Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Singh and RDA Jessica were great—professional, knowledgeable, and caring. A root canal can be very painful, but they made sure I stayed comfortable by checking on me and making sure I wasn’t in pain every 6–10 minutes. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I was pretty nervous. After getting the temporary crown, my tooth feels much better. Thank you for the excellent care! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Any of these dentist call you guys to schedule appointment ask them what they wanted to do with your teeth( are they going to clean your teeth or fix your teeth) don’t waist your time and insurance money. It was my second time here will never be back here. I have 4 kids here too i will not bring them here again. Experiencia negativa: Very poor management and long delays First couple visit was good and last time had a really bad experience. It took over three months just to finish one crown. During that whole time, I had to wear a temporary crown, which is not good for the gums. The main problem was the management and communication. They didn’t do a proper X-ray at first, so my insurance refused the claim. Then I had to go back a month later for another X-ray, and they forgot to send it to the insurance again. I ended up calling the insurance myself to find out they were still waiting for it. After that, it took another month for approval and two more weeks to finally get the crown done. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. This office really need to improve their management and take better care of patients. Thanks

My wife, 3 kids and myself have been in their assessment and care for about a year now and they have treated treated us all with good care and professional quality work. Cleanings are scheduled regularly and fillings are completed promptly. My wife recently had a tooth crowned and they even found a way to provide her with a couple bridges, going the extra mile checking our insurance for the best solution bringing peace to my wife. Dr. Singh has our confidence and we appreciate her wisdom, care and handy work. I recently had a tooth prepped for a crown and Jessica answered all my questions, treated me kindly and she is very pleasant, personable and informative. Experiencia negativa: Called in to scheduled a consultation for my daughter after being referred to them by her Ortho office. The women I spoke with answered the phone asking “how she could make me smile today”, all she did was stress me out. She sounded like she had just woken up was not helpful at all, seemed as she far from smiling. It’s unfortunate that they lost business because of an employee. First impressions really matter.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication at this dental office. We originally had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, but received a call from their staff asking if we could come earlier at 11:30 AM, as they mentioned they had availability. We rearranged our day to accommodate the change and arrived promptly at the new time. However, upon checking in at the reception, we were told that the doctor would not be able to see us at 11:30 AM after all — and that we would either have to wait until our original 1:30 PM appointment or come back later. This was incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate, especially since we had another important appointment at 1:00 PM. The lack of coordination between the scheduling staff and the front desk was shocking. If you’re going to reschedule patients, make sure you’re actually able to honor the new time. Our time is valuable too, and this experience showed a total disregard for that. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service. Professionalism and communication are the bare minimum in any healthcare setting — sadly, both were lacking here.

Experiencia negativa: They canceled my appointment 4 days beforehand. I had been waiting for this for nearly 2 months while in pain. All because the 'doctor' apparently had a conference come up in Colombia (had know idea they did dental conferences there) and 'needed to take this opportunity', and will no longer be in the country. I understand it is a Medical practice, but that is just completely unprofessional and ridiculous. One person told me I was on the cancelation list, the other said I couldn't be on the list because 'it would be unfair to the other clients.' What would exactly would be unfair? Would give zero stars if I could. Rant over.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Golden State smiles for over a year going through the process of getting an implant and their staff including Jessica have been phenomenal throughout the whole experience. It was a graph that you guys did at first right from the bone graft to molding and installing the final implant crown They were knowledgeable, Jessica did a wonderful job on my molding and making the process perfect. I highly recommend I look forward to return returning for my remaining dental work.

Experiencia negativa: I was under anesthesia and not even 30 seconds after the procedure was done and I walked myself out of that building almost falling over, no one escorted me out to make sure I was OK after being put under and as soon as I opened my eyes, the doctor was gone. Completely unprofessional, and when I called them to see if they could prescribe anything for the pain, the lady laughed and hung up on me. The photo at the bottom is taken two weeks after the procedure was done..

Experiencia negativa: If you are coming here for wisdom tooth extraction and enjoy being in agonizing pain then this is the place for you otherwise RUN! To start I called this office and asked if they did sedation before even booking the appointment and the person on the phone said they do so I went ahead and booked, turns out the morning of the lady at the front desk said they don’t well dumb ole me still went through with it eventhough they already lied to me once, once I get there I find out I have to pay a lot out of pocket and they never told me this or called to let me know, I get back and we go over everything and before I agree to get my teeth pulled I asked the assistant “do you guys prescribe anything for the pain afterwards” because I know for a fact this isn’t a easy healing proceedure and she said “yes the doctor prescribed Tylenol 3 with codine” well that was a lie too when I went to the pharmacy there was only Tylenol and I called the office and the lady at the desk says “the doctor only prescribed Tylenol and ibuprofen” so here I am crying in pain on my way to the hospital to get my pain treated ANOTHER BILL TO PAY. Honestly 1 star is far too generous, the things these people will do to make a sale is DISGUSTING. Please save your self the lies, money, scams and horror and go to a diffrent office. I will be filing a grievance with the state as this place should be shut down.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been very happy with golden state smiles, the dentist office has always scared me especially after a bad visit at a different dentist office in another city. The nurses and doctor Singh have done everything to make me feel comfortable with my care and knowledge of what they are doing and what to do in my day to day to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Jessica has been with me through everything since my first visit and has done the absolute most to make me feel relaxed and has helped a great deal with keeping my anxiety at bay. Experiencia negativa: Decent place. The only disappointment with this place and probably most dentists is that, they want to X-Ray you as many times as your insurance is willing to pay. A simple cleaning should not require X-Rays if the patient isn’t particularly feeling discomfort but if your insurance is willing to pay they’ll would x-ray you 10 times a year. They always hide behind the saying “it’s our standard of Care” but radiation should only be used WHEN necessary. The government should really come down on dentist exposing human beings to X-rays so many times - unnecessarily simply to charge insurance providers.

