Oso Marguerite Dental Mission Viejo - Dentist - Cosmetic Dentist In Mission Viejo

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent. period!

Experiencia fantástica: We went yesterday to this clinic for my daughter Norah who is 5 years. This was her first visit ever to a dentist clinic. Norah had an amazing first time experience. Thanks to Dr. Camila and the heigenst and their assistant Sofia as they made it so much fun for my daughter and Norah was very much relaxed during the entire check up visit that lasted over 30 minutes on the chair. Norah now brushes her teeth better, she is not afraid of going to the dentist as she told me she enjoed the experience. I am thankful to the doctor and her staff and would defintely recommend this clinic to any family especially for first time visit. They build trust with the child, promote confidnece and autonomy, and work up the ladder from there for any necessary treatement with the child and the family. NK.

Experiencia fantástica: You and your staff do a wonderful job. Best dental service i have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was very pleasant. The hygienist was friendly and did a great cleaning. Dr. Butros was excellent, as always, sharing good advice. The receptionist was welcoming. The remodeled office is stunning.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful Dentists!!! 10 stars not 5.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely kind, personal and attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely phenomenal dentist! Dr. Kamila is incredibly skilled and caring. She always goes above and beyond to ensure her patients' comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow the technology in dentistry is amazing and Drs Botros and Kamila have really kept up. Dr Botros made me a night guard by digitally scanning my teeth then making it with a 3d printer! Wow! It fits great. Dr. Kamila just cemented a new crown for me. No nasty tasting impression material just an easy scan and the crown fits and feels great. Thank you everyone for the awesome work.

Experiencia fantástica: 5/2026. Had a cleaning and x-rays this visit. I have been a patient a long time. Dr Takai was great and Dr. Botros and his team have continued to provide excellent and personal service. Dyann has been my hygienist for the past few years; she is very detailed and super nice. I have also had dealings with Mary Kay and Karina and they are top notch. I highly recommend this practice. My teeth are healthy and look great.

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated professionally and with great respect. this is truly a family oriented, Dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: The single best dental experience i've ever had.... very friendly and professional staff made sure I was comfortable. The latest and state of the art technology made everything comfortable and easy. THANKS!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kamilla and her team today. After several difficult visits after some mouth trauma, my son had developed a lot of fear and anxiety around dental work. We were previously told by multiple providers that he would need to be sedated just to complete treatment. Dr. Kamilla approached him with so much patience, warmth, and genuine care. She took her time to build trust and made him feel safe—something no one else had been able to do. The entire experience felt calm and supportive rather than rushed or clinical. The office itself is absolutely beautiful, filled with natural light and a very peaceful atmosphere, which made a big difference for both of us. Her hygienist, Serena, was also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Thanks to this team, my son not only completed his filling but left feeling proud of himself—and even said he wants to come back for his cleanings. That alone says everything. We are beyond grateful to have found this office and can’t recommend them enough, especially for families with children who have had difficult dental experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Botros and Dr. K are both fantastic and fun! I’ve been seeing both of them for a few years now. I recently had to have a tooth inlay repaired after breaking it. I didn’t feel the injection at all! And I had a dinner appointment 30 minutes after Walking out of their office and by dinner time I felt perfectly normal and zero sensation of having had work done! I also like to add that I don’t like having dental work done so I actually am very critical on how the process goes and fees! And I felt fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking for a dentist look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent work...but shockingly expensive. Frankly I'm going to look for a less expensive dentist. $420 for x rays and a cleaning?

