Experiencia fantástica: My tooth crown fell off at 1.30 pm. I immediately called the dental office, and got an appointment for 3 pm. They took me right in and evaluated the situation. By 4 pm my crown was glued back on, and I headed back to work. Amazing experience and I sure appreciate the doctors at this office. The best dental care i have ever received.

Experiencia negativa: I have never had a problem with this Dental office till today. I was called to reschedule my appointment due to no Hygienist being there the day I was scheduled ( a week later). I happened to be off of work and they had an opening so I went in today. I realized that I was a few days short of the 6 month requirement for my insurance but figured I would just deal with that. Although you think that would've been checked by them before calling to change my appointment. The Hygienist who assisted me (don't know her name bc she never introduced herself) was fine and took my Xrays as it was time for them. She went to look at them with the Dentist and was gone longer than usual. When she came back in she told me that I had bad build up and a deep cleaning is recommended. She then measured my gums, ( a new thing they started at my last visit) to further solidify the need for deep cleaning maybe). After that, the Dentist came in did her usual exam also mentioned the deep cleaning and left. The Hygienist then said I will go get prices for the deep cleaning since they have went up. I told her I would think about it and would just like my normal cleaning. This is where I may be wrong but she said she "could not legally do my regular cleaning" I believe that as the patient I can request that and if there was further issues later it would be in my chart I chose to hold off on it, no legal issue. I will be finding a new Dentist.

Experiencia negativa: This review is long overdue. While my experience with this office was decent, this was about my husbands experience. My husband went and was billed a full mouth debridement. They knew he hadn’t been to the dentist in about a year, but they failed to remember he is married to a hygienist. In no way, shape or form did my husband need a fmd. I feel like it was extremely shady of the hygienist. It’s super disappointing to see improper billing- but they did this to someone in the field. Most people would be oblivious to this. I should have disputed it back when it happened.

Experiencia negativa: Office staff is not knowledgeable of office policy. Prior to my visit I was informed that my x-rays from my previous dentist were within five years, so I was not required to get x-rays. Once I arrived, they would not see me unless I got x-rays. They knew my insurance would cover it. Also, if you like privacy during your visit this may not be the place. I arrived early and sat in the car looking right into an exam room with blinds open. Sidenote that doesn't matter at all...the waiting room is outdated.

Experiencia fantástica: This dentistry is professionally operated at every level. Appointments run on time and hygienists are careful and efficient when cleaning your teeth. I had a cracked tooth that had to be drilled out and crowned. It was not nearly as bad as I expected.

On this initial visit I met only briefly with the dentist but she was very helpful. All of my dental concern are being taken care of. Experiencia negativa: ***BEWARE*** Apt was going great, initial visit plus a crown recement. Dentist asked if i had any questions so I questioned the cost of the recement and it was taken personally to the effect that we had dismissed and agreed to continue on, however 10 mins later and the dentist was apparently offended and would not let go of the fact that I had challenged the invoice. At this point it was clear this was not the dentist I prefer and deserve for my services. I have family that have been patients here for a significant amount of time and it was really a unfortunate experience. As a consumer, it is my right to ask questions and my obligation to provide honest feedback, especially when I was engaged in the discussion. TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL!

She provides the detailed information when discussing treatment plans to make sure you can make an informed decision moving forward. Going to her isn't going to make you feel apprehensive. The hygienist Alyssa is great too! The staff at the front desk is also friendly, courteous, and professional. Great practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Beware very sloppy handling insurance claims. Your insurance company gives their approval to this dentist to proceed with your dental work. You pay your deductible and have the work done. The dentist then tells you that you did not pay the deductible. What kind of company allows work to proceed without first making sure all the financial bases are covered.

Planned on arriving early to feed my newborn in the car before my appointment but sadly got stuck in traffic and ran a bit behind. While getting my teeth cleaned they heard my baby crying because she was hungry and they made the accommodation to allow me to feed my baby mid appointment!! Didn’t feel rushed at all. They explained all my dental details to me and were very knowledgeable on what they were doing. They are friendly here! I loved my first experience, will definitely be coming back and recommending others here !

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first dentist when I started out on my own after school. I moved out of state for a couple years and recently moved back to the area but a bit further away. I tried a dentist closer to where I live but it was very frustrating and I missed being treated with the level of care, understanding, and patient education that Dr. Vargas's team provides. The longer drive is totally worth it. If it was double the distance I would still go here. I wish I had come back sooner! I have been dealing with pain in my tooth for years and nobody gave me a straight answer on what to do. Dr. Vargas and team helped me get in the door, figured out what was wrong in a couple minutes, and referred me to the next specialist. There was a clear diagnosis and a follow up plan. Awesome experience all around and a huge relief. You should feel at ease with your dentist, not scared or confused. If you are looking for a better experience, switch to Carolina Family Dentistry!

She’s so kind and sweet and I know all about her children. I love to hear the stories about the kids she’s great….And I had a small filling come out of a tooth . And Dr Kay was kind enough to fit me in and take care of it :-). Excellent job I like her a lot too. ..all in all it was just really couldn’t say more …555 for sure.
