Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment for my annual exam and cleaning as a new patient and had already rescheduled once because I was specifically told the provider who performs cleanings would be available on this date. When I arrived, I paid my copay and completed X-rays/exam paperwork under the impression that my cleaning would also be done during the same visit. Only after the X-rays were completed did they inform me that no one was available to perform the cleaning and that I would need to come back another day. This should have been disclosed before proceeding with any services, especially since that was the main reason for my appointment. I also did not appreciate being informed of additional charges after arriving. Overall, the communication and scheduling were very misleading and felt extremely unprofessional. Patients deserve transparency about availability, treatment plans, and costs before services are started. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. If I could give no-star, I would.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment on Wednesday at 1:45 PM and showed up 15 minutes early. I checked the door, but it was locked from the inside. I tried calling the number posted on the door, but nobody answered. I waited about 5 minutes before a lady finally came out and said, “Oh, sorry, everybody left. Someone in our office had an emergency, so they all left. Didn’t someone let you know?” I told her no. I had to take time off work for this appointment and waited several weeks for it, only for nothing to happen. While sitting in my car writing this review, I saw a man in uniform come out, grab something from his car, and walk back inside. That made me question why I was told nobody was inside and that everyone had already left. Before booking an appointment here, just know they may not notify you if your appointment gets canceled for any reason. Don’t take time off work unless you confirm someone will actually be there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had some issues with the turnover here, but they have treated me well. This time, though, they are requiring an oral cancer exam every 6 months. I'm 70 years young, and although I have no history of oral cancer in my family, I'd still be ok with one exam, but not every 6 months. If nothing is found, what cancer can start in 6 months? If nothing is found in a colonoscopy, you only have to go back every 5 years or more. Different end, but same principal. Looks like, reluctantly, I'll be looking for a different dentist.

Although I was hesitant to switch providers, it turned out to be the best decision ever! I truly found a better place without a doubt! Dr. Khan, his assistant Alberto, and office manager Kanan have been exceptional and truly deserve more than five stars! Thank you Castle Dental!

Experiencia positiva: Had a long wait then rushed me 2 get all the $ there so they can start my procedure..they were ready 2 close! the front service were nice. They removed a half gone wisdom tooth, charged 550 DIDNT give anything for pain & left a tooth crumb n my mouth!! Next day is worse 4 me! The throbbin pain inside my mouth spread to my ear lk a bad nerve! N again nothin for pain! I wouldnt recommend anyone!!

Experiencia negativa: To start I wanna say stay away from this place ! I went for a simple crown procedure and when done I went home in horrible pain. Few days later I had to return due to the pain in which the dentist took a look and said she needed to fill the crown because she had not completely filled the crown !! Well the pain did not stop and had to return 2 days later! At that point X-rays were taken and it revealed I had a severe bacteria due to her damaging my nerve , I was told I had to see a specialist because now I needed a root canal to be done due to her drilling to far into my tooth ! They the dentist admitted to doing so and did not respond to the financial responsibility that I had to pay out of pocket ! This place is thee worst !!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I feel castle dental is not professional regarding my service up front when it came down I really needed a root canal over a crown which I still needed, but my mouth swelled up at the last minute that I needed a root canal. If that should have been first through strategic diagnostic.

We'll see how they fit when I go back also, they brought me in for a fitting and they're stuck them in my mouth made me think that they were done. Let me leave the place for the after the first fitting that I did and all the teeth fell out of my mouth, and I almost started choking on him and come to find out they weren't even done yet so I was not very pleased with that situation and then when I go back, they still don't fit properly so like I said in two weeks, I will write another review and let you know how this turns out

Experiencia positiva: Communication at the front office was poor and showed some profiling and passive aggression. I nearly walked out due to poor customer service. Business manager needs re-training on therapeutic communication and customer service. However the Dentist and her assistant were awesome. This is my honest observation.

Experiencia negativa: This place will book multiple people all at once and have you waiting in the waiting room. Had two people ahead and what they told me would have been a 30 minute wait took soo much longer. Not to mention they had 4 others in the back so who knows how much longer I would have waited when I finally got to the back but I didn’t wait to find out. This place has a strong unpleasant odor and they really need to do something about that. If you want to waste your time by all means please book your next appointment with 4 other patients at the same time too.

