I’ve had root canals, extractions and a bridge with him. I joke that I hate coming to see him but really he puts me at ease and does great work and even has a friends and family program to save me some money when my near worthless insurance does nothing for me. As much as I like Dr Ramirez, I like his staff even more! Shoutout to Marie, Elaine and Hailey!

It is very difficult to find a good doctor in South Florida for anything that you need, but R&R Dentistry is the place to go if you are looking for a new dentist. The entire staff at R&R Dentistry is incredible. Elaine at the front desk is amazing and we literally had a 10 minute conversation on life as I informed her that I am leaving for Europe this upcoming Thursday to study abroad. She gave me the best advice and I really appreciate her doing that. The dental hygienist is also amazing but I forgot her name which sucks because I connected with her so well. Dr. Ramirez is also awesome as he has really good bedside manners. I wish I got to know him more on a personal level, but hopefully at future visits I can have the chance too. Overall, I highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back for my next appointment! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cracked root under a crown that finally went bad. Called Dr R's office. They got me in the next morning. We took some pictures and Dr Ramirez explained all my options for taking care of the problem. He extracted the tooth (something that's never pleasant) in no time, cleaned out the infection and had me patched up in less than 20 minutes. Dr R and his entire staff were totally awesome!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible office staff. I made this appointment for my husband several weeks ago and told them we have liberty dental Medicaid and I double checked that they take it, they said they did. Then they call me again a week ago and said they had to reschedule for the following week. Okay no problem, I made sure they had my husband's insurance ID on file, they confirmed they did, I also made sure we didn't have a copay, once again they confirmed I did not have a copay. Well today rolls around the appointment is at 11am. At 10am ONE HOUR before the appointment they call and say "sorry didn't realize it was Medicaid Liberty dental, we only take regular liberty dental" mind you my husband had already been to urgent care because they had to push back his appointment already and my husband was in excruciating pain from a bacterial tooth infection. Now we are back at square one, my husband still has an infection and we have no dentist. I don't understand how you. Can repeatedly say you take the insurance especially when you have the insurance ID number on file and then not realize you don't take it till one hour before the appointment when this appointment was made several weeks in advance. They had several weeks to realize this but chose to not double check coverage and notify us they don't take our insurance till one hour before the appointment. Be careful if your going here and plan to use insurance because their office staff is clearly not competent enough to verify benefits ahead of time.

I was worried I would be told I have to do all this extra stuff especially since it’s been a long time. At the very least, I thought I’d be made to feel guilty for not taking care of my dental hygiene as I should. Nope! Not at all! Setting up the appointment felt comfortable. Staff was warm and personable. As a therapist, this was a great sign to begin with. It was a smooth experience. The doctor was great and alleviated any anxiety. He was honest and straightforward and not heavy-handed at all. I almost feel guilty, saying it was probably the most comfortable dental cleaning I’ve had, because I truly loved my past dentists. My teeth were so clean and shiny, which was so impressive since I felt like his hands were light, still very efficient and detailed. I highly recommend anyone to go as a new patient.

I called R&R Denistry and they called me back and had me go to their office within an hour. I lived in 8 states finding the perfect dentist is a job, with several procedures over the years.Trauma from impact fused my teeth, not allowing infection to surface,it entered my blood stream, heading to my brain or heart. Dr Kathy found infected area, released it to drain, 3Xs this had happened.
