Experiencia negativa: Don’t go here. Such a scam. Got a filling done when I asked about food getting stuck between two teeth. Ended up having to go back to get it shaved down. Then it made my tooth hurt. Got another filling done. Made the pain worst. Shaved it again and still terrible pain. Got sent to an endo for a root canal. Another scam for $2200. Ontop of that, got to get a crown. The endo sent my information to these people so they can schedule my appointment. Never got that call from LA dental. Even when I called I kept getting put on hold and that they’ll call me to schedule. If you go there, don’t have “dr bevona” do any of your work done. Go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Kenner Louisiana dental for 10 years my last two experiences with the receptionist at the desk was not good they don't know how to talk to you and they always have an attitude I spoke with Jamie the manager and she didn't making it no better she is just as worse as the receptionist the only reason why I keep going back is because of my hygienist Carly she is amazing she makes me feel so comfortablebut I will not continue to go and spend my money with the attitude that they have in the front and Jamie didn't even have the decency to pull me to the side and have a conversation with me she had a conversation in front of the customers in the waiting area and the receptionist that I had the problem with and Jamie had the nerve to tell me she heard the conversation and her receptionist was not being rude so in so many words she's telling me right there that she's not going to do anything about it I never wrote a bad review in my life but I feel like I had to write this for me because I don't deserve to get treated I just want to thank my hygienist Carly for being so kind and nice every single time but those people in the front Is going to cause a lot of people to stop coming to that office

Experiencia negativa: This is the second time I had problems with there service. First time they charged my for a procedure that they did not do. Today I had a appointment to take care of two cavities that I have. They brought me in the back and had me sit for all most 2hrs.then the dentist came in and told me that he was very busy and could not help me today. I asked why didn't reschedule me when I came or before I got they. He had nothing to reply. I got up thank him and left. Do not use these people. Unless you have to find another provider. I call my insurance to make sure they did not bill my insurance for my visit.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. I made an appointment for a dental cleaning, and when I arrived, they charged me upfront but didn’t perform the service. Instead, they tried to pressure me into paying for a deep cleaning. They basically scammed me out of $205 and did nothing, saying I had to pay an additional $1,000 because I supposedly needed a deep cleaning. I’m very upset because it felt like they just took my money.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dentist i’ve ever been to. Both me and my sister went here and had horrible experiences. After my teeth had been x-rayed i was told i needed three new porcelain teeth and received a bill of $3,000 because my insurance “couldn’t cover” the expenses. A month later after not going back and realizing i won’t get the work done i received a letter from my insurance saying they approved the work. At this point everyone of my sisters teeth were messed up after braces because they didn’t take the wire off to properly clean in between every tooth for almost three years… I then decided to make the decision to not go back to the dentist because of very unprofessional work. I went to my new dentist today who went through and showed me my x-rays to explain what exactly i needed done. Turns out i only need one porcelain tooth. Louisiana dental was trying to give me two unnecessary root canal’s. I would recommend this dentist for cleaning only do not go here to get braces or work done on your teeth.

Will be looking for a new dentist because the lack of care for me after making a mistake and expecting Me to accommodate the office is crazy. Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience at Kenner’s LA Dental!! My x-Ray tech, Dino, was very friendly and we talked about football! My hygienist, Danielle, was truly exceptional! She was informative, teaching me about dental facts and also sharing personal information about herself! We talked about local restaurants, our backgrounds, and cruising! My dentist, Dr. Pham, was extremely friendly and caring! She sincerely cared about my pain level and spoke to me as she would a family member or long time friend! This office is top notch and I would recommend to anyone.

I didn't get the young lady name that took me to the back as well as check me out she was amazing, very social & polite. Carla did a wonderful job cleaning my teeths as well as took care of some adhesive from my braces & the new dentist is heaven. She was very gentle, and told me to be careful with a tooth that needs a crown. I love going there for cleaning, crowns, etc.... the whole team make you feel loved & like a family

Dr.Le is very highly competent, he is kind and insures you are comfortable. I also always request Victoria as my Dental hygienist she is amazing. Also I must mention the front desk staff so very nice and helpful. The experience I get at this Dentist office is top notch, the best I have ever had. There are other places in Metarie that are affordable and professional. I am disgusted of how these people treat you when you are coming to pay your hard earned money to get good service

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I was told that I highly needed a deep teeth cleaning. After I had my xray done. I felt as this was an emergency because I haven’t been to my dentist in about a year and a half. Then I was told the price that I would pay after insurance was 550.00 so I paid that in full and signed the convent form and proceeded with the procedure. After 4 months I get a call to schedule my follow up. After speaking with them numerous times you’d think I would have been informed of an outstanding balance! After speaking with them over the phone you’d think they would have informed me. Instead I am told the day of after being told my co-payment was $59 and as I was about to pay, the assistant informs me that I had an outstanding balance. This was the first time I heard of this… never informed and surprised the amount due is over 250.00 dollars mind you I maid 550 4 months ago. Instead of informing their patients I was then informed I could not have my 2nd cleaning done unless I paid the full amount. Manager was rude customer service awful and was mislead from the very start! As a veteran and someone who works hard for their money and had insurance this was a BIG HORRIBLE MESSY EXPERIENCE AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THEY SACM YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY, insurance money and misleading with their deep teeth cleaning so that they can get more out you and the insurance!!

She was very careful and took her time! I left the Dental Center spotless and my teeth looked so much whiter! She also created a great environment and made me laugh! Dr. Lennon was also great! He explained everything about my teeth in depth and showed me what problem spots on my x-ray looked like, and what they should look like. I also asked a couple of other questions and he was happy to answer them! I would definitely recommend the Louisiana Dental Center!
