Experiencia fantástica: I experienced a life changing experience from Dr Ewing and team. I never liked going to the dentist and my teeth and gums showed that. I'm so grateful for Dr Ewing, from the consultation he assured me that he could make things work and the results were more than expected. He is a true perfectionist. I had full upper and lowers done, in one day. Procedure a couple hours. No bruising, no major bleeding, minor swelling and I was at work the next day. This speaks volumes of the skill level and expertise they provide. Of course I left with temps, but it wasn't long before I was receiving the finish product. What I thought was good, was not perfect in the eyes of Dr Ewing. He truly made sure everything was exact and wouldn't take anything less than the best results and these aren't even his teeth. Which shows the level of professionalism this man and team provide. He puts his name on everything and makes sure you are satisfied with the results. I have not only found my dentistry I found my family. I went from never going to I can't wait for my next appointment. Dr Ewing gave me something back I could never repay him for. My kids have never seen me smile, but know i can't stop smiling. I really did my research when I got this done and Dr Ewing is the very best. Thank you Dr Ewing and staff

Experiencia fantástica: Staff works fast like a well oiled machine. There isn't any idle time which i like because im on a very tight schedule with 2 kids, and a job thats long distance. The initial encounter with the front desk was great and welcoming. The consultation was extremely clear, and the front desk staff did not pressure anything. Their responses were fast, and to the point. Just my style of dental office. Now to the good part….. i had a crown implant done. The young doctor was beyond amazing. His pressure and skills with his hands were perfect. It was angelic to the touch. It was as if this is what it feels like to get a crown in heaven. Absolutely perfect. There were zero hesitations, he was honest, about what he saw into clear and understandable terms. It felt like i had a camera in my mouth and i was watching it with how clear the descriptions were. His assistant was on top of it as well. I admire the discipline very much. Coming from a military background, and being hard on my teeth while enlisted, i am usually very nervous going to the dentist but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Experiencia fantástica: i express myself with rhyming poetry. here you go…… i rolled in with bad teeth, bad gums, and a nervous spark, hoping smile makers could light up what’s been stuck in the dark. been to one implant place before—quick visit, real brief, they shook my hand, took my card, barely looked at my grief. dr. ewing’s office? different—felt warm from the start, like professionalism teamed up with a happy heart. then the cameras came out—click-click, flash-flash, oh lord, felt like my gums joined a boy band and we were prepping for the billboard. they took photos, x-rays, 3-D scans on deck, i seen angles of my face like, “who’s that dude? oh wait—that’s my neck.” one shot had me thinking, “dang, my molars kinda cute,” another had me whispering, “bro… delete that. absolute.” this was just visit one, but they took real time, breaking everything down in a rhythm and rhyme. poke here, poke there—gentle, steady pace, no horror-movie dentist moves, no fear in the place. and dr. ewing explains things clearly, straight through, no guessing, no mystery—just “here’s what we gotta do.” i left thinking, “okay… maybe this is my squad,” and that’s big coming from a dude whose gums been fighting god. here’s how it goes if you’re thinking of stepping inside: first visit: diagnostics—they take you for a ride. photos, scans, pokes, x-rays arranged, leaving no tooth, no root, no gum unexplained. then round two hits about a week or so down the track, you sit for your treatment plan—everything laid out back-to-back. options on the table, transformation in sight, you pick your path forward, left turn or right. that’s where i’m headed next, hoping numbers align, hoping smile makers can help bring these troubled teeth back to shine. i got mouth problems, for real—but this crew seems true, and i walked out smiling before they even fixed anything, too. so this is part one of my long dental climb, and i’ll update the world in real patient time. but for now? smile makers impressed me straight through, and that’s the rhymed-up, timed-up, punch-lined review.

There is no “hard sell”, only inquiries into what the patient wants, what is recommended, and the cost. I highly recommend this dental practice..