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kamila and her staff are wonderful. They're kind and patient. Anytime you have a dental procedure they carefully explain the process to you. I always feel calm knowing that I am getting great care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kamila is the best. She is so amazing with my twin girls. They absolutely love her and going to the dentist for all of us has been a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: We love love LOVE this dentist office! Everyone is always so kind and both Dr. K and Dr. Botros are so thorough and knowledgeable. We took our almost 2 year old in today to introduce her to the office and get her comfortable with the sounds and tools and she didn’t cry once! (She cries at her primary care every time) I got my Invisalign done here and I am very happy with the results. The whole team always strives to make patients feel comfortable. The office has been recently remodeled and it’s beautifully done. I’m so glad my husband found this place and they will definitely be our family dentist forever.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Dr. Kamila has been outstanding. I have always been very nervous going to see any Doctor and some how she has made it so much more at ease to sit through my appointments. Love her smile and her way of talking to you about any topic that comes up during your visit. Dr. Kamila is originally from the east coast, and so am I, so it was fun to relate on that level too. Before each procedure that needs to be performed she explains exactly what to expect and always makes sure you are comfortable throughout. I think she is professional and gracious. Five stars

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with this dental office. Communication problems, they don’t return my calls.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kamila fixed a cracked crown today as an emergency. She is absolutely the best ever!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely beautiful facility with wonderful staff and care! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never walked into a dentist office which felt like a spa. Very inviting and relaxing. Even more impressive was the expertise of Dr. Markos Botros, who assisted me in making decisions regarding my dental health. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience. The time flew by. Cy

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great cleaning with Dyann. She was on time, thorough and very professional. As always the office vibe was very cool.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit and wasn’t sure what to expect. I soon found out that my past visits with other dental offices would not be able to compare to the level of service I was about to experience. As soon as I walked through the entrance; I was welcomed with a sensory aromatic calming aroma. Next, the friendly dental team greets you as you check in for your appointment. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. Once escorted to the modern examination area, which over looks a natural succulent atrium, the comfortable and reclining chair added another layer of calmness. The whole team is friendly and professional. I was so well taken care of that I forgot that I was at the dentist and not at a spa. After X-rays, cleaning and detailed examination, I was escorted to private office for payment. Conducting financial matters in this type of environment was new to me. (At other offices your billing and payment information is usually conducted at the front desk). The private space made me feel even more VIP. Thank you to the whole team!

She explains every step as she goes so you don’t guess what’s next. Will go back for other side Will keep up with my teeth and gums And listen to their recommendations. Thanks again John June 19,25 came back for cleaning Was a good visit but found I will need a little work done but not too bad. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kamila is amazingly kind, I was very nervous about changing from my childhood dentists and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and a part of the family. Also she's a great at her job, pain free dentist with a cute dog in the office. Update 2020 They've update the entire facility, and it looks modern and stylish! New covid-19 changes are only mildly annoying and you get used to them quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Update 2022 I love the modern office and the new technology for the fast scrape free cleanings. I always feel like a part of the family here. I've been going to this location for 27 years and I love the previous dentists here but Dr. Kamila is by far the best. Update 2023 Everyone is sensational and they use the best equipment...I finally have normal blood pressure when I see the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: First dentist to numb me and it didn’t hurt! I didn’t even feel the needle going into my skin! Unbelievably happy! They replaced a crown and two fillings with no pain! I sent my daughter-in-law there and she had a great experience also! I’m not having anxiety anymore going to this dentist! He is amazing!

Everyone is extremely nice and personable, and they all couldn’t be better at their jobs. And I can confidently say I’ve met everyone in the office. I had a seemingly impossible implant procedure that was fixed phenomenally. Highly recommend 10/10! (They would give me boba because I was always on time)

Experiencia fantástica: The most fantastic dental experience for my little one!! Dr Kamilla, her husband Dr Markos, and their entire staff, could not have made a better first dental visit for our little girl. I highly recommend Oso Marguerite Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a little skeptical of going to the dentist, and after two years, I decided what the heck to try it again, extremely friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable doctor, one other dentist that I had an appointment with canceled since they valued going on lunch and it was interfering with that time frame so I decided to go to this location and was extremely pleasantly surprised at how organized and how beautiful the location is, before they did anything they always asked if it was OK. I was checking up after everything this completed and informed me about everything going on with my mouth. Will definitely recommend to friends, family and staff members. Great place great people and one happy guest me!

Experiencia fantástica: The quality of care and attention to detail has been unrivaled. My Dentist and my Hygienist pay so much attention to detail, I smile bigger and brighter when I’m out in the world. My appreciation to them is to take care of what they have done for me.
