Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent practice all-around, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Rolotti and all of the staff I've met. I've had several visits for a dental implant in the last year (pre-work, procedure, follow-ups, etc) and the work done is flawless. No issues. The entire staff is professional, polite, and happy. Dr. Rolotti is meticulous, excellent bed-side manner, and I love that he explains what he is doing so I can prepare myself for what is to come. I usually have high dental work anxiety, but not here, everyone is calm and they seem like that want to be there. I don't feel like a number, but a valued patient.

Over the past year Dr Rolotti has solved other dental problems for me, always in a kind, professional, and skillful manner. And never with any discomfort or pain. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rolotti and team are wonderful. I had two teeth extracted in 6 months and would never go anywhere else. I experienced no pain and the healing process was fast despite one of the teeth being in a tough position to remove. Dr. R. offers a collagen treatment, which I have not had done anywhere else, to protect the extraction site. In the past I experienced a dry socket (no fun) This really helps prevent that. The staff treats you like family and everyone is so happy, which tells you a lot about the environment. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Once I met the staff and the doctor, my anxiety started lower. The staff was personable and friendly which relieved anxiety. I saw the Dr. Rosotti for my appointment. He was down to earth, friendly, straightforward but nice about everything. He took the time to explain things to me and wanted to make sure I had all of my concerns/questions answered. He’s extremely thorough too. They know how to build rapport with people and be people centered here. I’m genuinely happy/thankful I went to my appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Updating to edit: I am very disappointed since new individuals have taken over since my previous provider left. Went in for what was later noted to be unnecessary procedures, and charting that was done inaccurately, to which they told me cancel my upcoming appointment with my long time dental provider, and continue to come back frequently for repeat procedures (fro a non existent issue). The individual doing the “deep cleaning” damaged my dental work (bridges) in her carelessness. She refused to listen to my medical history or concerns which directly impact my health and dental. As someone with chronic and complex health history, this was very concerning. The attitudes I received were despicable both from the provider and the receptionist staff. The amount of time, energy, and money I have spent to care for my health at this provider alone, and I barely got a heartfelt apology. Not even a follow up to ask about the damages or offer resolutions. They also did not take my discomfort seriously. I will not be returning to that practice, and do not recommend. ———————————————————— Dr. Gelb and his team are phenomenal!!! It is always a pleasant and welcoming experience. Everyone does a great job ensuring you are well cared for, your needs are met, and most importantly, that you are comfortable during any work or procedures!!! They genuinely care about you and your needs, I would (and do) recommend to anyone!! It’s a level of care that is so hard to come by these days. If you are thinking about heading to Dr. Gelb, stop thinking and go.

My initial contact was with Kelly, she was super friendly, patient and helpful with all of my insurance and financial questions. At my initial consultation I met with Dr Rolotti, he took his time explaining the entire process, covering worst case as well as best case scenarios and never made me feel rushed at all when answering my questions. Dr. Rolotti and Nikki as well as the entire staff at the Middletown Office are a great team of professionals that will treat you with respect, dignity and compassion. They do a wonderful job of helping you with any anxiety you may have about the procedures and go over any pain management you may need. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I am so pleased that they're taking care of me.

Experiencia negativa: Work was done well, but the billing was miss represented and I ended up having to pay 3 times the amount agreed to prior to work being performed. They don't return phone calls to discuss, don't having work done until the billing is agreed to due to the miss representation they do.