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is very friendly and dr.ewing worked with me on pricing. I'm schedualed for the 24th to get my new teeth UPDATE: I got my implants in my entire mouth and what was left of the bottom had to be pulled out first. I was in the waiting room for about 45 seconds before they brought me back and another 2 minutes before the anesthesiologist had the IV in my arm and my eyes started getting heavy next thing I knew I was coming 2 and it was done literally felt like 30 seconds I did not feel anything. There was zero pain for the first 2 days and then I felt a little pain on the roof of my mouth for about a day and a half and that was it there was zero pain where the actual implants were put in and I took about 7 Norco withing 8 or 9 days just to make sure if it did start to hurt it would be minimized but honestly I dont think I really needed more than 2 or three for the pain on the roof of my mouth. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but not anymore not with Dr. Ewing and the wonderfull staff did I mention the staff. The staff makes the experience so much less stressfull before I got there I was so nervous I kept thinking about turning around but after I walked through those doors they reminded me I had nothing to worry about just by there calm and warm demeanor. Thank you to the whole team at Smilemakers you have changed my life definately

Dr Ewing is a DENTAL GENIUS!!!!!!!,and that is by far the least that I can express about him.He doesn’t try to over sale you with saying you need this and you need that but he professionally tells you and shows you with his state of the art dental equipment that I have ever experienced what it is that you need. And his prices are speechlessly absolutely the best that I have ever seen and I have called and visited over 25 dentist and his dental prices are marvelous. From entering the building and getting on the elevator to go to the office could I feel the powerful energy with knowing that something spectacular would occur there and it began with Ms Erika whom greeted me immediately before I was even completely in the door…her radiant fantastic demeanor and display with her disposition was truly one I will never forget. She asked me if I wanted coffee tea or water and I said yes water would be fine and she came all the way from her receptionist area and went to the water dispenser and gave me the most refreshing water that I have tasted and I was truly impressed by the whole ambiance of it all and she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions quite proficiently.Then there was Ms Jessica whom was so attentive to my every question and she explained everything to me in detail as to whatever it was that I asked about this that and the other when it came to the paperwork, dental procedures and just in general whatever it was that I had concerns with…and then there was Paul whom has the same name as me he became my buddy and simply expressed well he did his job with the most expertise with operating the machinery and showing me the outstanding graphics that I have ever seen and the clarity of the 3d printing graphics left me overwhelmingly speechless and l have never encountered this from a dentist office. And Ms Ingrid had energy flowing from her that it was just so amazing and she was quite knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: I am very glad that I am in Dr. Ewing's care. The surgery is complete. I did not have the chance to visually experience Dr. Ewing's robotic surgical procedure in my mouth due to anesthesia but the end result speaks the volume of Dr. Ewing's magical hands using robotic precision. I felt no pain or discomfort but only a funny feeling inside my mouth with my temporary teeth set. I am not from Concord but I can say that there is no match for highly educated, superbly skilled Dr. Ewing and his phenomenal robot Yomi in the field of dental implantology. I said that because my wife also had full mouth dental implant from a different company. The experience is not the same. Dr. Ewing evaluated my dental condition with great care and executed the procedure very professionally. The staff is also great, especially Ingrid who explained my financial cost and insurance benefits in detail. This is my 2nd review of Dr. Ewing's Dental Care.

Experiencia negativa: I don't want to name names or call anybody out. All I can suggest is make sure you absolutely read everything thoroughly. You triple check everything and if you think you're going to have any type of physical problems like being a diabetic and having to eat before the surgery to control a low blood sugar then you are out of luck.

It seemed okay While I was on the call But then when I was ready to schedule it And finalize the plan the help desk Asked me in order to schedule an appointment. I have to pay the fee of 150 And it’s not refundable…….No Thanks…..

