I have had two amazing cleanings with Savannah, the hygienist, and she has been wonderful!!! She was so good about explaining the process and what to expect. She was also gentle, warm, and kind and so welcoming. Dominique at the front is also amazing. Very friendly customer service from her. Josh, the office manager, was also very welcoming and helpful upon my first visit also. I was impressed with the technology there and also how friendly the staff was. Everyone was so courteous, professional and genuinely seemed to care about my dental health. I actually will look forward to my future dental visits! Highly recommend!

She came in with pain around her front teeth, the team quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly offered solution. They took extra care of my mom and followed up immediately after her treatment to make sure mom is pain free and recovering well. Cannot ask for a better team to accommodate and look after my mom. Thank you guys for everything!!! A++++

The Dr was so patient and gentle. My bp was way to high but he made sure before service I was in a comfortable space to be treated. My trearment went smoothly and quick. Just amazed with the Dr. So caring. On the other hand my wife was getting treatment the same time she said the lady that treated her was amazing and she wants her to be the only one to keep her teeth beautiful. As we left their was a gentlemen at the front desk.He also was very friendly. I highly recommend this facility and not go off someone else experience try out for yourself. Experiencia negativa: On my last visit to the dentist I was referred to a specialist because my root canal was infected. The specialist then referred me back to my dentist to have my tooth extracted because they couldn't save it. I called the office and asked about getting antibiotics for the infection ( since the specialist had mentioned it) on Friday morning and was told that they would speak with the doctor and get back with me. No one called or texted me. I called back about 3 pm that afternoon and spoke with a guy who said that they would get it taken care of. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND NO FOLLOW-UP. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!!!

Been calling them 2-3 times a week to get a status update. But no luck. Always say they will get back but never do. Don’t come here.

Experiencia negativa: Update: This corporate office does not allow shadowing, even though the staff seems supportive of it. What’s the harm in shadowing for just two days? As healthcare providers, we’re supposed to uplift our community and support access to higher education, not restrict it. It’s disappointing to see a practice that doesn’t align with the educational values or community health priorities emphasized by dental schools. I was a patient here but will no longer support this practice. Welcome to corporate America, where community and mutual aid seem to be lost values. —- Thank you Dr. Shah and assistant for my cleaning, exam, and X-rays today. I used the new patient promo of $79 check up and cleaning—a very good deal. Everything was really detailed and Dr. Shah was super gentle, understanding, and knowledgeable. She got rid of all my stains. I would come here again.

Experiencia negativa: When I say DO NOT GO HERE. I mean it wholeheartedly. I got in a car accident after being a loyal patient to this facility after MANY Dr and employee changes/ staff issues. I had been previously set up on a payment plan for a crown I had done. I was later in a horrible car accident. When I showed up 2 days after the traumatic accident, I needed to have an emergency extraction and bone graft, bc my front tooth was broke and the nerve was damaged… they REFUSED to remove the tooth until my past due fees of $128 was paid… ONE HUNDRED AND 28 dollars compared to the thousands I have spent myself or from insurance … and all on top of the $389 down for the ext… they gave me an exact amount down I would have to pay and made me leave. A WEEK later I arrived with the money down as asked ($450) and when I arrived the girl with curly hair (kinda chunky) and unprofessional piercings all over her face told me they wound need $580 instead witch my husband did not prepare to send me with. So AGAIN I hade to leave. I CRIED AND BEGGED FOR HELP. When my DA left the room I could her the front desk girl talking, laughing, and complaining about my treatment. When the DA came back and I asked for someone else to talk to the girl came BACK in the room to continue to try and explain to me why they couldn’t just help with the extraction witch was deemed medically necessary later at my new dentist. They treated me as a number and not a patient and I will forever warn who I can and post bad reviews so this does not happen to anyone else. My DA even went as far as to tell me “ she’s new so she doesn’t really know what’s going on” SO SEND SOMEONE ELSE. When I asked the dentist himself he told me “the money part has nothing to do with me” and something about that just doesn’t sit right with me. She not only embarrassed herself but her whole office and I HIGHLY recommend to not seek treatment with this company. Oh and who eats their lunch at the front desk (during PT hours) at a “health providers” office. Crazy!!!
