You can easily tell the difference between fake and genuine service, and they are definitely the real deal! My dental hygienist keeps it real with me and gives it to me straight, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Pablo has a wonderfully calming demeanor and has even gone out of his way to message me after hours, a level of dedication you rarely find in dental offices these days. There are plenty of options out there, but I stick with this team because they truly make you feel like family. It being family-owned and run just makes it even better!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had to have quiet a bit of work done and was dreading the process. Pablo & Liliana were phenomenal and made me feel at ease every time I came in for a procedure. They were very attentive and always sure to check that I was as comfortable. On top of that, what I appreciated the most was how the procedures were performed. Pablo worked swiftly with intent while causing as little discomfort as was possible. Personally I am beyond satisfied. I had a very bad experience when I was younger with my wisdom teeth and it really effected how I thought about dentists. These folks have done quiet a bit to change that for the better.

My first time here completely changed my mindset and now I enjoy every appointment. Everyone here is patient, kind, friendly and compassionate. They really care and it shows through their words and actions. This is a safe, healthy, and clean place (nice restroom). I always leave with a smile. I came for my first appointment extremely nervous and with so many issues but from the second I walked in to their building I was greeted with kindness from the whole staff. Dr. Pablo Janer is kind, patient and has an excellent bed side manner. He listened to all of my concerns (which were many) and created a treatment plan that wasn’t overwhelming and got started right away. Experiencia fantástica: This is the BEST dentist I have been to in a very long time! I was blessed with being born with a unique mouth; missing 8 adult teeth congenitally. So I have a mouth filled with artificial teeth. One of teeth started giving me problems and I found myself needing to find a new dentist to both fix it and protect them going forward. They fit me in so quickly and were also such a pleasure to talk to. I have seen both dentists here and they are truly amazing. Since then; I’ve switch my two kids from a pediatric dentist to this establishment and couldn’t be more happy to find a dentist to treat all of us with the same level of kindness and patience. My kids are 4 and 9 and every person here has treated them like family. It’s hard to find a dentist and support staff that can work with kids of different ages and adults alike. I couldn’t be more happy with the transition from the pediatric dentist to Richmond Landing Family Dentistry. They love my KIDS so they have my business!!!

He was wearing a shirt that said Richmond Landing Family Dentistry and we were looking for a new dentist since we just moved to the area. I brought my entire family to get our teeth looked at and cleaned. From the moment we called, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were all so personable. It was easy to make an appointment and they were very flexible. Amber and Julie at the front desk are so welcoming. Shauna the tech was awesome and very funny. And of course Dr. Pablo was great. They have advanced technology to really get a better understanding of the health of our teeth and gums. He found things that previous dentists didn’t catch and also gave other solutions that previous dentists didn’t recommend. Very happy with the entire visits for myself and my family and very happy we randomly met at Home Depot.
