were struggling to find all new doctors and dentist offices. We were referred to Dr. Kruezer and we could not be happier!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and always looking out for the patient. We have found our life long dentist office as long as we still live in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist is AWESOME!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and knowledgeable (and extremely well trained) assistant, and Dr. Kreuzer is excellent. I would recommend her (and them) to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: 1000/10 - From the moment I entered the office, until I left, my overall experience was warm and professional. This was my first appointment and each member of the team made me feel seen, and cared for. I have high confidence for my upcoming appointment and looking forward to a great journey with Kreuzer Family Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was great! Thank you Dr. Kreuzer and to all your team.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I found this office when I needed immediately help and I am so lucky I did. The office is absolutely amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had several Dentists over the years, due to relocations and this practice is at the top of my list. This is definitely the friendliest and most hospitable office yet. Dr. Kreuzer informed me of a future issue that I will have with my teeth if not corrected. No other dentist has ever explained to me, but made me think that correction was only for cosmetic appearance. She actually cares and not just in it for the money. Also the quickest appt yet. No long waits like other offices. I am mad at myself for procrastinating and not switching to these guys sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rose is my favorite dentist! She has been there for my entire family. The front desk staff is so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: What a friendly and wonderful dentist office! Dr. Kreuzer and her team are knowledgeable, kind, and excellent at communicating your dental needs.I am so happy to have found Kreuzer Family Dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. Kreuzer and her incredible team! I've been a patient for a year and a half, and their combination of professionalism, friendliness, and compassion is unmatched. My family and I completely trust our smiles to Kreuzer Family Dentistry. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody at Kreuzer was so kind and attentive! I loved my experience here and had absolutely no issues. All staff were so welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and service!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 90 year old Mom with Dementia there for a check up and teeth cleaning. They were amazing! All the ladies at the front desk were so friendly, kind and accommodating. I asked if I could pay without my Mom seeing the transaction because she doesn’t like to pay for any services. They made sure that happened. That really relieved a lot of stress on me. The Dentist was very kind and explained everything so I understood and was very conscious of my Mom not having very good dental insurance. Overall a fantastic experience and I cannot thank each one of them enough. So happy I found this Office.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Dental Care! The whole team is genuinely kind and professional

Experiencia fantástica: The staff makes the experience awesome! Dr. Kreuzer has assembled a team that goes above and beyond to make each individuals visit great. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: 6 out of 5 stars. I love this place. Everyone is so nice. M, age 11

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have used over 6 different dentists over the past 60 plus years and Dr. Kruezer is the best. We both had overdue fillings and cap/crown work. Dr. Kruezer was great in doing the work. She even returned a crown for replacement as it was not made to her high standards the first time. Thanks for keeping our dental health in top condition.

Experiencia fantástica: The Kreuzer Dentistry staff are very personable. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreuzer and her entire staff were great. Rod and I are extremely grateful for the excellent service and kind treatment we received. We are happy to have them for our dentist needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Entire staff is very friendly, efficient, knowlwgable, helpful, and caring. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Long time patient of the practice. I am always well taking care of. I do not hesitate to make referrals to the practice for those that may be anxious going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience and friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I drive an hour or so to come here and it’s worth the drive! I have a very irregular schedule and they work with my availability well. Sometimes I don’t even have to take off work. In and out in 30 mins, highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service! Kind friendly staff. Make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door... The whole family goes here! Couldn't be happier!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Kreuzer Family Dentistry today. They were able to work me in last minute, which I really appreciated. The entire team was very personal, professional, and knowledgeable. They really listened to my needs and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve worked with Dr. Kreuzer, Amber, and Dawn before, and even though I hadn’t visited in over a year, they remembered detailed conversations from previous appointments. That level of care and attention really stood out. I also met a new team member at the front desk who is a great addition to the team—she was very helpful and attentive. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The best and kindest staff! I go and so do my littles and they always keep it positive, thoughtful and encouraging while also educational. We know what to expect and when we get there and after care. Really wonderful experience all around. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice atmosphere. The receptionist was really nice and personable. The staff was welcoming. The dentist was thorough and knowledgeable, I left feeling confident in their service and will return for all dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Kreuzer Family Dentistry for the first time today based on a recommendation from my daughter, and feel I really hit the jackpot on dental care. The cleaning and exam by the hygienist and doctor were very thorough, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s obvious that this is a practice where the entire staff genuinely cares about their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited Kreuzer Family Dentistry yesterday 03/18/2026 for my semi-annual cleaning. Shelly took care of everything with the utmost professionalism and her super pleasant personality which is always the case. Got a quick check from Dr Kreuzer and was able to see all the staff who are the best of the best! They keep me on track at every turn, from scheduling to procedures to billing. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly encourage anyone looking for five star dental care to give Kreuzer Family Dentistry a call. You won't regret it!!! Lastly, congratulations to Dr. Kreuzer on her recent election as President Elect of the Richmond Dental Society. That alone speaks volumes to the quality of service one can expect from this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved everyone I encounter, especially Dr Kruezer!

