Experiencia fantástica: Very respectable place across the board. Those at the front are extremely warm and informative so there’s no fear of a bad first impression. Dr. Kamouni himself is very skilled which is to say the least. I came in to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and to our surprise one of them was impacted. Despite this complication, he approached the situation methodically, taking no more time than he needed to complete the procedure both safely and efficiently with no speed bumps. All in all I’ll say Kamoini Dentistry PA is a very trustworthy, friendly, and dependable dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid This Office at All Costs – Complete Incompetence and Disrespect I was referred to Kamouni Dentistry PA on April 30th. My dentist called the office that same day, spoke directly with Jennifer, and sent all my documents and x-rays. On May 4th, Jennifer called me, scheduled an appointment for May 14th at 11:00 am, and explicitly told me my UnitedHealthcare insurance would cover everything. Then, today May 13th at 4:47 pm — less than 24 hours before my appointment — Jennifer called to say they actually do NOT accept my specific insurance policy and I would have to pay everything out of pocket. She tried to excuse the delay by saying she had been out of town and only just returned, but I don’t care about her personal excuses. I had already taken the full day off work for tomorrow, which is now completely wasted. I am still in severe pain with no treatment and no solution whatsoever. Receiving all my records on April 30th and waiting almost two full weeks to verify insurance is outrageous and completely unprofessional. This level of disorganization and last-minute failure is unacceptable for any dental office, especially when dealing with a patient in real pain. Jennifer’s handling of this was terrible, and the office showed zero respect for my time, my health, and my suffering. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Kamouni Dentistry PA. Do not waste your time or trust here.

Experiencia negativa: What a difference a year makes since i left a 5 star review. I made an appointment for today at 3:30 p.m. they called me asked me to move it up to 1:00 p.m. I said it would not be a problem and explained I needed to be done at 2:00 p.m. if that wasn't an issue. I get there at 1:00 p.m. said hello and took a seat. Sat for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowleding me or letting me know they were running late or anything so I had enough and finally walked out as they would not be able to get me done on time as promised. As a son of a dentist who did dentristy for over 50 years the first appointment went well and even he was pleased with the dentist but it seems that they have gone downhill for whatever reason. If you schedule someoen for a time and you are running late perhaps tell them rather than make them just sit there. I will have to go find another dentist which won't be an issue but dont' ask people to come in earlier and after they make it clear they need to be done at a certain time which you understood you don't let them sit around. response to response this is just not the case i was there for a cleaning with the hygenist not to see the dentist and the hygenist is in a different room than the dentist so that does not make sense at all. add to the fact i was never told that they were running late at any time due to an emergency and when you have 2 people working the front desk you can either call or let me know as i came in as i made it clear i needed to be done by 2pm as i had a 2:30pm and that’s why i wanted to keep my 3:30pm which i could have waited my guess is the patient before me came late it wasn’t an emergency. sadly in my opinion you have changed to be about money like an aspen or a sage where customer service is no longer a priority the money is.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly can’t praise this dentist office enough. Dr. Kamouni is an absolute rockstar. I didn’t even realize how bad my past dental experiences were until I came here. I always thought discomfort and stress were just “normal” at the dentist… turns out I was just going to the wrong places. We started with a root canal and crown (which, by the way, he makes right there in the office). The crown he created looks better than any other one I’ve ever had in my mouth — this guy is an artist. He did such an amazing job that I decided to go all in and completely transform my smile, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been life-changing. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I’m proud of my smile now in a way I never thought I would be. And it’s not just Dr. Kamouni. The entire staff here is phenomenal. Leah at the front desk greets you with such warmth and positivity the second you walk in. Throughout your visit, everyone makes you feel cared for and comfortable — it almost feels like you’re hanging out with friends who just happen to be incredible at what they do. Sana (I hope I spelled her name right!) is so sweet and attentive, and really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. I could honestly go on and on, but I’ll keep it simple: if you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle, perfectionist-level precise, and backed by a team that truly cares, this is the place. From the initial consultation to the final steps. He made a very nervous situation much easier for me to handle. He was kind and patient & compassionate. I had originally been scheduled for a crown and he took care of it. Dr. Kamouni did such a great job that from the very beginning, it felt like my own tooth, totally comfortable. It's never easy when you get used to one doctor and then have to switch to another, but in this case the transition was seamless. From reception to the hygienists to the dentist... you won't find a better dental experience anywhere!

