Katy Dental Experts - General Dentist and Cosmetic Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: My kids loves come over for teeth check, so they can enjoy big TV and totally forget about they are doing dental check. Doctor and staff are wonderful and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Another great experience. Even in a routine dental cleaning, Gary and Dr. Chan found an potential issue and fix it right away. It has been pleasant to deal with everybody in this clinic. They are skillful and try their best to accommodate our needs.

Experiencia fantástica: After living in the United States for decades, I can confidently say this is the best dental clinic our family has ever experienced. We have been patients at this clinic for nearly seven years, and every visit has reinforced our trust and appreciation. From the doctors’ professionalism to the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff, the level of care has always been exceptional. Dr. Chu is especially compassionate and patient with elderly Taiwanese patients who speak little or no English. My mother used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Chu’s gentle care, she now feels completely comfortable and confident during every visit. Our entire family trusts Dr. Chu and his wonderful team. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, caring, honest, and genuinely puts patients first, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I trust Dr Chu to do a great job on my implants. He communicates to me well and the front desk is also very helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Went to see Dr Jeffery Chu with Katy Dental Experts for a follow up to a root canal and New crown. Dr Chu and his staff our very good! They make you feel at ease and even working on the tooth for a long period of time things were good!

Experiencia fantástica: My whole family is seeing Katy Dental Experts and we highly recommend this clinic. They provide exceptional services for their patients from front desk staff, hygienists and Dr. Chu. They truly care for the patients’ teeth health and never overdo anything. With the same high quality work, they charge less than other dental offices I went before.

Experiencia fantástica: They make you feel good from the moment you call; the staff is very friendly and honest regarding any treatment. I’ve been coming in for cleanings for three years, and everything has been great! You can tell that the receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist work together as a team. Plus, the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful and loving dentists and their assistants I’ve ever had in my entire adult life. They have done great job on my teeth and I am very, very thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: No waiting do it now and do it right

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic staff all the way around!! My entire family comes here.

Experiencia fantástica: Office is very clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. My entire family goes there now. I’d recommend Katy Dental to anyone looking for a great dental clinic. Did I mention the prices are very reasonable….that’s always a win!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu and his staff are nothing short of amazing. The entire staff treats you like you were family. Dr. Chu is quick and gentle! As an added bonus, it’s pretty easy to get on the schedule for an appointment. I would highly recommend Katy Dental Experts!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience! Professional, timely , thorough , innovative dental techniques to keep you comfortable and free of pain. I can give a 5 with a smile.

Experiencia fantástica: We love our dentist and all the staff!!!They are amazing with children.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a really good experience at our recent dental visit with our son and daughter. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and great at meeting their individual needs. The staff clearly answered our questions and provided dental care recommendations. We’re very happy with the care they received and would definitely recommend this dental practice to other families.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff at Katy Dental Experts. Dr. Chen and the dental assistant Xavier did a great job. Very gentle and extremely knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jeff and his staff are the best hands down. Very professional and gentle with his patients. I would recommend Katy Dental Experts to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: To best explain one person with a terrible attitude can sour the whole experience. While the Dentist did a good job with no complaints, and without specifically calling anyone out, the young man was apparently having a bad day. Guess we all do but I suspect this wasn’t a bad day and normal behavior. Plenty of other practices in Katy with more professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and patient especially Dr. Jeffery and the front desk male assistant.

Experiencia fantástica: Like most people don’t really look forward to dentist visit However today was my initial visit with Dr Chu on Mason Rd Katy Actually it was a very pleasant experience the dentist is top notch and I highly recommend him. His assistant is excellent and very professional All in all I highly recommend the practice

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jeff and all his patient care team are awesome!!! They always treat me like family. I used to dread going to the dentist. Not anymore. Since finding Katy Dental Experts, and Dr. Jeff, I don't mind it when my teefus need fixing. It's always a relaxing atmosphere and a good vibe. You will feel cared for! Dr. Jeff and the staff truly care about the clients, and it shows, in every visit, in every procedure. You are getting the best care possible. They simply don't do business any other way. Go see them, once you do, you too will enjoy, not dread the dentist office. Can't put it any simpler ya'll. Simply the best!! Nick

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always very pleasant & you're appointment is always on-time. Dr. Jeffrey's work is amaculate and he's excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service from everyone at Katy Dental Experts. Very satisfied customer

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jeff Chu and his entire team. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Chu takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure our teeth are well cared for at every visit. The office is welcoming, organized, and runs efficiently, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. What really stands out is how great they are with kids—my kids actually love going to the dentist, which says everything about how kind and gentle the team is. We’re very grateful to have found such a trustworthy and skilled dentist for our whole family. Highly recommend Dr. Jeff Chu and his team!

Experiencia positiva: My dental insurance was changed this year. Before coming for teeth cleaning, I called the office and provided new insurance information to make sure Dr.Chu is in network. I told Ms. Stephanie to give me a call. I waited for a whole day, no calling. I called the office in the evening, the lady told me after verifying, they will give me a call. I called the office the next day, Stephanie said she has called and told me already. I don't know who did she talked to, but she never called me or anyone in my family at all. On the other hand, during my daughter teeth cleaning, the hygienist didn't floss her teeth until I asked him to do so. He said my daughter's teeth are clean. I think flossing is one of the services of teeth cleaning. With your bare eyes, you can't see foods stucked between teeth, so you have to floss it. I have been gone to many dentists before, flossing was done every time for teeth cleaning, regardless any reason.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor is very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu and his staff are the best ever!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu and his staff are great. They’re so friendly and helpful. Most of all, I really believe this office, especially Dr Chu, is honest. I have never felt like am being misled or talked into something I don’t need. My whole family goes to this dentist now!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best dentist in Houston. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and the overall service is outstanding. I had my braces done here, along with all my cleanings and routine checkups, and I also received excellent treatment for multiple fillings. Every visit has been a great experience I can’t recommend Katy Dental Experts enough.