Experiencia positiva: So 3 stars because I’ve been coming here since 2021 whenever I’m able to afford dental work. So this past January (January 13th to be exact), I came in for them to check on two teeth that were bothering me really bad and while the lady that worked on my mouth was relatively nice, the dental assistant Alberto was very rough with me a lot of times when it came to working on my mouth. He would place the suction right on my open hole and hold it there with intense pressure after me expressing what would turn into intense pain. After letting him know he would continue and tell me “I’m sorry I have to do it to dry the area” which really I winded up figuring out after Dr. Kabbani working on my mouth when he wasn’t around she was NEVER like that and I NEVER had that issue when she would dry my open areas where two of my teeth were pulled. She would use some sort of little cloth and then apply very little pressure with the suction and was still able to do the job. She was always so gentle as all dentists/dental assistants should be with patients. It was only him I had an issue with. I had to do several sessions because I had 2 dental bridges placed in my mouth. He was rough every time and I’ve told him not to be which was insane to me that I even had to tell him that, and he still was rough no matter what I said. My second session Dr. Kabbani even told him that he needs to stop pushing whatever tool it was that has the little mirror on it down near my gag reflex and she had to tell him 2 or 3 times I can’t remember but it was more than once. He didn’t even care about my gag reflex either aside from the intense pressure he would apply to my open holes. Overall he was just really rough and he shouldn’t be working in dentistry if he’s gonna be as rough as he is. Even yesterday he was still rough after me having to tell him not to be and that was my last session for the bridges. BUT Thank you to Dr. Kabbani for helping me each session, you did an amazing job!

Experiencia negativa: The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful but the actual service was not good. I needed some numbing done and they applied the gel and before it even had a chance to work I had the giant needle in my gums, almost lighting me out of my chair. I needed a root canal done which I paid around $800-900 for, but the dentist got part of the way through and said it was too complicated and I needed to see an endodontist they recommended. Normally I’d be fine with that, however I never got any money back for the incomplete root canal. When I went to the endodontist I had to pay another over $900 to get it completed. That’s about $1800 ON ONE TOOTH! After that it took 4 separate times to get my crown actually put in. One time they lost it, and twice it was not sized properly, finally on the 4th try it worked.

Experiencia negativa: They would not glue my tooth back on the denture I paid out of pocket 2 years ago. It was a clean brake. Instead they wanted me and the insurance to buy a whole new denture. I found CVS sell denture repair glue. They should have done the repair instead of trying to up charge me.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this dental clinic. After a year from my husband’s first and ONLY visit, they sent him a balance of $40 - where it says “recent”. When front desk staff was asked what was it about, she just answered “I don’t know what happened that time.“ First of all Ma’am, that’s not how you deal with this type of concern. You should always offer an answer or solution to your clients. Just because you don’t know what happened, it doesn’t mean it’s totally OK for us to pay any amount that you send us without a clear explanation. In the end, she just told us she will “adjust” the balance to zero. Second, that was a year ago & a different insurance. That is not on us in any way, we should not be dealing with this at all at this time. This may be a small amount yes, but this is out of our budget. Third, the male dental hygienist was rough on working around his teeth that he chipped one of the bridges and we still had to pay $150 for that visit. My husband already told him to be careful but he didn’t. This is the main reason we are not coming back to that clinic. Also, the waiting area is dusty, seems like nobody has the time to clean it. I tried not to leave a negative comment when this happened last year, but with this thing that happened now which doesn’t make sense, I just have to. Please hire more competent and respectful staff.

When I left they said I need my wisdom tooth removed and my jaw is in pain. I don't know what happened but my jaw and teeth are killing me on my left bottom side.

Like most people I'm not usually a fan of the dentist office, but my experience was painless and enjoyable, because the service and dental work was first class! Experiencia negativa: What a disappointment of an office. I Went in for a regular check up it being my first time there, only to leave livid 2 1/2 hrs later with nothing but X-rays done. I waited patiently, was happy to have a same day apt, and was needing to fix a chipped tooth. I've done this before several times with other dentists, So this isn't a new to me. To be told it won't last (duh) and it's better to get crowns not 1 but 4! At almost $900 each seriously! It wasn't what I was inquiring about and they offer bonding there,but was denied because the dentist said it wouldn't last long. I'm fully aware it's a temp fix, but to offer this service and be told THE DENTIST REFUSES TO DO IT LIKE WHAT! Dr. Khann already seemed like she didn't want to be there. I've never had any issues about fixing a minor chip tooth up until coming to this dental office . Then to be told I had to wait longer or reschedule because the person doing the cleaning was behind. So they knew this before booking me but yet tell me they that their hygienest is only there on certain days. We'll then who was doing the cleaning! What a waste of an appointment and my time. If the customer is fine with a certain procedure then why offer it if your going to just deny the services solely because you don't agree with it being a temporary fix. Do better and listen to your customers. So disappointing and a waste of my time. I will not be returning back.

Experiencia positiva: We had a great time….then the needles and the plyers , along with plenty of novacaine her tiny hands made the job easier for me. Doc has skills, she eased that molar right out of there. Didn’t receive any written aftercare instructions just antibiotic.

