Experiencia positiva: Today I met Jennifer the dental hygienist who was an absolute delight. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but had a great sense of humor. The exam was thorough and the cleaning great. I felt very much at ease. The office is very clean and tastefully decorated. One star off only because they are not contracted with Delta Dental PPO and I had to pay a higher copay. The dentist, office staff, parking availability and convenient location are reasons I will continue at Oak Ridge Dental Belmont.
Barbara, thank you for your feedback! We are dedicated to providing the best possible dental experience to all of our patients. We are pleased to hear you felt at ease, and enjoyed your time with Jennifer and our team. In regards to the insurance, we apologize for any inconvenience. We are in network with Delta Dental Premier, which allows Delta Dental PPO patients to still have access to the Delta Dental fees instead of our office fees. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are thankful to have you in our Oak Ridge family and we look forward to seeing you again!

Experiencia fantástica: These people are the best! They’re very friendly,,kind, courteous, and they make you feel welcome. They don’t try to force any kind of treatment on you that you file your shots of what you want done. I’m glad I found. Oak Ridge dental arts to put a smile back on my face.
Experiencia fantástica: The best dentists and staff! They listen to their patients and really care about them.
Experiencia fantástica: Due to past experience, I was not a fan of dentists. Was, because Oak Ridge has changed my mind with the level of care I receive here. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't have to wait long to actually be seen, and appointments are quick, but whenever I have questions or concerns they're addressed carefully and thoughtfully. There was a brief period where my dental insurance changed, and Oak Ridge was out of network. I preferred to keep coming here rather than find a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my almost 3 year old son here after changing from another pediatric dentist. He is typically pretty nervous about doctors and dentists so I anticipated the change to be a rough one but my expectations were totally exceeded! The hygienist was WONDERFUL with my son and came out and got to know him first rather than just calling us back. The rest of the visit ran super smooth and he was such a calm kid with the hygienist and the dentist. We have found our forever dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr. Olsen for about 2–3 years now, and he and his staff have always been warm, friendly, and professional. He’s helped fix several issues from past dental work, and the results have been excellent. Dr. Olsen is not only a great dentist but also a genuinely kind person. As long as he’s practicing, he’ll be my dentist—and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I look forward to going to the dentist is so unbelievable it’s not funny. Well sort of…I don’t dislike going for cleaning and for cavities (it’s unbelievable where I have my new cavity… under my crown). Oh well, this happens when you make friends with a dentist and people who work there . This practice helps me with my anxiety by keeping me laughing and treating me with respect. Thank you!!
Thank you for your positive feedback, Margaret! We are thankful to have you in our Oak Ridge family and we look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia fantástica: I usually have to call when I arrive in the parking lot, but no longer. I waited a few minutes but there was only 1 person in the room. I was called by name and title which was unusual but was nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful and asked what I wanted. They did not just fill my cavity but I could choose to have it done without novicaine.
Thank you for sharing your positive feedback, Margaret. Our team truly cares about each patient and their oral health and we are committed to providing personalized, friendly care. We are thankful to hear you were pleased with your visit. We look forward to caring for all your future dental needs!

Experiencia positiva: I looked forward to working with Dr G. He listens to you and gets an immediate plan together. However, the rest of staff wasn't for me. Good luck.
Scott, we strive to offer quality care for all of our patients and when it falls short, we want to make it right and address all of your concerns. We look forward to reaching out to resolve these issues.
Experiencia positiva: Dental care was professional, efficient and reasonable priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the AM radio station loudly blaring annoying and discordant advertisements in the waiting room. Fortunately the volume in the treatment room was low though I would appreciate more serene and soothing music in that situation.
Kevin, thank you for your feedback! We are dedicated to providing high quality, friendly care and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with our team. Thank you for your feedback on the radio station as well. We are resolving this issue and hope to provide a more calming, comfortable environment. Thank you for bringing that to our attention! We are thankful to have you in our Oak Ridge family and we look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia fantástica: Love Oak Ridge Dental! The staff is extremely helpful and caring. They will take great care of you.
Christopher, thank you for your kind review! We are thankful to have you in our Oak Ridge Dental Arts family and we look forward to caring for all your future dental needs!
Experiencia fantástica: They did great getting me in last minute as I was just returning from vacation and needed a root canal. Even called to say the Dr was ahead of schedule and to come in sooner. Dr was so great at talking me through it and making sure I was comfortable.
Kristine, thank you for your positive feedback! We are committed to providing high quality, friendly care and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit. We look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia fantástica: Extremely friendly staff who explained everything and took great care of me! My hygienist, dentist, and all of the staff I interacted with were smiling and so personable. Dr. Gonzalez was great at explaining all parts of my dental work. Both the hygienist Jennifer and Linh were fun and interactive, making both of my visits a breeze. I love the personal touches in the office and the cookies (are they trying to make us all have a sweet tooth?? Lol). You can tell everyone loves working there!
Arianna, thank you for sharing about your positive experience! We are dedicated to providing the best dental experience possible, and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with our team. We look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience coming here for my dental care.
Thank you for your kind review, Mike! We are thankful to have you in our Oak Ridge family and we look forward to seeing you again!
Experiencia negativa: I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and professionalism provided by this dental practice. The refund for a crown procedure took over five months to process. Had the circumstances been different, and I had a debt to the practice, bill collectors would have likely engaged in harassing actions, negatively impacting my credit score. This experience serves as a cautionary reminder to always advocate for oneself and meticulously document every interaction with any medical practice. Consequently, I will refrain from patronizing this practice in the future and am considering filing a complaint with the NC Dental Board.
Katharina, we strive to offer quality care for all of our patients and when it falls short, we want to make it right and address all of your concerns. We look forward to continuing to work with you to resolve these issues.
Experiencia fantástica: Jojo was great even though I was being a baby she worked with me to get it handled.
Thank you for your positive review, Tyler! We look forward to seeing you again!
