On my final visit I returned for what I was informed was a covered visit and then upon arrival they changed the codeing and tried to gouge me for $150 out of pocket, I spoke to my insurance and they said that this office was out of line and over billed my insurance company

Experiencia positiva: Friendly staff, great introductory rate cleaning, caring x ray tech and hygienist, did thorough job, not pushy on sales until dentist came and was hurried/pushed multiple fillings, crown, root canal etc when I have zero pain/issues. So unsure on my rating for other services/legitimacy of needing these.

I have a sensitive tooth since the filling applied and when I informed them about my complaint, they told me it is normal upto 2-3 months. After 3.5 moths, now I have a swollen teeth and jaw and look for a reliable dental office who I can trust. By the way, they also did a filling to my 15 years old daughter on similar dates and she suffers sensitive tooth and not able to apply any pressure on that tooth. I am SCARED to visit this place even for my complaints… I WISH I HVE NEVER GONE TO THIS PLACE.

Dr. Martone replace the crown and now I have no more issues. One of the things I like most is the efficiency of the office, especially that of Dr Martone. My first time ever here they did the x-rays on Tuesday, got my teeth whitened the next day and did temporary crowns the day after. The whitening was great as it allowed my crowns to be nice and white and match my teeth. The permanent crowns did take a decent while to get here as they were shipped from NYC with covid and everything but they look very beautiful and natural. Just a head's up if you are on a time crunch for some reason. Doctor Martone is very professional and efficient, she doesn't speak much and she is a bit difficult to understand as she is soft spoken but what matters to me is the work she does is very good. Kelly, Carolina, Tatiana, Bailey are all great, patient and friendly. Thanks ladies! Definitely recommend as the dentist in Boca

More importantly, she did not sell me all sorts of things to get done unlike many other dentists. The office coordinator Kelly is super efficient. The dental hygienists are excellent and know their business. Parking is a challenge with the new Publix opened next door. But, there is always some place if you look around. I would highly recommend this dentistry. As we all know there are dentists, but good dentists are hard to come by. I am glad I found this place. I called up bright horizons and got a quote for what I needed and it was very reasonable, so I booked my appointment for a few days later.
