I really appreciated how the person cleaning my teeth would switch between asking icebreaker questions (such as what I do for work) while also giving instructions and explaining her process as she was doing things. Update: My daughter had an appointment today. She's 2. She was wearing a Batman shirt and is a huge fan. Dr. Callie tailored the appointment to her Batman interest (talking about the light on her glasses like the bat signal, etc). She also gave her a pair of gloves to try on. It made her feel so comfortable and confident and it meant a lot to me. Good dental experiences that young are so important.