Experiencia negativa: I initially enjoyed my experience at this dental office; however, my opinion changed after the dentist failed to show up back up to work shortly after I had a four-part bridge done. The office also has a waiting list for basic cleanings, which seems unacceptable for a dental practice. When I visited another dentist, I was informed that cement from my bridge had not been properly cleaned and that my wisdom tooth should have been extracted before the procedure. These oversights reflect a lack of thoroughness and professionalism. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this office.

I have to say my experience never gets better this is the most unprofessional and unorganized dentist office. You would think bc it’s franchise they’d carry themselves better but it’s ridiculous. There’s always different doctors and dental assistants. The front staff for the orthodontist is very rude. Had I know my experience was going to be like this I would never have took my service else where!

Before my sons appointment I got multiple calls telling me to call my ins and make them the provider (my ins requires me to call in office) then this lady calls and caught an attitude with me and got huffy after I told her I didn’t have pen and paper because I was at work (as if I can’t work a job too) and she wanted to spill an entire 3page essay to me. Sorry lady, no time for that. Then they charge me $200 on top of my insurance for my kids teeth and he only had two little cavities. I ignored the red flags. I went in a second time the following week and this psycho tries to charge me almost a grand on top of my insurance. my teeth aren’t even bad. This office is extremely money hungry. The dentist is nice. The hygienist doesn’t speak very clear. They are not accommodating to single parents. She wanted me to leave my 2 year old in their waiting area and “they’d make sure my kids didn’t leave”. My son was mortified when she came in and said my kids were on my nerves. which my kids were both peacefully sitting in the chairs watching movies. The office isn’t even nice. Not worth the money they are charging.

I have complaints before he always had an excuse as to why he can’t do a full cleaning and tells you it’s your fault . For this reason Iam giving them a 3 . I’ll be changing dentist soon. I had to update my insurance or else I do it sooner. And avoid a second time tragedy service with him.

After getting the appt, I had to make 2 separate appointments for X-rays and the cleaning (a general cleaning) office and equipment was very dated. There are too many dental offices to choose than to be subjected to this place.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for an initial exam was happy to see that they had the time to fix my chipped tooth and do a deep cleaning the doctor was excellent however their hygienist was trash he never finished numbing my upper left side of my mouth for the cleaning, didn’t clean all of my teeth. Every hygienist in my experience does every tooth front side to back top and bottom this guy jumped all over the place and was very rough I have a high pain tolerance and have never felt pain or discomfort even during a deep cleaning with him I felt every tug and pull I expressed my concerns with the front desk my gums are still sore days later if I do return I will definitely ask for a different hygienist

However I initially told them I was coming in for a 6months basic preventative/routine cleaning and it was not performed all they did was take X-rays and try and pressure me into a deep cleaning which was not the reason I was there. I also asked was Dr Dhukta still practicing and I was told yes but when I arrived he was not. Also it took a while for my treatment plan to be presented I will not be returning.

Rose assured me that they have top notch dentist and dental assistant. She was right ! I had the best experience at Castle Dental. The staff is wonderful and so caring. They fixed my tooth and had a follow up call to see how i was doi g. I highly recommend Castle Dental in Rosenberg. This is the 2nd day and no pain!

Experiencia negativa: I chose Castle Dental because my regular dentist moved and I had a toothache. I needed to see someone quickly. Going to them felt like a fast food restaurant. They took x-rays, the dentist quickly examined me and then I waited while the receptionist brought me an al a carte type list of suggested services and told me that what they do today was up to what I chose. They referred me to an endodontist as their dentist does not perform root canals. When I questioned that she told me it’s common for dentists to not perform them. Also the atmosphere was dingy and prison like. You are seated in individual cubby like areas with your back to the main hallway. There is no privacy. I had to listen to them give two other patients the same spiel they gave me. I declined their services and left. My mistake for not researching enough before making the appointment.

The dentist sat with me and explained her professional opinion, and gave me a plan to consider going forward. I appreciated the time they took to lay out what they felt was urgent and what could wait. My only complaint is that the company prices their services so high, that having insurance is no better than a discount card. It's hard on folks out here.

Experiencia negativa: Overpriced, they told us to 6 teeth and it was 3000$ without insurance. We went to another dental and the charge 900 without insurance which is way cheaper and they told us we had to do only 4 since the other ones can be reversed.

The hygienist does not clean each tooth or remove plaque on the backside of my teeth. Other Dental cleanings that I have had elsewhere are very thorough and I have been pleased with. I feel rushed at the Castle Dental at Brazos Town Center location and have not been pleased with either one of the cleanings. The staff are nice, but I haven't received the best service there.

Now my teeth are sensitive with pain on one side. No problems or cavities going in but pain and problems coming out. No!

