Beyond that, I have never felt more comfortable and well taken care of at a dentist office. From the second you open the door, you are greeted with warmth and hospitality. The initial “new patient” visit, they spent two hours with me, fully charting everything. They also did a gum check, which was the first time I had ever had that done. I’ve also always had severe anxiety in regards to dentists and now I look forward to coming to my check ups and chatting with Chelsea. My oral and overall health has never been better! 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment as new patient in area was given within 2 weeks. Receptionist very friendly and helpful with paperwork. Technician cleaned my teeth better than anyone before her (I am 85) and very informative about everything she was doing. Dentist very friendly and outgoing. Explained in detail results of exam and x-rays and planned actions. Very informative pleasant visit. Second visit was to start some issues found in first (above). Work was performed very systematically and consistent. As it was happening, all work was explained. Cannot actually say going to a dentist is a joyful experience, but given what it is, it was a very efficient and effective experience.

Not only did they 'fix my issue' but Dr. Jasper and her team spent over 2 hours thoroughly examining my teeth and devising a solid care plan to prevent major dental work. I will be back next week to continue on my road to having a healthy set of teeth! I am so grateful to Jasper Dentistry for their thoroughness, expertise, and warm and understanding bedside manner. Would highly recommend Jasper Dentistry over all the other dental practices popping up in Fort Mill. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Brooke cleaned my teeth, Joe Lorenzo. As usual, she did a great job in her friendly and professional manner.

Experiencia positiva: I saw Dr. Jasper for the fist time on 6/26/23 to have a crown recemented that had fallen out. After taking xrays she advised me there wasn't enough tooth structure to re-cement. She then presented a treatment plan totaling $22,000.00. As I am 77 years old, with no dental insurance and also in need of knee replacement surgery as well as cataract surgery I told her I would think about it. I was in shock that it would be that expensive and also questioned if it would be worth it at my age as I wasn't experiencing any problems. My previous dentist in Georgia, who I saw regulartly for 17 years had not mentioned I needed all this work done. I contacted my granddaughter who was attending dental school in South Carolina and I decided to have my dental work done there. Their price was less than half of Dr. Jaspers and my granddaugher could perform some of the work so I started my dental treatment with them. I am well aware the students can't compare with Dr. Jaspers many many years of dental experience however they have an attending dentist to who instructs the students while they perform the procedure. The attending dentist also checks everything prior to the completion of the students work so I was fine having a student. Unfortunately 15 months later another one of my old crowns fell out while I was eating. The dental school said it could be re-cemented, but due to liability issues, they couldn't do it because it wasn't placed there. I called Jasper Dentistry to see if they could help so I wouldn;t have to drive to my dentist in Georgia. They made an appointment for me with Dr. Anderson, who was very nice and cemented the crown for me. While I was waiting for my bone graphs to heal to allow the periodontist to continue with my implants at the dental school, I made an appointment for a cleanin at Jasper Dentistry on 10/10/24. I informed the hygienist that xrays weren't needed as they were taken at the dental school but she insisted on 2 bitewings since the school hadn't sent the images over yet. When the hygienist completed the xrays and perio probing she left the room and Dr. Jasper appeard with the xrays and pointed out things that weren't done to her liking. She also stated she had worked at a dental school and wouldn't recommend having work done at one. She then presented a new treatment plan totaling $14,660.00 which included redoing treatment that was done at the dental school. She then informed me I would have to call to make another appointment as the hygienist had a family emergency and had to leave and my cleaning wouldn't be finished that day. To top it all off, I was handed a bill for $185.00 even though I didn't get my full cleaning. Bottom line, Dr.Jasper wasted my time and money and I won't be going back to Jasper Dentistry. Dr. Anderson was wonderful, but overall, this experience was frustrating and costly.
