She always does what is best for her patients, and she is not one to recommend unnecessary work. Her staff is full of amazing people like Kelly who are just as kind and considerate as Dr. Phan. They remember details like your family's names, pet's name, and work details. They always go above and beyond. Dr. Phan herself recently called me after business hours just to check up on me from the dental work I had done that morning. She always goes the extra mile and a personal phone call was phenomenal. If you are looking for a dentist, come see Dr. Phan. Tell her Grace sent you or you saw my review. (They do have a referral program, although I don't know anything about it. Regardless, I highly recommend Lotus Dental and Dr. Phan.)

Anyone you speak to at the office has a true passion for customer service and ensuring you have the knowledge to make the best decisions regarding your oral hygiene.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Phan is the best and I’ve had lots of work from lots of dentists over my lifetime (80yrs). She’s thorough, knowledgeable and has excellent rapport with patients. Getting dental work is never fun but when you know you’re in good hands, it makes it easier.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Lotus Dental is phenomenal. They really take care of the patients and they love what they do. I went in for a root canal and I didn't even realize when the doctor gave me not 1 but 3 needles to numb the area. I also had no idea when she extracted the tooth all while laying down and watching a tv they installed on the ceiling. They are super professional and amazing at what they do. If you have teeth call Lotus Dental, if you don't still call them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Phan and the entire staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not consider changing from Lotus Dental Associates to another place. I've been a patient of Dr. Phans for almost 10 years. Every staff member that i've dealt with is extremely kind and personable. I TOLD DR PHAN THAT I WAS AFRAID OF NEEDLES AND SHE USED THEM TO NUMB MY MOUTH AND THAT I DID NOT FEEL AT ALL. I WAS VERY NERVOUS GOING IN THERE BUT WAS MADE TO FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE BY HER ASSISTANT VERY NICE. LOVE THIS PLACE THANK YOU.

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Amanda, and I’m a mom of four. My youngest, Liam, was just 5 months old when he was diagnosed with a lip and tongue tie. Our Speech-Language Pathologist recommended Lotus Dental Associates for the procedure, and I couldn’t be more grateful that we followed through. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, caring, and incredibly helpful. Trusting someone with your baby is never easy, but Dr. Phan made it feel right. She is a talented, generous, and compassionate professional who was completely transparent about the procedure and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. Not only did they take wonderful care of Liam, but they also supported me as a mom. I was able to breastfeed immediately after the procedure, and for the first time, Liam nursed comfortably for 15 minutes straight without any issues! Now, at almost 7 months, we’re still exclusively breastfeeding, and I know Dr. Phan is the reason that’s possible. I would recommend Dr. Phan and her team to anyone—but especially to fellow parents. You will be in excellent hands. She and her staff are simply amazing! — Amanda

I will be telling all of my friends and family to come here to get a 5 star experience :)

I have never had a dental appointment like this ever (in a great way)! I would highly recommend Lotus Dental Associates to anyone looking for an extremely competent and caring dental team!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Phan truly cares about her patients. I am the type of person that needs a Xanax or valium to step foot in a dentists office! As a matter of fact, the last dentist that I went to in Rock Hill, refused to see me again without a sedative, after my last visit! I literally got up out of the chair and ran out the door (bib and all) never to return! It took Dr.Phan to not only make me feel comfortable again to see a dentist....but to not even need a sedative! She makes you feel like family and takes her time to get to know you as a person ...concerns and all! I would not even consider having the work I need done right now if it was not for her and her team! They are all super human beings!! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Pham and team because they were close by, had good reviews, and were in network. Soon after my introductory great experience they informed me they were no longer going to be part of network. More than a year later I am continuing to see them despite the higher cost for me expressly because how great everyone here is. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first Lutronic laser treatment a couple of days ago. The team targeted my wrinkles, fine lines, sun damage, age spots, and uneven skin tone on my face. They also treated age spots and sun damage on my hands and arms. Wow!! The immediate improvement is so noticeable. I'm excited for my next treatment and the continuing progress. At 70 years old, this is a miracle worker. Dr. Phan and her team were caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an amazing day with doctor Phan and her awesome staff. I was honored to be one of her first recipients using their new Ultra Lutronic laser. We both recommend her practice to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently had several fillings put in and they are phenomenal, Dr Phan is truly a master at her craft and an artist at that, very rarely will anyone find a place as skilled and genuinely caring as the team at Lotus Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I am overwhelmed at the kindness and gentle spirits I got in this office… Dr Phan and Tara, the staff… Thank you very much! 4/10/24 Just left the office and have things to do but I had to take time to acknowledge love and kindness because it means everything to me… I was sent here by my doctor, I just wished I had came sooner. Thank you so much Dr Phan, Tara and staff. I was back for a follow up appointment 5/9/2024, after seeing Tara (an absolute doll) I went on for consultation with Dr Phan (also a doll) I want people to understand its more than just dental for me; they have to repeat, look at me so I can read their lips and sometimes write it down to make sure I understand they appear to act as if it is normal and probably wonder why I even mentioned it… Well for me life is not fair so little things means a lot even if you think its nothing… I have to say sometimes the truth hurts meaning it is more work needed than I expected but I would rather the truth than a lie for gain… I really want to thank Dr Phan who went above and beyond to give me her best advice ( even if some things I didn’t want to hear ) her patience and extended time. So thank you again Dr Phan, Tara and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff has given me the best experience I have ever had at any doctor's office. I so appreciate their education-based practice and proactive style. So often you visit an office and they don’t try to get to the root cause- not here! 12/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My soft palatal lift with the Solea laser (a procedure to help open up the airway) was an easy procedure that is already helping me to breath more easily. Dr. Phan talked me through the procedure and numbed the area to make it as painless as possible and performed with extreme skill and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is stunning!! And that’s just the beginning. I love the attention to detail, quality care, and heart, especially from Dr Phan and Tara! The whole staff is amazing and I’m so glad there’s such great care provided! They are like family!

Dr. Pham is an also a great dentist! She is very professional and kind! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful dentist office and amazing staff. Everyone is so caring and understanding. They do a lot of preventative work here rather than focusing on extractions to really ensure your teeth get the best attention. Tara is always so helpful and Dr. Phan is the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever encountered. A ton of my cousins and their parents also go here because we only want the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful office with attentive and caring staff. Dr.Phan’s care is unmatched. The way she thoroughly explains treatment plans and offers me multiple ways to restore my teeth is amazing. Her standard of care is exceedingly high and her bedside manner is very professional. All of the hygienists, assistants, and office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m glad I found LDA!

Experiencia fantástica: great place. i was there when my tooth fell out. they helped me out a lot by glued it back in place with stronger glue. real friendly environment and staff. would come back again for my future dental work.
