Experiencia negativa: This was a great practice until Dr. Prescott sold to this horrendous group that he sold to. I’ve been receiving bills for almost a year now and we haven’t been to the practice since he sold. Make it make sense. Asked for my records to be transferred months ago, made it abundantly clear that since they stopped taking our insurance, we would not be back and they continue to send bills for nothing, as no services have been rendered. All of the bills for past services were paid in full, and we did not carry any balance over. Just recently started receiving random bills with no itemization, no detail of services rendered nothing just random amounts of money that they think we’re going to just pay because they asked us to. Never seen anything like it. Do not go here. Dr. Prescott is a wonderful dentist however this new practice he sold to is not. A horrible, horrible practice and we went to him for many many years. Much better dentists in the area, do not go to this one.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! Best dental practice I’ve ever had. 8yrs. Thanks Prescott dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: 6 month cleaning and eval. All good. I know here if any issues found they will be addressed and corrected. Dr. P is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been with Dr Prescott and his team for over 10 years. Always find everyone pleasant and responsive. Special thanks to Courtney for her help with my insurance and getting me in. Also, Regina, temp hygienist, for her great attitude and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist. Everyone in the office is so nice and upbeat. Great quality dental care . May is. Great hygienist

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Prescott did an amazing job with a broken filling that had taken some of my tooth with it. The filling was from years ago, well before I moved here. I had a horrible childhood dentist and it’s given me a lot of anxiety to have dental work done. I was terribly nervous about the procedure being done and everyone then, including Dr. Prescott, was so understanding and did everything they could to put me at ease. In the end, everything went very well and the experience did a ton to relieve my anxiety. Doing a cleaning (the dental hygienist was wonderful as well) there was another cavity that should be replaced and updated and having that done was anxiety free. Really a great experience, I’m glad all of us go there.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice! Natalie did an excellent job with my cleaning and Dr Prescott knows his stuff.

Experiencia fantástica: Hannah was happy, efficient, concise and such a pleasure point in my day. I am very happy here!!!

Experiencia negativa: Waited 2 hours for my crown. I was told phone was down, dentist chair broken. I requested another day. I was told I would be called to reschedule. 4 hours later no call. Toni Gray

Experiencia fantástica: The friendliest staff at the front desk, office provides comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Customer service is exceptional!!! X-ray for next procedure taken with no issues, Hannah knows what she is doing!!!!

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been 3 times in last week with 3 different family members. We’ve seen 3 different temp dental hygienists. I like consistency so not a fan of this. I recognize they are going through changes with ownership but the environment feels very different.

Experiencia negativa: Had been coming to this place for years as an adolescent and young adult but a few years ago had to get some crowns put in. There was always trouble with scheduling and communication which was irritating. The most infuriating part? I had multiple crowns done that were left with open margins and poorly fitting porcelain leading to early onset of decay..those crowns didn't last even 5 years. I get regular cleanings and have good care habits, gum measurements all 3 and below. So i know it was not b/c of my lack of care. To say the least if feel robbed of time and money. ive had to spend so much to fix the work they did. The fact that im still working to fix this is crazy! End rant. Should have posted a long time ago.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Prescott and his whole team are so wonderful. I couldn't have had a better experience going to the dentist. He's gentle and understood my nervousness and made me feel at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a filling and it went great. Completely painless and I don't even notice that I've had it done.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Prescott is always great

Experiencia fantástica: They are always prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Experiencia negativa: After 15 years to be advised that they no longer took my dental insurance without notifying me of the changes and doing work without insurance approval. Really like Dentist Prescott, but I’ve really been let down by his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant experience. Dr. Prescott and staff are competent, experienced, and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been going to them for some time now and we have NEVER had a single problem or complaint. They are all kind, wonderful, and professional while making sure you have a great dentistry experience! None of the "this is happening because you dont floss" crap I have dealt with in the past! Only happy vibes!

Experiencia fantástica: As always the team is wonderful. The process is always seamless. We always know what to expect. I love how the 9office can provide an estimated cost of service prior to any type of procedure. I wish doctors offices could work so efficiently and not leave so much to the unknown.
