Experiencia fantástica: Someone recommended Parrish Children's Dentistry & it was a GREAT experience for my almost 4 y/o granddaugter. Everyone that I talked to on the phone & in the office were SO nice and helpful. The dentist Dr. Patty was very helpful in sharing information about my granddaughter's crossbite when to proceed with any needed treatment. She also ruled out problems with the frenulum (tongue-tie). As a nurse, I really appreciated the time she spent on us. Everyone was awesome, the office was so neat and set up perfectly for children. My granddaughter's last dentist in Germany scared her, so she was afraid until we walked in the office. Then she did not want to leave. I highly recommend this conveniently located practice for pediatric dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the BEST experience with Dr. Patty! We came in for a second opinion after being told we needed extensive dental work for my 6 year old, including over 10 fillings + crowns. She was soooo kind, caring and very conservative in her approach. I left the other dentist overwhelmed and concerned and Dr. Patty calmed our entire situation. She clearly explained what was needed and even found some errors in what the other dentist told us. There weren’t nearly as many fillings needed (Dr. Patty only needed to fill 3) and she said she would not do a crown. Overall, we LOVED this visit. The entire staff was so sweet! Kids loved the books in the waiting room and the treasure box! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!

From the first time I called and the receptionist spent an extended amount of time going over my dental plan to my daughter’s appointment where the hygienist was patient and explained things thoroughly. I called Dr. Schnur's office as she is the closest pedodontist to my area and she was able to get us in same day as a new patient to evaluate his baby tooth. I understand first hand the effects of delayed treatment when it comes to dental trauma, time is gold. The office staff is kind, thorough, and as a dentist myself, I would definitely recommend them for your children's dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved here 2 years ago and have been on the hunt for a dentist office that didn’t feel scammy. It’s been a rough road, until now. I’ve driven past this place a so many times and always felt “called” to it if you know what I mean. I gave them a call left a message and they were amazing from the very first interaction. We visited today and I’m happy to say, no scammer vibes here. The staff were all incredible and the dentist was my cup of tea! I’m so happy we found this place. Looking forward to future visits with my 3 kiddos.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing and highly recommended! Today was my second time taking all 3 of my kids here. Everyone is so kind. They have a room with 2 spots that my toddlers were seen in while I watched; both of the dental assistants were so sweet. They took extra time to explain what they were doing to my kids before they did it and they were so patient too. The dentist is great as well! While I stayed with my toddlers, my older son was seen in a different room and they even made time to do sealants on him while we were there. My son said the dental assistant who did his cleaning and sealants was super nice. The kiddos were happy about all the books in the waiting room, and of course, a treasure box toy after they were done. I couldn’t see myself taking my kids anywhere else

Dr Patty was amazing too, she truly cares and is always making sure that we fully understand treatments, cost, etc. The front desk staff are also the loveliest ladies to exist! We love Parrish Childrens Dentistry!!

Experiencia positiva: Great care and I love that they explained everything before hand to my 3 year old but I am disappointed in the fact that they didn’t ask my consent before applying fluoride on my child’s teeth. I stopped them just as they brushed her teeth once and asked if it was fluoride…and why they didn’t ask me before applying. They said they didn’t need my consent and took a 2x2 and brushed it off her teeth. This is unacceptable on every level!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I took my 3rd kid to Dr Patty (he’s 19 months) and we had a questionable tooth issue. Toya is the hygienist that we’ve always seen (for my older boys) and she remembered us and was so kind about making us comfortable in the chair. She worked hard to keep my little guy happy, even when he started to get upset. Dr Patty came in to see his questionable tooth, we got a quick x ray, and gave us the diagnosis and we were out in like less than 10 mins! We definitely love coming to this office, since we are treated so nicely and it’s always so fast!

Cassandra was fantastic with him on our last two visits. She patiently walks him through each step, shows him the tools and how they work and lets him ask (allllllll) the questions. She showed him compassion and kindness and that is unmatched and truly appreciated. Thankful is an understatement.

She was like I really like it here can we come back We loved how each person explained in a way my 10 year would understand about what tools they were using and why and procedures they were doing to do. Everybody was so very pleasant. Great atmosphere. Wait time was really quick compared to other places we have experienced we were in and out in approximately an hour or so. Definitely recommend.

My daughter is 11 with ADD and they all just love her even if she is talking all the time lol. She never had a good time at dentist office, but this one she feels happy to come, her cavities are scheduled to be taken of and I feel safe with them taking care of her.

They are so patient (son is 2). I can not express how thankful I am for this office. My children don’t ever get scared when I say it’s time for a dentist appointment. In fact my older (7) ask when they can go back.

The entire office is kind, helpful, professional, and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist for your children, look no further! Update: My kids just had another successful visit (every 6 mo.)! My teen daughter says everyone is sweet, caring, and gentle.

Experiencia positiva: We have been Dr Patty Schnur’s patients for few years. We’ve liked their front desk lady politeness and the staff ( dental hygienists)cordiality. All of them are professional and respectful to our children. The office is clean; provides privacy to the patients; not crowded and puntual. Dr Patty was very helpful to us regarding our children’s orthodontics in our last visit. She spent quality time to educate and guide us. Lastly but also important, this office gives estimates prior procedures; communicates effectively about copays( no surprises); submits claims honestly and maintains services under insurance limits. We have and recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an exceptional visit at Parrish Children’s Dentistry. I have three children ranging from 1 year old to 7 years of age. The hygienist and dentist were thorough in their care and attention to everyone’s individual needs. The practice is clean and vibrant and the staff are all warm and knowledgeable. We’ll be back in 6 months for sure!

Experiencia negativa: Staff was all nice...The problem was that all the work my daughter had done here in September 2022 had to be redone after May 2023 at another dentists office because it wasn't done well and my daughter had decay under the fillings that was not properly cleaned out. Plus I was charged more than my insurance patient responsibility said I owed. When I asked for a reimbursement they denied owing me anything. This is just a few of the reasons that we don't go here any more. I was also told by another dentist that I was not alone in my misfortune. This is very upsetting to think many of us and our children are having to deal with this.

I took my son for an extraction a few months back after the experience with Dr. Patty we decided to change the dentist for all four of our children to Dr. Patty! She is amazing, her staff is amazing and I’m pretty sure Wendy knows us by name now! We love the staff at this office! Not to mention my girls had their first appointment with their prior dentist, and they were shy and timid.At this visit with Dr. patty they came out of their shells!

My son has severe anxiety and they take the time to explain everything that they will be doing during his appointment to help calm his nerves. They are always patient and kind.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist has no bedside manner and shouldn't be working with children at all. She didn't even say one word the entire visit to me or my child. Basically just walked in, did the check up and left. Rude!