Experiencia fantástica: Very personable/Extremely professional & accommodating/Outstanding service

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreuzer and her crew are angels. Very kind and non-judgmental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean office. My experience getting x-rays was the best ever. The dentist was very thorough and did not complain once about the 3 years of buildup she had to scrape off my teeth. It has the warm feel of the family dentist office I visited as a kid. This is my new regular dentist office and I have no reason to procrastinate going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE Dr. Kreuzer! She truly cares about her patients and her staff is warm, comforting, patient, and well-skilled. I highly recommend Kreuzer Family Dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kreuzer and her staff are just the best. I have much anxiety over dental procedures, such as crowns. They are gentle, compassionate, and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is a dental assistant at the practice. She assisted with my crown and filling. She always is professional, courteous and gentle with patients, including her Dad! The practice is very good and I would highly recommend them. Ask for my daughter, Katlyn, to be your assistant!

Finding a new dentist can be intimidating yet they have always been so welcoming, and patient. Shelley is a rock star hygienist and I always leave feeling like I have a whole new smile.

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful staff not only are they friendly but very good at what they do. Love all of yall BrendaProffitt

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreuzer and her staff are AMAZING This office takes pride in helping you feel welcomed. Care and recommendations are made with all opinions and options available! A special shout out to Amber for her wonderful care and gental approach! That you all so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Love my Dentist Team!! Always have a great experience even just for a cleaning. The team always takes the time to give the best personal evaluation and give feedback on any concerns I have. I always feel valued and respected.❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Timely and professional. Excellent staff. Proficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Kreuzer for almost 5 years. Dr. Kreuzer fixed an issue that was not handled properly by my prior dentist. Prior to any work, she has shared pictures, explained any concerns, and outlined what needed to be done, including options. I have found the staff to be friendly and professional and have recommended her to others.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t let the positive reviews deceive you. Dr. Kreuzer is rude and judgmental, she pushes you towards decisions that are easiest for her and not the best for the patient. Also this practice DOES NOT do root canals and as result will come up with other “solutions” that do not provide resolve and in the end you will need a root canal

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, my visit to this clinic was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a routine cleaning, but the hygienist immediately insisted I needed a deep cleaning—which would require numbing, multiple appointments, and is not covered by insurance. When I explained I only needed a standard cleaning due to time and insurance constraints, the dentist refused and said that “a regular cleaning is something I can do at home,” which is not standard dental advice. My long-term dentist has never recommended a deep cleaning at my six-month checkups. The dentist also made sarcastic, dismissive comments about my dental history, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable—especially given my genetic predisposition to cavities. I cannot recommend this clinic. Their approach can be pushy, dismissive, and may result in unnecessary, costly procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Doctor Kreuzer is helpful and willing to listen to me carefully. This is important, some dentists just don’t listen and made wrong decisions. I recommend this dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been years since my whole family and I, have been going to Dr.Kreuzer and always have a pleasant experience. Very organized, efficient and caring dental practice - they keep you well informed every step of the way. Excellent dental team - highly recomended !

Experiencia fantástica: Very polite and professional. The atmosphere was lovely. The music was great. I felt very comfortable there and looking forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreuzer and staff are wonderful, esp for a person with a gag reflex. Dr. Kreuzer even diagnosed the splotches on my face as shingles, just from a snapshot sent to her when my upper jaw was hurting. Well-trained and professional. Personable staff adds to a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent professional service and helpful staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kreuzer is the best dentist l have ever had, she cares about each person as if they were her own family, l would recommend every one to go to her if you want excellent service.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this dental office. They seemed more focused on providing unnecessary services rather than performing the regular care covered by insurance. I would Not Recommend this office to anyone looking for honest and patient-centered dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreuzer and staff did an excellent job. The customer service and care provided was impeccable. I've found my new dental home. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: This team is absolutely amazing. I’m so glad I found them. They got me back on track and feeling confident about my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: A shout out for Dr Kruzer and her staff. I have been a dental patient in this practice for several years now. Last week I had two urgent dental events. Monday night a crown fell off and Wednesday night an implant broke (unusual occurrence). In each case they squeezed me into their schedule for the next morning. “Above and Beyond”. Thank you!! I again highly recommend this Dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Kreuzer's office for many years and have only had excellent experiences. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. They communicated with me immediately that they had a cancellation the next day and I could come in during that time. The dental work I have had completed there was flawless.
