Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Russ Family Dental before it was Russ Family Dental. I now live primarily out of state and town for that matter..Arma was the best hygienist I’ve had at that Chestnut Street location. I’m only sorry to hear she is just only there helping out.

Experiencia fantástica: I can smile without covering my mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: The best in town, offering top of the line care.

Experiencia fantástica: It was excellent and always carried out in a professional manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for seeing me sooner than expected and I appreciated that and the treatment is always special and informative and I was at ease with all involved Thank you again Donna Mullin

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: My 5 year old daughter had her fourth dentist appointment ever. They were fabulous with making her feel comfortable! Hygienist Lea showed my daughter all of the instruments and let her touch them and hear them before using them on her! She even got to pick the flavor toothpaste!! Throughout the cleaning, Lea engaged with my daughter and explained things to her when she asked questions. When Dr. Russ came in to do her examination, she praised my daughter and offered her two choices from the prize bin! My daughter was beaming! As a child, my mom always tricked me into coming to the dentist and it became something I feared. I didn’t want that experience for my daughter. She loves going to the dentist! When we got to the car, my daughter said to me, “This is the best day ever.” If you are looking for a dentist who is transparent, extremely skilled, invested, cautious but realistic, and has a positive and friendly personality, Dr Russ is for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure seeing everyone. I had my front crown put in, and always an explanation of what they’re doing, as they adjust this or that. Of course reminders of what to do until tomorrow…, forgot to send this from last visit

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Russ for the past seven years and can’t say enough about her gentle and caring way in which she has treated me! She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially in times of emergencies! Three weeks ago, I suffered extensive damage to my front teeth as I had been cruelly assaulted in a supermarket parking lot. My front teeth were so badly traumatized that I have needed to see Dr. Russ for immediate attention! I can’t tell you the comfort and reassurance I experienced once seated in Dr. Russ’ office. Her staff is so wonderfully helpful that you automatically feel as if you are in the company of family and friends! As luck would have it, Dr. Russ had a jam-packed day on that fateful day, but worked me in thanks to some wonderful patients who made allowances for emergencies! Her calming voice and expertise worked miraculously on someone who was suffering greatly from pain, fear, and gruesome memory of having been savagely robbed and left bleeding in a supermarket parking lot. Now as Dr. Russ is helping to restore my smile, I find myself counting down the days until my next visit! God bless this wonderful lady – she truly is one in a million!!!
