Pearl32 Dentistry and Wellness

Experiencia fantástica: Love pearl 32. Have been going for years and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dominique is excellent and personable.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a good experience with this dentistry team.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best dental offices around! The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Masih Rezaei and his staff are consistently kind and helpful. I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Rezaei, and it was one of the smoothest dental procedures I have ever experienced. They kept me comfortable throughout the process, provided clear explanations from start to finish, and checked on me regularly. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you all for your excellent care!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome and Friendly Office and Staff!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love Pearl32 Dentistry! They are so kind and take such great care of you!! I definitely recommend!! Joe really does an awesome job working with you and making sure you are comfortable with everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been into the office twice since the practice was sold to to Dr Masih and staff, especially Ivonne have made me feel comfortable and cared about. Dr Ardeshirzadeh spent over two hours working with my granddaughter, explaining everything she was doing. The entire staff is very supportive and go above and beyond to assist patients. On January 29th I returned to Pearl 32 for a root canal and crown. As a person who has had traumatic dental visits I was terrified. I had explained in advance that I needed to be taken back as soon as I arrived and I requested that Ivonne was the dental assistant for the procedure. All of my request were in place. The root canal was a lot more intense that projected but the team was so accommodating and kept me relaxed for the 3 + hours. The fitting and crown procedure was also uneventful and even with 1.5 hours added to the 3 they treated me with such respect and care. Again, I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist or who is at an office where they are not treated with kindness and care and want a change. The entire staff, front end, dental assistants and the dentist themselves make you feel comfortable from first visit and evert visit after.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely professional service. Could not be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Pearl32 Dentistry for my annual exam and cleaning, and from the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Nojan was thorough and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns about possible gum disease. They carefully reviewed my X-rays, conducted a detailed exam, and recommended the best treatment. Unlike many clinics that push unnecessary treatments, Pearl32 Dentistry is ethical, professional, and truly focused on patient care. I am very happy to have found such a trustworthy dental clinic that genuinely prioritizes patients’ health and well-being.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a good dentist in Irvine and I finally found Dr. Maneli. She is a great dentist, highly skilled, patient, and very good in explaining each step of the treatment. I just had a crown and a cleaning done here and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team is super kind and welcoming, and they really take the time to explain what’s going on so you feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a cleaning and the office was so clean and modern ; the staff and Doctors are so professional and friendly ; thank you for your amazing service , I will refer my family and friends here

Experiencia negativa: After coming to Dr Flora Stenger's dental office for 24 years it's a disaster to see how new owner is running to office. Eight months ago they said I needed $4300 worth work, blow it off, and came back and received a $2600 plan for two crowns. Went for a second opinion and $495. So reported them fraudulent with Delta Dental who covered my needs for 33 years. Wouldn't take my dog to Pearl 32

Experiencia fantástica: You know you're good when you have a following. Dr. Masih took great care of me when he worked at a practice closer to where I live. When I found him again, I had already done about 3 years of consistent dental work with him. His bedside manner, thoroughness, and professionalism is stellar! I trust everything he recommends and it's obviously working because I get endless compliments on my teeth day in and out. Dr. Masih is now 2 hours away from me and worth it! I came in today for a teeth cleaning and updated xrays. Got really good results with only a tiny bit of additional help needed. All my previous work with him was still excellent! And I've now recruited my husband to be a patient of his.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Pearl32 Dentistry for a deep cleaning and examination, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The deep cleaning was incredibly thorough yet gentle. The hygienist took her time, ensuring every area was cleaned properly without rushing through the process, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. After the cleaning, Dr. Masih conducted a detailed examination of my teeth, including X-rays. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t rush or push for unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. He pointed out that most of my teeth were in great condition and mentioned that I could consider replacing my amalgam fillings with composite ones in the future, as amalgam expands over time. It felt like he genuinely cared about my dental health and wanted to provide me with options rather than pressure me into decisions. The staff was also very friendly, organized, and punctual, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend Pearl32 Dentistry for anyone looking for thorough and patient-focused care! Experiencia fantástica: Kind caring and fair folks here. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: My previous dentist I had for 18 years and so when i started coming to Pearl32 dentistry I was nervous to try something new but wow it’s such a great office! The office staff and dental hygienist are so friendly and welcoming and make coming to the dentist a breeze! I recommend Pearl32 dentistry to everyone looking for a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nojan and the staff were friendly, professional, and really made me feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Dr. Nojan was very kind and caring. Highly recommend Pearl32. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Formerly Flora Stenger's office, Pearl32 still has all the great staff and excellent care that you'd come to expect from them after over 20 years of service. I've been going to them since I was a child and will continue to go to them as long as I live in California. I drive up from San Diego just to go to them!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Pearl32 Dentistry & Wellness enough! Dr. Nojan is an exceptional dentist who truly goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for his patients. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Nojan’s professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, addressing any questions or concerns with patience and genuine care. Dr. Nojan, Dr. Massih and his team have truly set the bar high for dental care!

