I loved the kids’ play area in the waiting room—it made the office feel very family-friendly. Fabi, the RDA, was so kind and professional. She took my X-rays, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Arain was excellent—she performed a thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jackie, the hygienist, gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. She was gentle, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

They listened to our concerns, showed true compassion, and made it clear that they genuinely care about what is best for my son. Experiencia fantástica: As a diabetic, finding the right provider is important, and I'm glad I came to their clinic. I was a new patient and had an emergency. I was expecting to wait for an appointment, but they booked me promptly! Dr. Mak and Dr. Arain were very knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis very well. I was also able to get a same-day emergency extraction. I had no complications, and I healed perfectly!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't really do reviews and comments like this but these people from the person in the front desk to my dentist and her assistant all I can say are good praises! I've been to other dental clinics but Premier Dental Studio of Katy is I can truly say is the Best so far I've been. They fix my tooth really quick and smooth. My dentist and her assistant made a good team work and their hands are just too light when they work on my teeth. I was too relax and felt no pain AT ALL that I almost fall asleep. I even ask if they have injected an anesthesia because it didn't feel like. I didn't get anything from them for me to make this review/ comments but I just feels like I need to do it so other can experience it. Oh also one very important thing about Dr. Arain is that she is very honest and tells you the best option to do so you will not spend much or even tells you if it's not necessary to undergo the procedure. My uncle is a good dentist too and he might not forgive me by saying this but I wanna say Dr. Arain is better.

Experiencia negativa: This is exactly what happened, and I’m being very truthful about the whole experience. I went to this clinic after a friend recommended them, hoping to finally find help for my dental situation. Over the past few years, I’ve lost several front teeth due to financial constraints, and like many people, I’ve had to prioritize my family and children. This has seriously affected my confidence and daily life. I paid the $69 consultation fee — which was not easy for me — expecting a professional evaluation and clear guidance. During the visit, Dr. Arain was very kind and reassuring. She told me not to worry and that they would take care of me. She presented two options: a full implant procedure (around $40,000, referred out), and a more affordable in-house option involving extractions and a temporary removable solution while I work toward implants later. She also mentioned a possible plan where I could start putting money aside over time, and once I reached a certain amount, they could move forward with treatment and discuss payments. I left the clinic feeling hopeful and encouraged. However, the follow-up process was very disappointing. I was told I would receive a call the next day, but no one contacted me. The next day, I had to call the clinic myself in the morning. I was told the doctor would call me back, but I never received a call. Later that morning, I realized my phone number had been entered incorrectly in their system, so I called again to correct it and reminded them I was still waiting. Despite that, I did not hear back from anyone throughout the day. At around 3:40 PM, I finally received a call — but it was from a different doctor, Dr. Maknojia, whom I had not seen. I was simply told that they could not help me. The conversation felt dismissive, especially after I had been waiting and calling multiple times for a follow-up. After insisting, I was transferred back to Dr. Arain. The conversation was brief, and I was told they could not proceed unless full payment was made upfront. The previously mentioned savings/payment option was not discussed or explained properly, which directly contradicted what I was told during my visit and which also did not go along with the kind of concern or care I received during my visit which was really disappointing. What was also confusing is that the pricing kept changing. I was initially told around $10,500, then on the phone $9,800 if I found financial help, and then $8,000 if paid in cash. This inconsistency made the situation feel unclear and uncomfortable, and it was clear for me that it is just a business like any other business which cares first and most about the money and the not the client. Another important concern is that during my visit, I clearly told the doctor that I was in significant pain from one of my teeth. Despite this, no examination or guidance was provided regarding the source of the pain, and I left the clinic without any advice or treatment for it. I assumed this would be addressed in the follow-up, but since there was no proper follow-up, I am now still dealing with pain and without clear direction on what to do next. I fully understand that clinics need to be paid, and I respect that. The issue here is not being told “no” — it’s being given hope, options, and even payment ideas during the visit, then receiving completely different information afterward, along with no proper follow-up or explanation. Overall, I felt disappointed by the lack of communication, inconsistency, and professionalism after the initial consultation. Patients in difficult situations deserve clear, consistent information, proper follow-up, and attention to immediate concerns like pain. Thank you for your response, My concern is not the fee. During my visit, I was given options and left feeling hopeful. However, I did not receive the promised follow-up and had to call multiple times myself. I was later told full payment was required, which contradicted what was discussed in person. I also mentioned I was in pain, yet no evaluation or guidance was provided.

Experiencia negativa: My husband went to this clinic because he was told they could help him, and he came home feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. Unfortunately, that hope didn’t last. He was promised a follow-up call the same day or the next, but that never happened. After having to consistently follow up himself just to get a response, the experience turned into disappointment and frustration. It’s very hard to see someone go from hopeful to let down like that. Patients deserve honesty, clear communication, and for promises to be kept.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this dentist on February 2026 specifically to order a lower night guard. I ended up doing a cleaning and doctor and staff ware sweet. A day later I got a call from one of the staff asking me if wanted to do the upper side instead of the lower, she said that doctor recommended etc. I insisted that I wanted what I went there for and she insisted so much that made me believe that they ware not capable to do the lower sleep guard because the shape of my mouth and the missing tooth since I have a bridge. To make the story short! She had an atitude when I said no that is what I need or I go somewhere else, than she said fine with an attitude.At this point I was disappointed and thought that the insistence ware a clear sign! Wish I had walked out! 2 weeks later the order came in all wrong and thick not a clear material I was shocked,and missing one side. Didn’t fit well. The dentist had to drill. I went home and tried to use it it was too tight n thick .I ended up ripping side of my lip forcing in n out. I went back 2 times to fix it and still not good. The material used caused strange taste in my mouth. And soreness ,Overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Do not go there for night guard. :(