Experiencia negativa: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! If I could give them a -10 I would. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. First when the lady did my X-ray, she had me hold onto a bar and aired me to lean backwards and told me not to move. I knew my scan was over because the machine stopped moving, but instead of coming back to me she was too busy laughing and joking with her peers. Literally had me wait 3-5 mins in that leaning position as if I’m on a roller coaster. Then when they sat me in my chair, I waited about 45-60 minutes. When the surgeon arrived he briefly explained the procedure and gave me minimal post op instructions. When they were doing the procedure I was complaining from pain and he would make rude comments like, “I guess the anesthesia doesn’t work as well if have an infection”. The whole time they were doing it I could hear & feel my teeth breaking/shattering. So I’m scared that maybe something might have been left behind. When the procedure was done, the doctor left without saying goodbye. His assistant started rambling about what I assume was after care instructions but unfortunately I was too high to comprehend. (You would think they would explain this to my husband who would’ve been able to understand better) Right when I was about to leave I asked her if I was supposed to put gauze when I got home and she said, you should already have gauze. I told her I didn’t, she checked and she noticed I didn’t so she handed me gauze to put in my mouth. They sent me home with very minimal after care instructions even after I said this was my first time, forgot to put gauze on my wound & didn’t write me any prescription for pain medicine or antibiotics. They didn’t even check if I had a ride home. They literally just let me walk out on my own knowing I was still high on the laughing gas with no care for my safety. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is friendly, patient, professional and very helpful. The dentist and the tech were amazing and made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure and the aftercare. Very wonderful experience I had 4 wisdom teethe pulled and I have very minimal swelling and little to no pain.

Experiencia negativa: I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Golden State Smiles. After initially reaching out to schedule an appointment, I spoke with Michelle multiple times. She repeatedly assured me that my appointment was being arranged, only to later inform me that they were not in my insurance network. Following this, I contacted my insurance, and they included the dentist in a call to facilitate my referral. Unfortunately, during this call, the dental office expressed uncertainty about continuing with CIGNA insurance but did not provide a clear timeline. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I was informed that I was not connected with their office and could not be seen. This was incredibly inconvenient, as I had adjusted my work schedule to accommodate the visit. I believe they should have made more effort to clarify my insurance status prior to the appointment. If you're seeking dental care, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience was frustrating, and I felt let down by their lack of communication and professionalism. *Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (wish I could give zero stars)*

Experiencia fantástica: Golden State Smiles has really proven to be a place where I felt comfortable. From the front office staff, dental hygienist, to dentist…. All are extremely friendly, prompt, supportive, and professional. I had to extract all of my lower and most of the upper teeth. Getting dentures. The whole process; from taking x-rays to extraction and consultation has been very satisfactory. I could reach them over the phone and found them extremely helpful. My fear of dentist has been replaced by excitement and anticipation of a better smile , thanks to the experience at Golden State Smiles! :)

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment in June for September 17, 2024. I received confirmation messages on Monday, September 16. On September 17, 2024 at 10 o'clock I received a call that the appointment was canceled and rescheduled possibly for December 3, 2024. I do not recommend wasting your time on such a clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I was literally shaking in this appt and staff did such a great job keeping me calm. Great bedside manner and awesome Doctor, she really knocked out my cavities. Lol overall I recommend it here.

Experiencia negativa: I had very bad experience with the Golden State Smile. My 6 years old daughter had an appointment there. They had new dr name Golla. She was very unprofessional she doesn’t deserve to be a pediatric dentist. While checking my daughters teeth my daughter was uncomfortable opening her mouth for longer she wanted to wait little bit, but she didn’t know how to say it so she said she can’t breathe and the dr. Said it’s ok you can breathe from ur nose. My daughter started crying and start moving and the dr was forcefully holding her, didn’t care about her crying and didn’t try to calm her down and telling her assistant tooth numbers loudly because my daughter was crying. Than I said please let her go and wait little bit.My daughter could hurt herself with tool dentist was holding and she said you tell me when to start again. After that she didn’t say anything about her teeth and I asked her questions and she replied and left. Than I complaint to the manager there. The manager didn’t let me explain everything she was like we will change ur dr. I was like how about other kids who go to that dr. It was very inappropriate behavior. I never want to go to that clinic again.
