I can't remember having teeth that function as well and I don't remember my smile being so nice, I'm constantly being told how nice my smile is, something I haven't heard in years. I was in a lot of pain, and they heard everything I said, but more importantly, they listened to me. Experiencia negativa: I never had any issues with them for many years until April when I was seen by a new dentist that was out of network, unbeknownst to me. I was charged almost twice the original "estimate" billing. I contacted the office but I was only told that I could pay the bill on an installement plan. It was a very disappointing experience and I hope everybody learns from that experience. One, that I should not have trusted them and made sure that the new dentist was in my network (though I never encountered this issue with them before) and two, that they should have douiblechecked or triplechecked before they assign an out of network dentist. I was also charged as an emergency visit, whereas I had just called for an appointment that was set up the week after.
