RLJ Dental

Experiencia positiva: Nice

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist appointment today went very well. Cleaning & X-rays were done without any discomfort at all.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor was fine. He did explain what he was seeing with my teeth and everything however, I didn’t think the hygienist was overly friendly. I’m sure she cleaned my teeth fine however she was not easy to talk to. She walked me to the front reception area after cleaning to take care of billing and then walked away without saying goodbye or nice to see you or have a great day. not that that’s necessary, but when you’re dealing with customers you should be friendly. I owned a business and that’s what I asked for my employees. It just leaves a better impression on the business

Experiencia positiva: Great service. Good explanation.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was great!

Experiencia fantástica: RLJ Dental is wonderful. They take the time to explain what they're doing before they begin doing it and as they're doing it which helps me feel more comfortable when being worked on. They are super friendly and take the time to have a conversation with you which makes me feel they're more like a friend. I've always had good feelings about going in and have always been very comfortable there. Dr. Cory takes the time to explain things that need to be done and explain why. I have been going here for a few years now and don't plan on changing anytime soon. Very pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: wonderful first visit

Experiencia fantástica: We love going to Jenn at RLJ. Our experience + care is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fill-in hygienist named Michelle. She was very gentle with the ultrasonic scaler. I learned from her that there are settings on it, and if it feels too painful, they can set it to a more gentle setting (as long as it is still able to get teeth clean).

Experiencia positiva: So the staff was very pleasant, sometimes overly pleasant with asking questions about how life was going. But they did a good job and kept me informed of how my dental health is going

Experiencia fantástica: Very accommodating in very short notice. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and very efficient

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are all amazing, from reception, to the doctor. Very caring and thorough. Had a great experience, and will recommend this practice to everyone who needs dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency. I called they took me in same day. Referred me to another doctor no problems. Very nice Dr. and staff. Very clean off and not a long wait.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service . When you have found the best you can forget the rest.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience every time I’m here. I was very nervous for the numbing shot before my filling and Jadyn literally took my hand and squeezed it the entire time which truly meant the world to me. The entire staff makes you feel so welcome and safe. RLJ is Neenah is truly the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Requested an appointment online & was able to get in within a few hours!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been our family dentist for several years. He is gentle and careful with procedures, explains thoroughly what to expect and listens well to patient’s questions. The dental assistant and dental hygienist are also conscientious and personable. The front office personnel are efficient and welcoming.

Experiencia positiva: It was good fast service & very expansive.

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional and helpful! Very knowledgeable also.

Experiencia positiva: The hygienist was rough. I'd prefer a different hygienist in June, please.

Experiencia fantástica: This entire office is courteous, punctual and very professional. Jen, the dental hygenist, did a great job! The dentist is always thorough and helpful, answering any questions you have. You feel your in capable & friendly hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienists and Dr. Wade are so personable and explain every step of each action they take. I have never experienced any nervousness nor pain under their care. Office staff friendly and prompt.

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough good about this clinic. From the front desk to Doctor, everyone is very kind and really nice. I've had to have some major work done and everything was explained ahead of time. I was given a care plan with estimated costs and a time frame in which I should get things done. There were no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient of the previous dentist before he retired. I came in to make an appointment and the wonderful Melissa got my in right away for x-rays and other procedures and booked me in for the next day for the rest of the cleaning. I can't speak highly enough of Melissa.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a quality dentist practice. I almost enjoyed going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and medical personnel are great. Love this place and glad it’s in our insurance network.

Experiencia negativa: I have been paying for dental insurance all year and go to RJ dental for teeth cleaning and was forced to do x-rays and after that they tell me they will not clean my teeth because I have gingivitis. So now I am without dental insurance and no teeth cleaning done. So they will only help you if you have perfectly good teeth. So a doctor is suppose to help you not turn you away, so I don't consider him doctor!! I have no respect for him and would never recommend!!!!

Experiencia positiva: Very nice and professional. Honest and explained everything to me in detail.

Experiencia positiva: The members of your dental that I met were absolutely amazing. I however was not able to complete my appointment due to a medical situation that I had. No fault to your office, and Thank you to them for catching it. I look forward to returning for my appointment at a later date.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist was professional and charming as always. I learn something with every biannual visit.