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to first off thank the dental assistant which I am sad I did not get her name. However she was very professional, kind and eased my nerves a ton. She seriously is a huge reason that I even went through with a root canal yesterday because she was patient and constantly checked in while Dr. Ewing did the root canal. Dr. Ewing was very kind to squeeze me in that day. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I had a bad experience and did not go back for years until I met Dr. Ewing. Due to this, I was concerned on having another dentist go back to a tooth Dr. Ewing has worked on due to continuity of care, however Dr. Ewing understood squeezed me in and helped get me the care I needed that day. By far, he was the most experienced, well-educated and enthusiastic Dentist who I discovered just how passionate he is about his workmanship and I believe he has the highest rate of success due to his personal goal of being able to fulfill many patient’s needs and dreams of having the confidence to smile again. Also, the benefit of being able to eat and taste any choice of foods. I have referred many friends to Dr. Ewing due their experience with their current Dentist, they are quite impressed with him. His staff is very warm and friendly, they work like clockwork. I’m 70 and had some very challenging work to have done. I believe it’s never too late to have a Dentist you can trust and who also makes himself available for any concerns you may have. I can’t say enough about Dr. Gavin Ewing and his staff. I took a photo of his business card, except that it doesn’t show all his information. Just call his office and make an appointment to speak to him about any dental issues you may be concerned with. Dr. Gavin Ewing is a very special professional and definitely dedicated to his patients. I for one, know that I changed Dentists for all the right reasons. Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Smile Makers for years now and they are an excellent dental facility. Quality work, clean and fairly priced. Friendly and knowledgable , Dr Ewing is the dentist to take over for Dr Brown.

Experiencia positiva: The staff is quite welcoming. We personally liked every individual we met. I know they are fully qualified. They have their job to do to promote their products. What makes me most uncomfortable is that when an 80 year old with multiple illnesses and diseases is presented, they encourage what the max would be. They can't see the handwriting on the wall, as I can at 81, how many years he will have and probably very soon in a nursing home. He has the classic sundowner syndrome and cognitive issues. Although my husband agreed to the plan of treatment, I only see that the final impact and cost in the end run. In retirement, if something happens to him, I will ultimately be responsible for the payments. I do however believe in the implants. Since this is my husband's wishes, it is what he will have over dentures. After this treatment, it is not them who will have to deal with him not wanting liquids when required, as I will have. I do feel that Smile Makers world wide needs to look further at these issues when working with elderly patients.

Dr Ewing and his staff were very helpful in giving me a plan that I can be comfortable with temporarily., then to migrate to a permanent tooth all in one day. Experiencia fantástica: Came here needing all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed (2 of them impacted). I was really looking around for different places that would do the procedure, accepted my insurance, and had good raitings. This was the only place that really met all 3 of that criteria. It's a pricey procedure in general, even with my insurance, but worth paying that extra to make sure it's handled well by a professional, and your not left with a more painful than average recovery, or weird questionable insurance charges like I was seeing in the reviews from other places. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me, and ease my nerves leading up to getting worked on.

Dr. Ewing spent his time to explain everything slowly and answered all my questions, I was very impressed with his robot capabilities to be able to precisely find and place implants where others cannot. Although these capabilities may be a bit pricey and out of my range for now, Dr. Ewing is very reasonable and is willing to work with all his patients.

They explain everything in detail and then you will have a consultation with the doctor who will not rush you. An hour later I received a phone call from Judy, and asked me about my situation about my tooth. So she set me an appointment that day, to be seen by Dr. Ewing. When I arrived to the office a I have to fill out another form. About fifteen minute's later I was seen by Dr. Ewing checked the problem of my tooth and explained it what procedure that what needs to be done. He was very knowledgeable to the situation. Experiencia fantástica: I needed one of my wisdom tooth removed and I was already turned down by a surgeon who said my procedure was high risk. I came to Dr. Ewing in hope that he can give me better news. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment and reception was helpful and courteous. When it came time to sit down with Dr. Ewing, he was a real professional and took the time to explain all my options and shared with me his experience in hope to calm me and assure me that I will be taken care off. What really stood out me and made me feel like Dr.Ewing cares about me and his clients is that despite being short staffed due to an emergency, I could see him running back and forth between patience with sense of urgency and when I expressed I was feeling cold, he personally brought me a blanket. I honestly have never seen such courtesy at the dentist office. Most importantly, Dr.Ewing performed my surgery which I was expecting to have difficulty, with ease. I followed everything he advised me on in terms of recovery and after 24 hours I have no swelling, no pain and I’m able to eat normally for the most part. I can tell that Dr.Ewing staff has great admiration towards him and is visible in the way they interact. I’m going to be going back for any future dental work I may need for sure!

His work is fantastic, and he did a wonderful job on my filling and on my child’s appointment as well. I always hate being numb from fillings and he was able to complete my filling without numbing me and the best part was there was no pain. A week later and still not complaints only happy smiles!