Experiencia fantástica: This was one of the best dental place I've ever been. There's alot of care and painless work, he knows what he's doing I will make this my permanent place to come to. My wife will also visit here as well. Highly recommended and I will tell EVERYONE ....Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu and his team is the best. Been going here for 5 years now. Great place, great team.

Experiencia fantástica: I do not handle dental work very well. They always take every measure to make sure I'm comfortable. I appreciate that tremendously!

He has resolved the problems I had with some of my teeth that other dentists and specialists have not been able to resolve. He is careful, skilful and caring. He has a team who are friendly, helpful and very welcoming whenever I am at their clinic. I have no hesitation in recommending Katy Dental Experts, especially to patients needing solutions to their complicated dental issues.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say, it’s been a long time that I can say I really enjoyed going to the dentist. After my 1st visit at Katy Dental Experts, that has changed. Thank you guys for taking good care of me…..

Experiencia fantástica: 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a great experience with wonderful personalities

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Chu and staff are caring knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu and the staff are incredible. They were so nice and provided me with top quality dental care and solved a multi-years long issue. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service here. Dentist and his staffs are very friendly and professional

Experiencia negativa: $300 for a one surface filling is criminal. I got quoted $150 at another location for the same tooth and they gave me additional discounts since I have a lot of work to get done. Their end of year special is misleading. They did not take full mouth X-rays on my partner; Only a Panoramic and bitewings. It was really alarming and unprofessional how they presented their treatment plans (ours included) in the lobby in front of other patients. It's embarrassing.

Experiencia fantástica: Did a Great Job removing my teeth Thank You Very Much. I will let my friends know about you guys Great Service

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chu is awesome! His office staff is great as well! The hygienist today (Xavier) did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning and was very thorough. I highly recommend this dental office for your dental care. I would like to add to my review that the price that I paid for the dental cleaning wasn't as much as I've paid in the past elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jeffrey and his staff were exceptional in treating me. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I highly recommend using their expertise. They were wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for your kind and gentle service!

Experiencia fantástica: Most thorough cleaning of all from Cecilia. Dr Chu and team A+

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service and Dr Chu is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Superior services by all dentists and dentist assistants. Definitely recommending!

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience, doctor and assistants are skillful and friendly, fair pricing.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been here twice for dental emergencies, and both times I received exceptional care. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, they made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the genuine concern they show for their patients. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed, and they truly listened to my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental experience in every visit. Relaxed yet and professional office, attentive and highly qualified staff.Very pleased to have Dr Jeffrey and his team for all our dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dental experience I have had so far in my 68 years on the planet. This dentist, Dr Chu, and staff, knew their business! Staff friendly, approachable, and really cared! Dr Chu made my experience of tooth extraction , comfortable and safe. No pain, no nervousness, this is the way a Dental five should be run. The office manager, Sue Lew, is wonderful and caring also. Thank you so much for treating me like a Real person, and not just a number !!!! Love you all very much, Andrea H. Update, today I came back for my post to be implanted! I had Another amazing and pain free dental appointment today 11/18/24. Dr Jeffery Chu is an extraordinary dentist that really has got incredible skill , great explanations of what he is going to do before he does it, and a very light touch. He take his time when he is applying the local anesthetic, and allows it to start working before he attempts any work. He is very relaxed and this , in my opinion, helps the patient calm themselves for the procedure. I notice when I am calm and relaxed then I can relax my feet and hands and not become scared or squirmy. This is really amazing that I can allow calmness within myself. As a kid I had terrible treatment at the dentist and you never forget it! Now at 69, I can relax at Dr. Chu’s dental office , Katy experts. Also the dental asst and staff are super friendly, and treat the patients like family! I love this place!!!! Andrea Hurtado, happy patient!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Katy Dental Experts for years. The quality of care is excellent and the staff is wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Appointment for a baby at 4 pm, I came in at 4.02 pm. They have another patient came in later than me and they took that patient instead. At 4.28 they did not admitted me and I asked if I should reschedule to see if they will take me. they said it is better that way… unbelievable. Will never go back here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Chu did my implant. I didn’t see many reviews on implant so wants to add my experience here. My case is difficult and I’ve asked 4 places before coming to here. They either told me they can’t do it or gave me a hard and expensive solution- bone graft from my jaw. Dr.Chu made the process so simple and low cost and saved me a lot of effort. Really appreciate it and highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Update I have been coming to this place for 5 years now. They're still great, amazing staff and dentist! I can't rate them highly enough. ----- I love this place! Staff is really friendly and the dentist doesn't over-treat or treat things that don't need to be drilled. He offers great advice and doesn't recommend/try to sell you a ton of stuff you don't need. The one filling i did need replaced he did a great job on and I have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin?! Now a days it’s almost impossible to find an office that has great customer service and competent staff members. I was referred to them for a surgical procedure, but they didn’t take our insurance and everyone in the Houston area that did, either had zero availability or never answered their phones. From the moment I called to ask questions, Alexis was an absolute gem! She patiently answered ALL of my questions without any hesitation or frustration. After hours of back and forth communication on a Tuesday afternoon, her & Dr. Jeffrey magically found a way to fit me in the following morning without me spending an arm and a leg. I was sold and blown away by the business before even stepping foot inside. The procedure was quick and painless and for the first time ever, I can’t wait to go back to the dentist. These individuals are a blessing from God and I’m so grateful for their kindness.