This is easily the best dental practice we’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, Jael at reception was so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Arain is absolutely amazing—she takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel so valued and comfortable. Jackie, the hygienist, gave me a wonderful cleaning and provided me with such helpful tips. I had a cavity fill with Dr. Arain and Fabi, and they work together effortlessly. Fabi kept me informed and encouraged during the whole procedure which I really appreciated. The little details make this place extra special too—a profile pic on your chart so they have a face to the name, tvs to watch Netflix while you’re in the chair, updated technology for easy scans, a complimentary beverage bar, and even Vaseline on your lips before treatment so they don’t get chapped…. Amazing! The whole team is so kind and makes it feel like you’re just chatting with friends instead of being at the dentist. I don’t even mind going to the dentist anymore! Highly recommend.

My first visit was for a cleaning, which went extremely well, and I’ve since returned for fillings. I’ll be heading back for my third visit soon, and I truly feel confident and comfortable continuing my care here. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome. Ramie at the front desk and treatment coordinator is absolutely amazing kind, professional, and so helpful in explaining everything clearly. Bree, the assistant who helped with my fillings, was incredible. I was nervous, and she literally held my hand and talked me through the process. It meant more than she probably knows and honestly, the procedure wasn’t painful at all. Thank you also to Jeal and Jackie! I can stress how both of the doctors, are phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with both of them, and together we created a thorough, thoughtful treatment plan to get my teeth back to perfect health. They truly listened to my concerns and took the time to sit down and understand what I was looking for. After having a very bad dental experience at another office, I am beyond grateful to have found a dental home so close to where I live. This has been a wonderful experience because the staff make it feel like it’s just routine, nothing to worry about. Every transaction was smooth and gave a lot of helpful tips even at the front desk. Love how the dentist encourages each other and teaches as they go to make sure the patient gets the best treatment and care. Bre makes it seem like a 2 hour procedure only last 10 minutes, so kind and professional and just all in general, followed suit. She eased my jetters with her great bedside manners. She explained what's going on with my dental hygiene and the course of actoin to sustain and improve my dental healt.. Jael, ended the visit just as it began with a very kind and compassionate demeanor. with the overview for the upcoming treatments. Jael was very patient and thorough when explained everything. They put filler and I started having sensitivity when I eat and brushing. Then I went again for another check up, good thing they din’t charge me. Ramie made the clerical process easy and efficient, Jackie did a wonderful job with my cleaning, and Dr. Maknojia was an excellent listener who evaluated everything and more at the level I asked for and genuinely appreciated. Experiencia fantástica: I finally have time to sit down and write this review. Last week I called this office to try and schedule not only a last minute appointment but also new patient. I spoke with Rannie. This lady was so enthusiastic and excited to help me. Not once did I feel like a nuisance calling to bother them. She is the absolute sweetest person. I can’t say enough good things. I got to my appointment and the front desk lady was super kind and happy to greet me. The atmosphere is fantastic. Even the waiting area is fabulous. I don’t know who designed and decorated but wonderful job. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, it’s beautiful. I don’t think I even waited five minutes but I wouldn’t have minded having to wait an hour. The area was that nice. Bre originally came to get me and get my case started, but she was needed for something else so Jackie took over for her. Both of these women are amazing. I hadn’t had a dentist appointment in four plus years but after the regular cleaning Jackie did, you’d think I went to the dentist one weekly basis. My teeth haven’t felt so clean since they broke through my gums. This entire team was mind blowingly kind and happy and supportive and knowledgeable. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a team so enthusiastic and happy and caring. I don’t even have words for how amazing this team is. My team included Rannie, Bre, Jackie, Jael, and Mak. Mak is the Dentist I seen and she was so kind and gentle. She never hurt me while looking at my teeth and checking everything out. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Amazing job ladies. Yall really have it together over there. Absolutely fabulous. From the people to the establishment. 10/10 hands down, best experience ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I called with an emergency toothache and they fit me in the same day. The entire staff was professional and caring, making sure I was out of pain quickly. Best dental care I've ever received! I was extremely nervous about my root canal, but Dr. Mak made it completely painless and kept me calm. I have severe dental anxiety, but my experience at premier dental studio for a root canal was life-changing. They explained every step using digital X-rays and ensured I was comfortable before starting. I felt nothing during the procedure and had zero swelling the next day! And shout to Bre and Anushkha for always checking but I was comfortable and okay during the procedure. Also Jael had me checked in quick and was super friendly and welcoming. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Cherry place to visit even with a toothache. I was in pain since New Year’s Eve. The worst scenario kept me awake… root canal, implant, drill to kill…But after a slew of X-rays, the Dr. said it was ok…. and gave me instructions to monitor, and a ready referral just in case any of the God-forbid scenarios kicks in. Great experience to start the year.
