I do have acceptable dentistry from this place, but i miss Dr. Sydney Schultz that once worked in Sherwood, Wi) This is the fake review=The whole staff was very understanding and helpful. When my husband broke his tooth they got him in same day for an examination and got him to a oral surgeon. They are very friendly and were polite and professional with the million questions I had.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my almost 3 year old daughter here for her first ever dental experience. I wanted to wait until she was old enough to understand so it wouldn’t be traumatic since she had major stranger danger when she was younger. She loved every bit of her experience here and so did I with her! The staff was so friendly and took pride in what they do. You could tell they really love working with kids. They made her first experience a memorable one and she genuinely had fun! Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a friendly atmosphere, quality dental work, and an overall great dental experience. They even thought to have a step stool in their bathroom for kids to go potty and wash their hands along with a kids table with books in the waiting room. They think of everything!

Front desk staff always make my wife and I feel welcome, and they go beyond expectations in scheduling. We have moved to another state and established a local Dentist for urgent matters, but we have been so happy with the quality of care and comfortable experiences at Artistic Smiles that we continue routine preventive as well as procedural visits with your office. Experiencia negativa: Not the place for me. :( Don’t be fooled by all of the glamorous reviews, they do a fancy give away if you leave a positive review. If you’re going in for a routine cleaning - the ladies are great! If you need actual work done DO NOT go here. I had a SMALL filling done by Dr. McConnell and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly. She hit my mouth with one of the tools so my cheek was tore up for a week after. I also had severe sensitivity/pain when chewing and went back twice for it. At the first appointment she did not take me serious with how much pain I was in, adjusted the bite and then sent me on my way. Next appointment I was very firm that something was wrong with the amount of pain I was in. I couldn’t eat, sleep, and was miserable. She said she can send over a referral for a root canal “if I want.” I did end up getting a referral and got the root canal. My tooth was severely INFECTED and doing the root canal made it spread to my jaw. i was in so much pain and looked like I had a tennis ball in my cheek, along with severe bruising on my jaw line. After missing days of work, countless endodontist appointments, & oral surgery visits I am still not done dealing with this. I also used up all my emergency money with my insurance on those two visits for the pain at her office that I didn’t have any left for the oral surgeons or endodontist. I also got a night guard made there and even that isn’t adjusted right to my teeth lol I seriously had the worst experience here. Save yourself the trauma and go elsewhere.

Professional, friendly and actually the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. They get your teeth clean and fully explain any issues that may need attention. We put together a treatment plan with priorities and a timeline. I would say my search for a good dentist is over! 10-22-2025 Had another great experience and my new tooth works great!!

They were able to fit in all my new patient requirements within a single appointment and get me scheduled for the following day for a filling. Emily did a great job making sure I was comfortable for my cleaning and xrays, especially since I had some canker sores! Esme did a great job with assisting in my filling and offering me a blanket. Having Nitrous available for my fillings was great to relieve some anxiety around dental procedures! It made it the easiest filling/procedure I've had by far!

Dr. McConnell has the expertise and technology to prepare your tooth for a crown, make the permanent crown and putting it in place in a 2-3 hour appointment. I love that it eliminates the need to wear a temporary crown for a couple weeks while waiting to return for the permanent crown to be installed.

When I walked out of their office, I made it to my car, had a little deep breath, and was so overcome by relief that I cried. I am choosing to be vulnerable while writing this on the off chance that it helps someone in a similar situation, because I was very afraid. But I promise you, you will be in good hands here. I would not say that if it wasn't the complete truth, they are a special crew. When Dr. Pat came in, she sat down next to me and shared her journey with anxiety. Her transparency and kindness completely eased my fears. Unbelievably compassionate. She took her time with me, and was genuine from the beginning to the end. I could go on, I really could. Experiencia negativa: I saw this Dentist with the desire to preserve two teeth that were absolutely wonderful. This Dentist ruined my tooth and now I’m going to lose it. She runs from one room to the next like a chicken with her head cut off and does a terrible job with her dentistry. She got over $5000 worth of my money and now I can’t even afford to have the tooth removed that she ruined, she filed it too short for the crown and now I’m stuck. Do.NOT see this Dentist if you know what’s good for you.
