Waterview Dental Group

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Waterview Dental for years and have been a very happy with their cleanings but for the first time I needed a root canal and crown after cracking a tooth in half. I anticipated pain and discomfort after hearing people’s stories of having similar procedures done at other places. My experience was nothing like theirs. Dr. Michael Sortito was comforting, gentle, knowledgeable and maintained a smile at every appointment. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I didn’t feel any discomfort. In addition, he did such a great job matching and fitting my crown to my other teeth. I have trouble figuring out which one is the crown. For a positive dental experience, I highly recommend Waterview Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional! I found Waterview Dental Group while searching for a new dental provider two years ago. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, the doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and alleviate anything that might make you feel uncomfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide treatment options that fit your needs. The hygienist always does a thorough cleaning and takes the time to address any issues you may have. The front office staff are always friendly and do a great job providing insurance quotes and payment options. I feel valued as a patient with Waterview and will continue to drive the hour to my appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: They fit me in to handle my emergency. Office is always ready to assist when needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for several years now and love this place. That is high accolades from someone who has a fear of dentistry. Everyone has always been incredibly nice and very professional. I'll be going here for years to come for all of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to the staff for always making going to the dentist a good experience, special shout out to Cheryl for taking great care of my teeth

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Reception made me feel at ease the moment I walked in, the dentist was super kind and helpful, and the hygienists were awesome. I was only in for a preliminary exam, and since they had a cancelation I was able to get both X-rays and my cleaning all today instead of coming back. I would highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Cheryl was very gentle and informative! She answered all my questions and was very kind! The whole team is very sweet, excited for my next cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going there since I was in grade school for a reason. I live closer to many many different dentists but I would never even think of going somewhere else. They really are the best.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for a Root Canal and a Crown but never was called with a price until I went for my appointment. Stunned by the price including Insurance coverage, I declined to proceed. Disappointed for the Dentist and myself. Recommend a quote be given prior to an expensive procedure. Excellent doctors for fillings, pricewise and otherwise.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr. Pandey. He takes my overall health always into consideration when doing any procedure and he always makes sure I'm comfortable. He takes the time that's needed to make sure I'm taken care of and always does an excellent job.

Experiencia fantástica: Mmmm teeth super clean mmmm very friendly staff

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment. Jeannette and Dr. Mike were both great. I'll go back again. Office up--to-date and run well.

Experiencia fantástica: Very knowledgeable staff. I always walk away from this dental hygienist with additional information about how to take better care of my teeth. They also do a great job cleaning. Would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: They made me feel very comfortable and calm prior to the extraction. The procedure went very well and i am very grateful to Dr Rupesh Pander and his staff.

Experiencia negativa: Lol, I just got my passive aggressive discharge letter. I’ve been avoiding making a review but their practice is unacceptable. While the front staff is nice, Janette and Michael are not friendly. When you drill into someone’s tooth after they clearly stated multiple times they struggle with anxiety, especially with dental, and you FEEL the procedure and when it’s mentioned you just get “oops let’s just give a bit more,” it’s not too good of practice. My first visit they just started touching me without even introducing themselves. Honestly yeah, I canceled last minute and no showed appointments, this was due to the PTSD your dentist gave me. I genuinely do not care if that caused a “financial” problem as the letter says. My therapy will for me. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at Waterview Dental Group are courteous, helpful, and are always concerned about my experience, and are attentive to any discomfort of may feel during a procedure.I’m grateful that they answer all my questions (no matter how silly they may seem) with professionalism and a sense of humor. Dr. Pandey plays 80’s music, and lends a relaxed feel to the room. Thank you for that! I recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care. It truly is “care”.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks, office manager Jennifer for getting my appointment scheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for the dental assistance care and to the Dentist for protecting my smile

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly, proffered, efficient service. The front office staff send text reminders and are very accommodating. I am very happy with the service I receive here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a first class dental group. I am really impressed with the service I got today. I haven’t been here for a while, due to Covid, and I was impressed with how carefully people were in terms of keeping me safe, and how some minor fillings that had fallen out were so easily taken care of. I recommend them highly

Experiencia fantástica: The people working there are very nice and helpful from the front desk to the people that assist the dentist Dr. Sortito. They are friendly and very professional and care for your dental health Dr. Sortito is top notch and is always concerned about ensuring any procedures are done to help reduce pain and explains what he’s going to do and the options. Dr. Sortito is also very competent and doesn’t rush which could cause more damage and pain. I would highly recommend Waterview Dental for your dental needs. Regards, James Johnston

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for years, and it is always a great experience, no matter what the dental situation. Over the years, I have moved further away, and always remained a patient. The entire team is pleasant, friendly and most importantly, calming. I highly recommend the Waterview Dental team!

Experiencia fantástica: On time appointments, friendly, and great dental work.
