I was so worried about what I needed to do next or if I had to wait in agony to call the Dr. during normal business hours or even head to a hospital in China.. Dr. Kim called me back within 30 min. He knew I would be freaking out overseas, and so he called me back immediately. That was the moment I knew I made the right choice choosing him as my ortho. However, Dr. Kim carefully evaluated my case, explained how to correct my swallowing habit, identified exactly where adjustments were needed, and used techniques such as minimum-implant treatment to make the entire process comfortable, enjoyable, and noticeably faster. He knows in his mind what he wants to create by moving the teeth and filing them with tremendous skill. His staff is also great, as soon as you enter their practice you are greeted with a smile and you feel so welcomed. The practice is so clean and they have plenty of room to seat, plus refreshing water bottles waiting for you. I was so happy with the results with my son and daughter’s teeth that my husband and I also got our braces done with Dr. Kim. Mine require more work since I had to make room for an implant. Originally I was going to need two implants but Dr. Kim was able to move one of my molars therefore saving me the cost of the extra implant. I highly recommend Kim family Orthodontic. They do great work and they are very affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided on Dr. Kim's office after reading all the glowing Google and Yelp reviews. And through completing my treatment, I can definitively say that I completely understand why folks have such a great experience with Dr. Kim and his staff. I first got braces as a teen in a different ortho clinic, making my experience at Dr. Kim's my second round of orthodontic treatment, and this time, as an adult. My former orthodontist had glaring issues I didn't realize as a teen in that I wasn't told I was missing a molar that would never grow in so after my treatment, I was left with an open bite. For over a decade, I couldn't chew properly. When I was able to afford to seek treatment, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't experience such a negative outcome. This is why I feel extremely blessed to have such a wonderful experience with my orthodontic treatment this time around. After the help of Dr. Kim and his staff, I'm able to chew well on both sides and my smile is cuter! I can't express in words how much that's improved my quality of life because while it seems minor, it's been entirely life changing! Dr. Kim also informed me that I had the habit of tongue thrust which was helpful for me to work on changing the habit. In addition to Dr. Kim (and his staff) being super experienced and professional, meeting with Dr. Kim is like experiencing a dose of happiness because he's just a bundle of joy. He's patient and caring, explaining the reasons behind each action/treatment decision, and answering all your questions. He's also really thorough in his work and is always taking care of his patients (e.g., even after your treatment ends, he offers optional sessions to check your retainers and how your teeth are settling). We were referred by a friend who raved about the incredible level of service, and our experience has been amazing. We have a son with braces (halfway through his 2 year journey) and a daughter with Invisalign (about 6 months in). The Kim Family Ortho team met with us long before we started the program to explain the path, and didn't hurry us into immediately moving forward. When we did, they explained everything thoroughly and the costs were extremely competitive (that was one of the pleasant surprises). Dr. Kim himself may be the happiest dude I have ever met- makes the kids feel at ease immediately. Our appointments are so fast, I barely have time to look at my phone before the kiddos are done and walking about. VERY organized office with friendly and helpful reception and assistants. HIGHLY recommend this for your ortho needs!!!

On the financial end, Evelyn simply explained what the cost would be and what type of payment plan I could have. The payment plan they offered was a 2-year interest free plan!