Experiencia positiva: They consistently do a great job

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth emergency. They worked me in promptly, did a great job, and I could not be more pleased! I had been concerned when I received the notice that Dr. Stenger was leaving because I had lots of work that needed to be taken care of and I had trusted her; however, any concerns I had about the care I would receive from Drs. Rezaei and Jahedmanesh are completely gone and I actually look forward to our relationship to come. I was treated with respect, seen promptly, had the treatment plan explained, and discussed the finances so I knew everything I needed to know before any of it happened. 5 stars and my recommendation!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at the dental clinic during my cleaning appointment. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process.

Experiencia fantástica: Been looking all over OC for a good dentist and finally found one! After trying a few different places, I found this office as my go-to place from now on. Just had my first cleaning and check-up here and it was awesome. Super friendly staff and doctors who really know their stuff. Everyone was so helpful and made me feel totally comfortable. If you need a dentist in the area, definitely check them out - 100% recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I just visited Pearl32, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming and I was at ease the whole time. Dr. Nojan and the whole team were fantastic—friendly, professional, and really made me feel comfortable. Larissa, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was so gentle and thorough. I left feeling incredibly well taken care of. Highly recommend Pearl32 .

Experiencia fantástica: I always receive professional dental care! I have been going to Dr.Basilio for about 4 years and just love her! She is just the best!! She is so personable and friendly and always explains clearly my dental health issues ! My recent visit to create a crown for my implant went great !Yvonne her assistant is just awesome and also very knowledgeable and personable and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks you. I've had excellent care the past twenty five years!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rezaei was very cordial and took his time to explain everything. The office was kind and considerate.

Experiencia fantástica: PooAs always it is a pleasure to come to the office. Everyone is very helpful. I really have to wait to be taken care of and I always feel that the care I am getting is EXO

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Stenger and her staff have provided the best dental care for me and my wife for the past 10 years. Highly recommended and a total professional who cares and respects her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Basilio and her assistant were excellent as usual.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual Dr Basilio and staff did an excellent job

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is polite, professional and service oriented.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk service is the best. They are patient and professional. I went there for implant. While they found my insurance did not cover the special service of out-network, they still kindly explained and offer suggestions.

Experiencia fantástica: Great care and wonderful staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Basillo is wonderful and she causes no pain. Yvonne is fantastic too.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, 5 star service from highly knowledge professionals!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Dr. Stenger! You provide me with the absolute best dental care possible!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a filling fall out and feared that my tooth might crack. I called Dr. Stenger's office and they said they were fully booked, but if I was willing to wait from 4:00 they might be able to fit me in. I was and they did, and I got my new filling the same day.

