Experiencia negativa: This rating system should not allow one star when the facts are there should be NO stars, the office should be shut down for absolute worst patient treatment The dental hygienist was so rough and abrasive with me telling me to swallow the fluoride chemicals, did not wipe all of the water she dripped down my face and neck and in my clothes, made me ask three times to get my insurance card back, was trying to charge me $59 for fluoride when it was on my insurance, did not have a clue as to how to use the cray machine, was horrible.

Experiencia fantástica: I searched for top rated dental surgeons near me and this company popped up with very impressive reviews. After hopping from dentist to dentist with getting only expensive TEMPORARY treatments I was very disgusted. From the moment I made the call to schedule my first appt until the delivery of my bridges the customer service was extremely professional and compassionate . At my visit after the tech took my xrays the physican, Dr. Halder, came in and before I explained anything to her She analyzed my problem and a permanent solution for the issues. I was immediately very impressed. She gave me and itemized treatment plan and was more concerned about correcting the issue before any cosmetic procedures were done. I felt and overwhelming sense of comfort and knew that I was finally in good hands, because no what else seemed to have had a solution for my challengeing condition. The process took me about 3 visits because of so much details involved but when I tell you I couldnt be anymore satisfied with the final results . Needless to say I am very confidant and satisfied with my brand new smile. I am definately a pt for the long hall.
