Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but all good to say about Brighter Day Dental. My experiences with this dental office have all been extra ordinary, past and present doctors have been absolutely remarkable along with all the staff. Been back there twice this year so far. First time was for a tooth extraction that had been given me problems for the last year or so and the second time was for a follow up and general cleaning done on the same day by Doctor Dang. It's typical to have a hygienist perform the cleaning but Dr Dang went above and beyond to make sure my teeth are well taken care off that he did the cleaning this time. I was on osteoporosis medication for a year and because of this he's taking extra precaution to make sure I'm healing properly. Everybody in this office are very ethical and with outstanding bedside manners. The front office staff are also very customer service oriented and very detailed in explaining recommended procedures and addressed billing questions professionally. I would highly recommend this dental office to anybody without any hesitation.

I have had many procedures to from 2 rounds of orthodontics to straighten, bone transplants after that in my 30s, then repairing failing older fillings, crowns, singular implant etc... since. Today I had a failing crown replaced in ONE appointment and it fits better than any I've ever had in multiple visits to fit then adjust! From the front desk, hygienist, dental assistant and of course the talented Dr David Dang I could not be more relieved at the comfort during the visit and now hours later how well I feel at home after the treatment and my numbness has worn off! Highly recommend his office and very pleasant staff!! 5*****

Experiencia negativa: I tried this place because they supposedly would save $500 from my Deep Cleaning treatment. Ever since my Deep Cleaning and tooth extraction here, my life has not been the same. My jaw feels tired when I eat. My mouth feel misaligned. Now I’m scared of going to another Dental office. The star is because the assistant and receptionist were nice. Maybe the issue with my mouth is not due to this, but it was only after this that my facial expression and eating hasn’t been the same. I will stay with my Dentist. At least he’s a familiar face.

She always does an excellent, thorough job while being very gentle and attentive. My teeth feel incredibly clean every time, and she makes the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I also met Dr. David Dang for the first time today. I shared my concerns about sensitivity in one of my teeth, and he took the time to carefully examine it, listen to my concerns, and explain everything clearly. He provided helpful and thoughtful advice, which I really appreciated. I would also like to express my sincere condolences to the entire team for the passing of Dr. Dokko. My thoughts are with the staff and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Gabby, the dental assistant for my procedure, was caring and gentle as was Dr. Dang. Both were informative and professional, while remaining empathic and supportive. I highly recommend both Gabby and Dr. Dang- my procedure was painless and results excellent. I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs and cleanings. They are truly angels , From the moment you make your initial appointment until you go go in and checkout.The true amazing person is the official Office manager, Jeanette she truly is a rockstar and I’m so grateful for her. words cannot describe how grateful I am for this whole clinic even the assistant, and the checkout receptionist are all amazing and very friendly and truly the doctor is very caring and he’s very knowledgeable and very sweet and listening to his patient and explaining the dental treatment in the reason why it is needed. when I first initially went in in April for a dental cleaning and exam, he demonstrated proper techniques in regards to flossing and just letting me know tips on where I need to work on things. They even follow up with you to see if you have any questions in regards to what is recommend for dental treatment and what to expect the most amazing thing is they are very flexible with their hours. They are open late until 8 PM which is very phenomenal considering a lot of people who do work at typically don’t get off until five. I do feel so grateful for the staff that they are willing to come in later and stay later just to help patients.

He was very educating on how to properly floss and explaining my X-rays to me. I’ve never had a dentist clean my teeth as good as he did, I can’t wait to come back. He also was assessing my jaw, which I’ve never seen a dentist do to me before and he informed me that I have a double jointed jaw and will need to be careful as time goes on and explained how I need to take care of it! Experiencia fantástica: I made an appt for 11/6/23 to see Dr. Dokko based on both Yelp & Google reviews that were extremely positive. There was no lie told!!! Dr. Dokko is an incredibly personable & conversational dentist who is very open to educating his patients. For example, did you know you should be brushing your teeth with floss (in addition to using a tooth brush)?? I had never heard of such a thing and now that I do that, makes total sense. I had a follow-up appt (11/16/23) to repair existing/get new fillings. There was mild discomfort with the anesthetic versus actual pain I've experienced with other dentists. He had told me in my previous visit it would take 45 min. From the time I arrived (5:30pm) until procedure completion 6:15pm), it was EXACTLY 45 minutes!!! Setting an expectation and then keeping it is VERY important to me. The office is very clean and (to me) very calming. They also have monitors at each patient station. Why you ask? Because before beginning any procedure you are asked if you'd like to watch something on Netflix!!! I feel that is going above and beyond to make your patients feel extra comfortable during any procedure that may be uncomfortable or cause anxiety. Last but not least, the staff!!! They are all engaging and make you feel very comfortable and greet you with a smile when you walk in. Then there is office manager extraordinaire 'Miss Janette'. My first interaction with her was over the phone. I have never had an appt conversation with a dental office manager that was so enjoyable, I felt like I'd made a new friend. To anyone looking for a new dentist, come here. You won't regret it. Thank you to Dr. Dokko and your amazing team for educating me and giving me such great dental experiences. Anyone I know will be referred here! Update 7/22/25: several visits since my first visit. Excellent service with a smile. I love Brighter Day so much that when a close friend complained about how their dentist love to upsell services with every visit, I immediately recommended them to her. She made an appt that day and saw them within the same week. She raved afterwards. I’m telling you, you’ve got to make them your dentist if you’re really looking to get your teeth taken care of and also receive some dental education. Thanks again Dr. Dokko & team!!
