Experiencia fantástica: I’m not her usual patient. But on July 4, I started experiencing a very severe pain in my lower right side of my mouth. It turned out to be that I needed a root canal. . On July 6, I call her office because that was the emergency number I was given from my regular dentist. She took me in at 2:30 that day and after 2 hours I had no more pain. She was fantastic. Not too mention her staff and her administration staff as well. I couldn’t thank all of them enough. They were great. Dr. Lindsay explained everything before and as she was doing the procedure. I felt very confident with her. Thank you Doctor.

For 40 years, our entire family went to a well-known dentist in Pawtucket. However, over time, he became negligent. When family members finally switched providers, they discovered they needed major oral procedures to fix issues he had ignored. This left my grandmother feeling incredibly anxious and afraid of the dentist. From her very first visit, Dr. Brislin changed everything. She was so kind, took her time, and made my grandmother feel truly seen and comfortable. She thoroughly explained which areas had been neglected by the previous dentist and created a clear, professional plan to correct those concerns. For the first time in years, my grandmother feels happy and confident about her smile. She cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brislin and the care she provides. Experiencia negativa: Poor management. Upselling overpriced mouthwash, very poor communication, lack of understanding, and I noticed some building/zoning violations. I was billed 4x the cost, promised a call back a year ago, and told there was a note to call me multiple times. Never got a call back, just a bill from a collector. Greed over settling a small matter or mishap. When staff starts leaving... things usually go poor. I saw staff members leave then this. So... The hygentist I had was excellent and would go to her if she went to another dentist. The poor biz practices by owners... Yeah I stay away and stat safe. Sadly this has put more dental anxiety and stress into my head. I likely won't be comfortable going to another dentist for a long time after this poor experience. Take your teeth to a safer and better office.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible team of dental assistants, and of course, Dr. Brislin. I came in feeling extremely anxious, and they couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. They were even able to take me in that same day and quickly set up a treatment plan, which helped ease my anxiety and keep the momentum going so I wouldn’t put it off. So. So thankful. They treated me with such care and patience, taking their time and never making me feel rushed. That level of attentiveness made it easy to trust them, and I truly felt I was in good hands the entire time. Sorry for all the puddle of tears I left in the lobby, but to be fair they were happy tears at the end! 1,000/10 if I could give it.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my wife came here for a yearly cleaning and check up recommended by a friend both have medical new customers when we got there I felt we were pressured on buying sleep guards which was not needed wife went there for a cleaning was told needed a crown then later a root canal then back to a crown which they damaged wanted her to come out of pocket for replacement for a tooth that was not bothered nor gave her any issues now she back to the practice because the tooth they worked on has gotten infected and needed extra attention

