I had Previously worked for Dentist for 19 Years and I would Highly Recommend this Practice !

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I chose this office for my dental care. The first green flag was that I got a 90 min new patient visit with cleaning unlike other places which barely give you an hour. And that was the general theme for all my visits. They actually care about you as a person and spend however much time is needed with you, they aren't rushing and they focus on you. Getting dental work done is never comfortable but somehow they make it as comfortable as possible for you. They use a device that helps you stay open while also keeping your mouth dry and that reduces jaw strain and you get to just relax. The dentist works quickly and efficiently and it was painless. She worked on doing as much in one appointment so I didn't need to return multiple times. I was able to get all my dental work in 2-3 visits. I really appreciate how understanding they were of my scheduling and time constraints and they worked with me. Their in office membership plan is also very fairly priced for anyone who doesn't have insurance it is a great deal. The front desk helped me greatly with scheduling and dealing with all financial aspects. I can't recommend this office highly enough!

Experiencia negativa: I originally came here to get a root canal which they would not do so they sent me else where, I ended up just needing the tooth pulled and when I contacted them to do this they first denied to do it and when I asked what is it that they do then since they kept seeming to deny me any work I needed they said they would do it. After I got my tooth pulled they neglected to give me any care instructions!! I had never had one pulled and had no idea what to do to treat this. And with no instructions I ended up getting dry socket due to their neglect. I tried to contact them to let them know I had dry socket and they completely ignored me and didn't even reach back out to my message. Will never return here.

Dr. Sidra Yaseen and her staff treat each patient as a "whole person" not just teeth! I am very happy to have them take care of my teeth in such a professional and humane way. Highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here for a consultation/second opinion for a major dental treatment from another Dentist’s recommendation and I stayed because I felt like they actually valued lower risk treatments before doing anything extreme. I liked that they were informative and explained different treatments. They recommended to keep an eye on it and to use a night guard to prevent it was getting worse. It’s been a couple months since then. Now I return for cleanings. It hasn’t changed or become worse since then, so I’m really glad I decided to come here for a second opinion. The other place still calls me periodically to scare me into getting that major dental treatment. Other than that, I’m very happy with my hygienist. She’s very thorough, comfortable to talk to, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great visit with all my routine visits, but more importantly I had a problem with a toothache and Dr. Yaseen took me in right away, found the problem and as always is taking care of it as they always do. I just had another issue that happened, I had a cap fall off the day before I was scheduled for a minor surgery the next morning at 6:00am. Dr. Yaseen and MaryLou came through again and reinstalled the cap the same day it came off. Can’t say enough for this office, the effort they always put through for me is amazing and greatly appreciated, I would give 10 stars if it were allowed, Sincerely, Lou Haddad Their entire staff is the best. Experiencia negativa: Great experience with Nayaug Family Dental. Unfortunately had to deal with a cracked tooth and a crown, but they made the entire process easy and PAIN FREE. Much appreciated. Supplement-the permanent crown that they put on did something to my tooth that caused constant pain. Tooth now has to be pulled and an implant put in. Root canal worked great from another office but the permanent crown done by Nayaug was anything but. I have decided to go elsewhere for my dental work going forward.

Somehow she remembers personal details months later and just makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend (albeit with a pick in your mouth)… All while giving a thorough cleaning! Mary Lou is a super diligent and flexible admin. I’ve never had an easier time scheduling, rescheduling, dealing with insurance, and arranging payments. She has all her ducks in a row and it makes life so much easier for everyone. I have only seen Judy and Danielle once or twice but they certainly seem to fit right in with their wonderful colleagues. Highly recommend Nayaug Family Dental to anyone in the Glastonbury area (or Boston if you’re crazy like me). Go here, you won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Nayaug Family Dental for over 20 years, first with Dr. Brian Chiffer and when he retired, I continued my allegiance to this practice and Dr. Yaseen. Just to show you how accommodating they are: I cracked a tooth on Saturday and since it wasn’t painful I didn’t make an emergency call and waited until Monday. I had an appointment today at 9:30 and I left there about 11:30 with a temporary crown and my permanent one should be here in two weeks or so, very satisfied!