The doctor broke the stint that is place in the root for support. Which left nasel constantly leaking. My gums were in pain impacted with infection. They tranfer to the Missouri city location to resolve the infection and remove the broken stint. It was so painful. Came back they applied the crown that was to big. I ask the new doctor to remove it. He stated we will just have to file it down so this crown that was not fitted correctly has to be removed. I wouldn't recommend this dentistry to anyone.. I wish that I could give less stars.

Experiencia negativa: I think they are a scam. I went because I just needed a cleaning. They said something about having to do a treatment for my gums before they could do my cleaning. Like how?? I don't have $179 to give you for this treatment you are saying I apparently need. Of course insurance doesn't cover much, so now I can't get my cleaning which is why I got insurance in the first place until I get this gum treatment. The whole process felt rushed too. The dental hygienist didn't really explain why I needed this, he just said I did. He looked over my mouth ane just left. I wouldn't recommend!

Experiencia negativa: This was my first visit as a new patient. I waited 30 minutes. Then was taken for 18 X-rays. After that some one came and did depression measurements. Doctor came next and told me that all I need is a good cleaning. I waited another 25 minutes before the finance guy came and told me that I would have to pay $114 for cleaning. I objected. Was told that it will be more than my regular preventive cleaning which was covered by my insurance. In short he insisted that the plan be followed. I disagreed and left without treatment. I entered the office and 1:50 pm and left at 3:40 pm. It was a great day.

Experiencia negativa: At my April appt the office was closed for training. I received no call to cancel but received the confirmation text to verify my appointment. June's appt was split without my knowledge. Saw dentist Monday which was scheduled but my cleaning was moved to Tuesday without contacting me. So happened I was able to make that afternoon appt because my work stopped early. The hygienist was rough and had water splashing into my face. I'm concerned about continuing with this office unless they change. Not satisfied at all right now with THIS office.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a good experience at castle dental. They texted me and notified me of my appointment. The front desk agent was friendly and professional as well, and the dentist did a good job. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Experiencia negativa: This is a horrible place to book an appointment this place scheduled me a month out so I would be able to have a Saturday appointment. When I arrived to my appointment at 10:09 and my appointment was at 10:30am I was told the dentist has moved on to the next patient because my appointment was at 10 and not 10:30. I proceeded to let the front desk lady know ma’am I have on my calendar for 10:30 and I never received a confirmation email, call, or message you can see in my messages and call log and I showed her the phone. Please if there is anything you could do as I have shown you I never received a confirmation notification. She states someone confirmed the appointment I show her my phone again proving I didn’t revive anything she laughs at me. I did say I don’t see what is funny about my situation. She then tells me she would ask the dentist if he could still see me. As she is walking away laughing again at me. Let it be know i have waited a month for this appointment and have been in desperate need of a dentist visit as I finally have dental insurance. That being said she returns and tells me the dentist could not see even if all of this was not my fault. That being said the way the front desk lady laughed at my situation had no compassion and treated me as if I was just part of her check. As well as the dentist who wouldn’t even try and see me. If you want a caring and compassionate dental office I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I have never been treated with so little respect.

Experiencia negativa: The dental staff is excellent. However, the front office scheduling group could use a lot of help with customer service and scheduling. We waited 3 months for a specialized procedure, we arrive to find out that nutrias was not available that day. So they gave a date for a new appointment when it was (6 more weeks). Then we arrive and no tech was available again and they tried to blame us for their scheduling error.

They were very patient with him and made him feel relaxed, I’m sure the nitrate helped. I would recommend anyone especially if they are scared of the dentist, to go to this location in Rosenberg.

Experiencia negativa: Scam alert I wouldn’t recommend this Dentist because I went in for wisdom tooth removal and They tried to charged 1200 included with my insurance and when I got their I sit down and waited for the doctor I wait for 3 hours in when they finally called me in the back they took x-rays and before they started the surgery they randomly switched my cost of the surgery from 1,200 to 1,600 and I asked why and she told me the doctor said I have to be on the Anastasia for a hour instead of 30 min and The price just wasn’t sitting right with me in before I left the clerk said to make sure I don’t eat anything and have the right funds next time very rude I found another office in they only charged me 400$ to remove two wisdom teeth shop around before you fall victim to these ppl and I also had to pay 29$ just for going in there in basically telling me the same thing the other office told me don’t waste your time or money

Experiencia fantástica: My dental appointment on 09/20/22 at Castle Dental was a very good one. Reena, the Hygienist, did a very professional job. She was very thorough and took care of every detail. I am very please with her work. I do recommend Castle Dental and Reena, the hygienist.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the worst, my daughters had an appointment yesterday at 1pm, arrived at 12:50. Had 10 mins to wait because of lunch. No one was there with a key until about 1:28pm.This location has always horrible. Always changing employees, no one doesn’t stay.
