Experiencia fantástica: Family Dental Clinic is a true hidden gem! My experience so far has been exceptional. The staff, Violeta and Kenia, are very professional and efficient, making the entire treatment process quick and easy. They are friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What I appreciated most was that they didn't pressure me into pursuing any particular treatment; instead, they offered clear options to ensure the best outcome for me. Ultimately, I decided to go with the best option they suggested, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their customer service is outstanding; they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and well-being. I highly recommend Smilie Avenue Family Dental Clinic to anyone seeking professional, attentive, and efficient dental care.⚕️⚕️

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service at Smile Avenue Katy! The atmosphere is very friendly, and they do a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The hygienists are thorough yet gentle, and the front desk staff is incredibly helpful with scheduling and insurance. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable local dentist.
Thank you for your feedback! We understand how insurance can sometimes be confusing. Our goal is always to provide an accurate estimate based on the information your insurance company gives us. However, as a third-party biller, we don't have control over your insurance provider’s decisions. Coverage is determined by them, and sometimes the final amount may differ from the estimate. We did work with you and communicated with you which resulted in you reaching out to your former dentist as well to see what happened prior to us. We recommend contacting your insurance directly for any concerns about coverage. We’re here to help with any further questions you may have and appreciate your understanding!
Experiencia negativa: I went there a year and a half ago and now there work has fell out and when I reached out the them today, said come and let US see what we did for 59.00 visit. Do NOT go there, they do not honor there Work. So after I post this review, they reached back out and had me come in for a visit. They still did not honor their work and the doctor and staff that was there are no longer there. The staff does not know why they drill into my teeth and there is no record or good notes of what was done. I went and got a second opinion at another dentist, they said those are for a bridge, so the staff there said they don’t know why. So either they don’t want to admit what they did or the staff and doctors there are incompetent. SO Please Don’t Go There
Rickey, I’m truly sorry to hear you’re dealing with this and that our response left you feeling unsupported—thank you for bringing it to our attention. We’d like the chance to review your concerns and help you find a fair path forward; please call our Katy office so we can discuss this directly and see how we can make things right.

Experiencia fantástica: I am leaving this review because my wife, Cristal Vazquez, became a new patient at Smile Avenue after having a very disappointing experience at a previous dental office in Katy. Unfortunately, she invested a significant amount of money into treatment there, trusting that they would properly care for her dental health, but the results and overall experience were extremely discouraging. Everything changed once she found Smile Avenue on Westheimer. From the very beginning, the team treated her with honesty, professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures, prioritize their patients’ comfort, and most importantly, provide exceptional quality work focused on long-term dental health. Seeing the difference in my wife’s confidence and happiness has been incredible. She has literally cried tears of joy because she finally found a dental office she can truly trust. That level of trust is rare to find nowadays, and this office has absolutely earned it through their integrity, dedication, and outstanding patient care. I am beyond grateful for the work they do and the way they make their patients feel valued and cared for. The only reason I am writing this review is because my wife is genuinely happy with her experience and fully trusts this team with her dental care. She will absolutely continue referring new patients here. Thank you, Smile Avenue, for restoring not only her smile, but also her confidence and peace of mind.
Thank you so much, Christopher—hearing that our team at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry in Katy helped your wife feel comfortable, fully informed, and truly cared for means the world to us. We’re so glad she found our Westheimer location and that the honesty, compassion, and quality dentistry restored her confidence and trust. We truly appreciate your referrals and look forward to welcoming your family again.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent office! I went to get an examination, cleaning, and whitening done. I was greeted by Emmanuel when I entered who was very friendly and made light conversation. The wait time wasn’t long at all and then Whitney the assistant took me. Sweetest lady ever, she took my xrays and scan and constantly checked on me on throughout the appointment and when I was getting the whitening at the end. Dr. Sameer Bilal was very friendly and knowledgeable and he explained everything related to potential “incipient” cavities that don’t need treatment right now but to keep an eye on at future appointments. The cleaning was good and then I got the whitening done (of course depending on the health of your gums and bone levels around your teeth, you may need to let your gums heal for a couple of weeks first before getting the whitening so it’s a case by case thing). If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while or you want to get things checked up, I highly recommend coming here with Dr. Bilal!