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to this practice for almost 10 years and that ends today. I was even willing to pay the extra costs after the made the decision to no longer have Delta Dental in network anymore however today I had an appointment which I needed to reschedule for due to being called into work last minute. I have a rotating schedule at work and I can get called into at anytime for emergencies which happened at 6am. As soon as this office opened I called and left a voicemail and I receive a call back from Francine with a horrible bedside manner informing me that I will be getting charged $50 for missing this appointment. (Now I’ve dealt with Francine back on March 20, 2025 at 1034 AM to report I’m going to be less than 5 minutes late, this too was a bad experience but I chose to not report this behavior since I was at fault for being less than 5 minutes late.) Though I explained my situation and having NEVER missed an appointment for the last decade at this office there was no attempt at trying to provide any form of decent customer service here. I wasn’t going to miss this appointment so I can go do my nails or something silly i legitimately had my personal life interrupted by my workplace. Francine stated plenty of patients have the same job and find ways to make it in. So thank you for that god awful service and making it clear you have no means of trying to charge patients on a case by case basis. Because of this I will be taking my mother, husband and myself out of this practice and going to Aspen Dental 5 minutes away where they are not only professional but offer modern practices of office management and ease of booking appointments virtually. Best of luck to you. Edit - I just received a call back from Francine informing me the office manager wasn’t available till this afternoon and they won’t be charging me the $50 after all and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you Francine. Farewell.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many dentists in different areas over the years for both routine procedures and more specialized care and I have found Dr. Brislin to be the best (or, at least, one of the best) that I have ever treated with. I have found her to be particularly skilled and experienced in her work and have never encountered any problem with her at all. She and her staff are very welcoming, pleasant, and efficient and she offers an extensive and comprehensive list of services (including having the capacity to manufacture and fit crowns in one visit, which is a big plus). I highly recommend her to anyone seeking professional and proactive dental care in the Greater Providence, Pawtucket, or Greater Attleboro area.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this dentistry location. I tell all of my friends about Lindsay’s office and try to push them to go lol. The atmosphere is always upbeat and Lindsay takes the time to acknowledge the patients that come in even if and when she’s busy. She or any assistants explain exactly what they are doing and answer any and all questions that you may have. I’ve been going for a few years now and all staff are so pleasant to be around and make you incredibly comfortable even when going to the dentist can be daunting to some. Experiencia negativa: I had bad experience going to this dentist. communication was very bad they call me too early in the morning & because i didn't respond they cancel my appointment, they text me randomly when i already clean my teeth few day before to see if i can do more procedures.. they seem money hungry and disrespecting their clients. Experiencia fantástica: The best family dentist we have ever had! Dr. Brislin’s office is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff go out of their way to schedule my three children together to help save me time and juggle between school and activities. Dr Brislin has performed multiple extractions for my children ahead of orthodontia and had such a kind bedside table manner with each of them to calm their nerves. My husband has done the zoom whitening and night guard which has considerably helped with his sleep! All her procedures and offerings are top notch ! I love my bi annual cleanings and the entire staff of hygienists are lovely!!

Experiencia negativa: Late to add my review, this experience happened several months ago. The customer service was horrible. I called as new patient looking to schedule an appointment for my family and I. I schedule 3 appointments and only one was met by going to two waitlist appointments- more explanation below. 1. They add you to wait list whereas when someone cancels they call patients at the ninth hour to see if you are available to take the slot. So that’s how my husband was able to be seen before his first official appointment. However to get in the dentist seat, it took awhile. The staff was not friendly and my husband became frustrated not only because of the attitude from the front desk person but also because of how long it took before he was seen - I’m on the phone with him the entire time because he wanted to make sure he was the right place and etc. I over heard the rude responses when my husband asked about long this process will be. Again, they called their patients to take a cancelled appointments , but yet make them wait as if they squeezing you in, let that sink in. 2. He went for a follow up visit and that seem to be a better experience. But then there was confusion with my daughter and I because they had another date scheduled from what I was told when I called to make the appointment, which meant we missed the our first appointment, I called back to inquire about it and I was told because my daughter and I missed the first appointment and because of that “the dentist refuse” to see us being that’s part of their policy for new patients. I was confused because they messed up on our appointment dates. Also they said my husband did not come in for his first appointment and he wasn’t seen either. I had to correct the lady and I told her he was seen twice through their cancellation wait list appointments. Then when she realized who my husband was she proceeded to share how he gave her an attitude during his first visit . I laughed because I was on the phone with him the entire time during that first visit and she was dishing out majority of the attitude and I heard their conversation as I mentioned earlier. When I asked my husband to put me speaker phone he said no, so I just listened. 3. After all, my daughter and I didn’t even make it to the door step of this establishment and dealt with unnecessary nonsense and it was too much back and forth over the phone and unprofessional methods given by the Lindsey staff. I was a disappointed because folks had referred this dentist even though they prefaced their recommendation with saying some of the staff is not the most friendly, and the dentist bed side manners are in question. But we really needed on a dentist at that time and hoped for the best. To be fair when my husband went to the appointments he said the dentist (assuming Lindsey) was good so there was no issue there. In my last conversation with them, I concluded by telling them this is not a good fit for our family and for the first time during this experience we all agreed on something. The second star is given because again my husband had a decent experience with the dentist. I hope they’ve improve on their customers service and organization because this experience was really unpleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment yesterday. The staff was friendly. No wait for my appointment. The office was clean. It was a good experience. The dental hygienist and Dr BRISLIN were great. I have already made a new patient appointment for my son.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a molar capped, front tooth bonded and 2 fillings yesterday . Dr Brislin and her team made sure I was comfortable throughout the 2 hour procedure by checking in with me often and keeping me posted on exactly what they were doing. Upon completion the capped tooth replicated the original tooth perfectly. I was able to pop my Invisalign trays back in without discomfort and was feeling well enough to go out to dinner with my husband that evening! The level of kindness, customer service and professionalism from the entire team is exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had an issue with my front tooth for years. It finally cracked this morning when I was having breakfast at work. This was embarrassing and very worrisome. I’m new to the area and found Lindsay Breslin’s office online. Her staff kindly got in that very morning, filled the cracked tooth and helped me create a plan for a wonderful new smile that includes porcelain caps and invisiline to straighten my teeth. She showed me with 3D imaging exactly how my teeth grind and explained everything perfectly. I’ve been worried and afraid about seeing the dentist but Lindsay and her DA Jenna were gentle, kind and made the visit positive. I’m grateful I found such a caring dentist and I’m actually excited for my upcoming work and the final product, my new smile!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! What a great dental experience! For the last few decades I've been going to an old school dentist practice until they retired, and was happy with the service. Tried Dr Brislin and her staff. They put me at my ease, made me feel as if I'd been going there for years. For the same fee I (ok Delta Dental) had been paying, they took the most X-rays I've ever had at 1 visit, and a video recording so they could make a 3D rendering of my full set of teeth. Showed me the good and the not so good parts with clear pictures, and gave me an action plan. Plus THE best cleaning & polishing I believe I've ever had! So of course I and my family will continue going to see Dr. Brislin for all my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. Jean gave me a very thorough cleaning and explanation of every step and a full education on my dental health and why it all matters. Dr. Brislin was kind and friendly and clearly cares about preventative care and has invested in her practice and her people. The 3-D scan of my teeth was very cool and something I’ve never experienced anywhere else, and gave me a new perspective on my mouth as a whole! Highly recommend checking them out.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched to Lindsay Brislin Dentistry and I had a wonderful experience! I was greeted with a warm and inviting welcome by the front desk staff. My hygienist, Rachelle, was pleasant and thorough and explained everything she was doing. After my cleaning, Dr. Brislin came in introduced herself, took the time to listen to my concerns and explained different options for treatment. She was very welcoming and made me feel like part of the family!