Experiencia fantástica: Flora Stenger DDS dental office is professional, friendly, and on top of everything, from appointments to co-pay information. Dr. Basilio is an excellent dentist and both Brenda and Anna provide stellar customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen promptly and felt that treatment and staff interactions were designed to minimize potential COVID exposure. Treatment plan was explained clearly and in detail. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Experiencia fantástica: A recent implant procedure by Dr. Oliver Hoffman, the Orthodontist member of Dr. Stenger's group, was unexpectedly as pain-free as possible. It took a little more time but Dr. Hoffman's attention to patient comfort was (is) very appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Flora Stenger's team for any dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and staff! Dr. Stenger explained the details and was very thorough in the diagnosis. I would highly recommend this dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. Easy to work with. Multiple doctors means you don’t have to go to another location to get major work done. The only negative is the parking is difficult around the building. But it is like that for all of the medical buildings in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Just a Regular Cleaning and Inspection. Everyone there is friendly and efficient as always. These are all good people who handle my general discomfort for dentistry with skill and compassion.

Experiencia fantástica: As always great and friendly service. Thank you Janet vatave

Experiencia negativa: The place is very nice, as are the people, however they charged me for a cleaning and did not do it. I hope there will not be a problem when I go back for it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Stenger is Absolutely best dentist!!! Been going to Dr Stenger for over 20 years!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Basilio has been my denitist for almost 20 years. she is professional, well trained, and always has a smile on her face. I trust her.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office was the best! The entire staff was exeptually friendly and Dr. Stenger was very thorough and attentive. I will reccomend this dental office to all my family and friends!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff if very friendly and the office was clean

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place. This is one of the last places in Orange County where you can find someone that you can trust. They don't try to "fill-in" 6 cavities in your first visit. They are conservative with their approach and explain thoroughly what they are watching vs what is a problem now. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental care around. I’m glad to have my dental work done by the staff at Dr. Stenger’s office. They are friendly and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: This was not only my first time with Dr. Stenger, but also the first time I had been back to a dentist for two years. I just needed x-rays and a routine cleaning, but it was overdue and I was a little nervous. As soon as I contacted Dr. Flora’s office, the anxiety seemed to melt away, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! All communication from Dr. Flora Stenger’s office was prompt, polite, and comprehensive, yet concise. I was emailed new patient forms ahead of my appointment, which I was able to fill out and send back ahead of time. When I came in, I practically walked right in and was out within an hour. I also appreciated that both the hygienist and the doctor had excellent bedside manner and explained the procedure, but spared me questions during the actual procedure. This seems like it would be obvious not to do, but one of my pet peeves about my PREVIOUS dentist was that she would ask me questions during the cleaning, and it was difficult to respond while also having to keep my mouth open. It was nice to just relax and focus on the cleaning during that phase. A follow-up appointment was made, and I was thrilled to be sent text and email confirmation. Particularly, I really liked the dental hygienist, Yvonne (I believe that was her name). She’s extremely professional and personable and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Stenger was lovely and direct. Please note, if you choose to use the parking structure, tickets are not validated by the dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very kind

Experiencia positiva: I took a star off because the x ray procedure did not go smoothly. I think they have updated x ray machines then the ones they use in the office. The dentist was nice and did my cleaning herself. I don't know how she will do for more complicated procedures and I don't know if she will give me nitrous if I ask for it. Today I saw Dr. Stenger. She said I needed a. couple of fillings and they did not give nitrous. oxide. So I will go see a dentist that does. use. nitrous. the staff at Stenger's office are overworked.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a senior-senior and have found a dental office with staff that I feel confident and comfortable and special. I look forward to my annual visits and empathetic staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Always receive excellent care from Dr. Stenger. Dr. Stenger goes above and beyond my expectations as a patient. During a periodic "Cleaning" visit I mentioned to her that I had moderate pain in an area where a dental implant had been inserted by an oral surgeon. Dr.Stenger ordered an x-ray to be taken. She then removed the "Cap" covering that implant and was able to screw the implant in more tightly solving my problem. This saved me from having to revisit the oral surgeon.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Flora is professional and kind person. I couldn’t imagine someone else taking care of me and my family. She is absolutely amazing dentist and couldn’t thank her enough of what she’s done for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Basilio always makes sure it’s a great and pleasant experience. I highly recommend her and this dentist office. A big thank you to the admin staff, dental assistant’s and dentist. They all do a fabulous job!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place, the dentist and the employees. Always very nice and helpful. Gentle with their cleanings but do a thorough job.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a fabulous experience with Dr. Stenger. The staff is very professional and I find that they stay very true to their scheduled appointment times. I always feel well taken care of and am never nervous about going in for any work that I need done. Dr. Stenger is great!