Experiencia negativa: This place is AMAZING, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! I felt like a princess, warm neck pillow, blanket, massage chair. 2 tvs to watch Netflix on during your appointment, with sound! I really felt like the dentist and staff care about my dental health and not just pushing procedures to get paid. I will never go any where else again.
Experiencia fantástica: I don’t think I’ve been to a dentist this nice. The waiting room is pretty, very calming if you’re afraid of going to the dentist (not me). All the people here are wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable. Emmanuel, Withney, and Violet especially were very helpful and helped my appointment go smoothly. I got what I needed thanks to them. They were also pretty funny lol. I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but he was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Also I don’t know who has the aux, but the music in the waiting room was peak. Drop the playlist lol.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing first experience at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry of Katy. The atmosphere is so bright, clean, welcoming and smells amazing. Emmanuel at the front desk was kind and answered all my questions. I brought my son who doesn’t usually like dentists and he had such a great experience. They gave him a warm neck pillow and blanket and put on his favorite tv show when we got there. Our hygienist Whitney took the time to explain everything to him, answer all mine and his questions and chat up a storm with him about his hobbies. Dr. Nora is amazing with kids and was keen to answer my questions and address any concerns. Violeta assisted Dr. Nora for a filling and she was also amazing and made my son feel so at ease. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate the dentist. I avoid the dentist. But wow after one visit at Smile Dentistry I look forward to my next appointment. Staff treat you like you’re at a spa. Massage chairs, soft blankets, hot neck wraps, TV’s on the ceiling and even anxiety squishy toys! But that’s not all. They use the latest technology and focus on education. Plus they work with you payment wise offering a variety of payment plans. I was hesitant giving such a great review because I don’t want overcrowded waiting rooms and no appointment availability for months. But Emmanuel and Violeta were amazing and deserve recognition!
Hello Alexandria,
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that your visit at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry felt more like a spa day than a dental appointment. Experiencia fantástica: I’m gonna be honest I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years but this might just be the best dentist and dentist office I’ve ever been too. Emanuel was very personable and kind and really answered all my questions. My hygienist did a great job and Whitney took some great X-rays in a time efficient manner! But most of all Dr. Bilal did a great job in evaluating my teeth and performing my cleaning. The amenities, massage chair, coffee machine, heated pillows I practically thought I was in a spa! Experiencia fantástica: I came to Smile Avenue as a second opinion for a crown I needed. First, they only charged me the $60 co-pay to take a look do x-rays and give me an opinion with a quote. I was thankful for that, as I called around to other offices and they were trying to charge me 300+ dollars just to look at the one tooth. After the initial exam & the pricing I ended up choosing to go ahead and proceed with Smile Avenue to do my crown. Overall it was a great experience!! I don’t have insurance and I’m self-pay so their pricing was pretty affordable. I’ve never had more than a cavity filled before so having a procedure like this I was a little worried, but they did a great job. Also easily addressed any concerns I had! The staff made me instantly feel at home. Emmanuel and Whitney are super great!! Dr. Nuorah had great and calm bedside manners. Would recommend to family or friends!!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 5 year old to the dentist for her usual cleaning. Dr. Saakshi was sooo awesome with her! She made her feel very comfortable and made her laugh. When they first called us back to the room Emmanuel immediately asked her what she would like to watch, sounds simple, but at her age comfort is everything and I’ve been to other dental offices that don’t put something on to distract her from nerves. He was friendly, and helpful. Whitney was a hoot, she joked with my daughter and made taking X-rays fun! My daughter loved the little coin machine with prizes at the end. It’s makes a dental visit so fun for kids which is great and easier on the parents.
Thank you, Vanessa! We're thrilled to hear that your daughter's visit to Smile Avenue Family Dentistry - Katy was such a joyful experience. We're delighted that Dr. Saakshi, alongside Emmanuel and Whitney, made the visit both comfortable and fun with their care and attention. Having a little entertainment during visits and fun prizes at the end are aspects we cherish, and we're glad they made your daughter's experience brighter. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back sometime soon!

Experiencia positiva: I had a fantastic experience at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional (specifically Emmanuel). I came in for a routine teeth cleaning, X-rays, and a dental exam, and everything was handled with care and efficiency. The hygienist, Whitney was incredibly gentle and thorough during the cleaning, and the X-rays were quick and my cleaning was semi-painless. Dr. Nora took the time to explain my results clearly and offered honest recommendations without any pressure. It really felt like they had my best interests at heart. Since I'm new to Texas this was very important to me. There only area of opportunity was just the wait. I'm use to being in and out of the dentist office under an hour so an hour and 45 mins was a little OD for me lol. However, I highly recommend Smile Avenue to anyone looking for quality dental care in a friendly and trustworthy environment! Thanks again, I'll be back