This made you feel comfortable. From the front desk, hygienist, doctor as a first time patient I really thank them. They were every thing my grandson told me about this dentist office. Experiencia negativa: I recently gained dental insurance and decided to try a new dentist that accepts insurance. I haven’t had any issues with my teeth in almost 20 years, I went in for a routine cleaning. Dr zen said I had an old filling that needed a small shallow hole repaired. The dentist was very rough and aggressive, although I had been numbed, it was very painful. After two weeks, drinking anything hot I had pain. I went back to my previous dentist to find out that she had drilled too far and a hairline away from my nerve. I am now being sent to a specialist for a possible root canal. My previous dentist said there is no reason why she touched the tooth that it wasn’t anything that should had been done to that tooth but to keep an eye on it. I would not reccomend this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I used to go to my old dentist for 8 years but my insurance has changed and I can't go there anymore. I'm new to DAX, but they didn't make me feel that I can trust them. I went so far for 2 cleanings and doctor's visit based on the reviews I saw on Google. My first visit was cancelled due to no power in their building and I was not notified about it, so I was surprised when I arrived and their office was closed. Once I was able to get seen, the cleaning was ok and the Dr. recommended me to get some work done. My second cleaning was awful...it was rescheduled for 30 mins later because someone was late for their appt which wasn't a problem, but then they rushed me into the room, the cleaning was done in 15 mins and the Asian lady who was doing it was very rough(I had my teeth hurting pretty bad until I was able to take Advil, I've never been in a such paid after clenaing before) + she was asking me very unprofessional questions. When the Dr. came in to see me she said that I do not need anything done what the previous doctor told me during 1st visit. Strange.... My colleague also went to their office and had some fillings done by them, so during his second cleaning by the same hygenist she was asking him for his number and if he has a girlfriend and said that the filling they did 6 month ago needs to be replaced....guess what...they charged him for it. It was a redo and most of the places give you a 1 year warranty on any service they do and it should have been replaced for free.

Post exam by DDS Aquino found some issues of concerns. DDS Aquino spent time with explaining and providing valuable information to me that helped me understand the complexity of what was required. I didn’t feel rushed or that he was upselling a procedure for profit. We developed a game plan that also included an out of pocket payment schedule. Experiencia negativa: This is the worst place ever. I paid for a lower partial. I was told the process takes 2 visits, I am going on 5th visit and still no partial. Nothing is done in a timely manner and no one there is on the same page giving you dental information. This is not the place if you want to get your smile right. Beware!!!!!!!! They have floating dentists that all tell you different things instead of going over your chart and working together. One dentist see you and tells you that the process takes 2 visit and than the floating dentist comes after you make the two visits they say 4-5 visits meanwhile you missing time from work. This is one confusing dental office and I advise you to go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been experiencing pain in my tooth since DAX Dental gave me a filling (which was probably unnecessary) in my back tooth…I went in for a recheck because of increased pain while eating - the Dentist who rechecked me was using phrases like: “well I wasn’t the one who did the filling” “I’ve been a dentist for 15 years” “you can’t seem to articulate what’s wrong” “there wasn’t a filling there, oh wait there was filling there” it was almost comical how I was treated. I will be advising ALL my family and friends to stay away from DAX Dental Delray Beach.

The entire staff at this office is so incredibly friendly and they are not out to gauge you like other offices. The ladies in the front are always patient with my crazy schedule and that's appreciated. I've been to many dentist trying to find the right one but no hope because they would try to tell me I needed certain things done that weren't necessary. My search ended with Dr.Xen! She is so friendly, professional and polite. I had many worries with what kind of dental work I needed done and the costs. She is not interested in your buck at all but more so on your health and peace at mind. Five stars doesn't do justice here but her and her staff deserve all the credit.