Experiencia positiva: The masked receptionist l was less than personable and seemed to have a cold, which bothered me. The new assistant, Paul, seemed okay at first, despite his heavy accent and apparent lack of deodorant. He didn’t introduced himself, at first, but remembered to do so before taking my X-rays. Dr. Basilio’s amiable bedside manner improved my visit as she cleaned my teeth and addressed my concerns. However, afterwards, Paul polished my teeth—body odor and all—sharing TMI about his personal life and failed relationships, which was unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, so even though I like Dr. Basilio, I have decided to look for a new dental office. Ugh!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stenger is the best dentist ever! Very light touch and takes all the time needed to help patients understand what is needed. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a pleasant experience today at the Offices of Dr. Stenger. The office is pristine, the office staff is efficient. Everyone is friendly. It was my first visit there and I saw Dr. Basilio who made me comfortable. I won’t dread future appointments at the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this office everyone is very nice and professional

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is wonderful. They are kind, gentle and reassuring. I would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff and Dr were very kind, helpful, informative, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, very thorough exam and treatment and exceptionally friendly. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: my experience was very good as always Dr B is very good and very nice

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Dr. Stenger has always been very positive.

Experiencia fantástica: I've gone to several dentists, but this dental office is the best. They truly work on preventive measures to save your teeth. They are honest and fair in their costs. My office visits were always pleasant and positive.

Experiencia positiva: This dental group does a good job but I don't care for all the up-selling they try to push on the patients. I have never been to this office that I haven't had a "recommendation" to do something that costs more money and isn't really necessary. I guess that's what they do to grow their business nowadays.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed with the digital x-rays and camera. Dr. Stenger and her staff are very professional, considerate and thorough. I'm glad I chose her as my primary dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: All went so well thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are so friendly, they are giving the highest level on dental care….the best place , the best dental clinic ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great dental cleaning with Hygienist Marisa! Followed by exam with Dr. Stenger. I have been going here for at least 10 years and couldn't be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: My thanks and appreciation to Dr. Basilio and Dr. Stenger for their care and attention. My teeth and gums are much “happier” after their work and guidance this past week.

Experiencia fantástica: Very much friendly DENTAL CARE, I had cleaning done and Ms. Larisa is a perfectionist and does a beautiful job. I enjoy Visiting Doctor Flora's Dental Office, very inviting and helping environment. Thank you team.

Experiencia positiva: We love Dr. Basilio!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental care of I have ever received.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome, talented staff & dentists! Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Flora Stenger and her whole staff are so friendly and efficient. I always have such a great and easy experience when I walk into the office. So grateful to call this my primary dental provider!

Experiencia fantástica: My recent visit was for a dental crown. The entire experience. from the front desk, dental assistants and Dr. Flora fulfilled, and surpassed my expectation. I highly recommend this office to any new patients. Bonaventure Eng, M.D.

Experiencia positiva: I saw Dr. Hoffman the Periodontist. He is so nice. I was afraid to get x-rays because last time it hurt because I had a small mouth but this time Nancy did them and no problem. The upfront girls Anna and Brenda are also so nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was great!

Experiencia positiva: I’ve had my dental work done for years with Dr. Carol Basilio at this office. They’ve always been professional, friendly, and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience

Experiencia positiva: I can't give any dentist a 5-star rating, because I hate dentists (with a passion). Dr Stenger is different. She understands that not every patient wants a perfect mouth, but a functional one. Everyone in the office is pleasant and easy to deal with. The hygienists are very good. When it comes to dealing with insurance companies, they're the best. I highly recommend Dr Stenger's practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
