They were so caring and made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout my root canal. Dr. McGough even called afterward to check on me, which meant so much. I felt no pain the whole time and I felt very taken care of. However, I found the person at the front desk to be pretty rude. I didn’t appreciate that, especially since I was feeling nervous going into this already. The younger woman at the front was very kind and attentive and helpful.

The dentist went into detail about the procedure options and we discussed them. He went to work on the tooth in question and then we further discussed other options. I was referred to an oral surgeon. I would recommend Endodontic Care of Norwood.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazingly thoughtful and professional care, great explanation for the options for my (very) cracked tooth from Dr. Gorham, including a perfect run through with my wife via speakerphone. Mine was an incredibly painful emergency case that is now on the right path. Staff also amazing and empathic. Kali (I believe she sits at the front desk) called me the following morning to check on me to see how I was doing (Dr. Gorham said someone would call but I am nonetheless impressed by the 9 am on the dot precision). They’ve also become an advocate for me to expedite a needed follow-on oral surgery procedure and Kali has been a great help. Dr Gorham inspires a ton of confidence, clearly has excellent clinical judgment and was very thoughtful about how I was feeling as she worked on my tooth. Also, the least uncomfortable injections of numbing meds of all times! The quality of care is good enough to be from another planet, but I am certainly glad they are on this one :) Thanks so much :)