Experiencia negativa: Dr is nice but her dental work sucks. Patients constantly go back for redos because their fillings pop out the same day and she charges you out of your pocket because its “something you did”. Dr will charge you for a missed appointment even if you are sick. She doesn’t offer ANY payment plans to help her patients. If you are a new patient and need to cancel your appointment she will discontinue you before you even had your first visit. Also if you need a deep cleaning, they are going to do everything they can to make you spend more money than you need too. Also if your Hispanic, they will automatically think you have a “attitude”.

Going to the dentist can be so stressful but I felt the positive energy from the day I called to make my first appointment. Everyone is so friendly, especially Jean, who is the best hygienist ever. She made me feel so at ease and then took the time to dive into my x- rays and explain what she was seeing. Jean is a rock star!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great visit yesterday. Finding a good dentist is really hard - the Holy Grail. To begin, the office staff was very welcoming. Then my hygienist, Rachel, was professional and friendly. She explained everything in detail and took all proper safety precautions. Dr. Brislin was amazing. Same professionalism and friendliness. Her treatment program was thorough and shared my goals of tooth health and preservation as well as cosmetic improvements. We developed a great plan that gave me confidence that I am in the best of care. Highly recommended, but like all the top docs, you may have to wait a bit for an appointment. However, well worth it.

Got my teeth cleaned and what was impressive to me was how they actually take a scan of your teeth a model of you teeth to see the state that it is in. Their goal to to prevent things before it happens. Plus they accept my insurance lol. But other than that good experience. I like how they inform you of what they are doing. Place is a bit different than other dentists I been. Different in a good way. And you meet the owner/ dr of the place who also goes over what they did and also checks out your teeth as well. Which is very good. For a new patient I’m impressed. Keep up the good work

Experiencia negativa: I went in for an Invisalign retainer and they sold me a night guard telling me it would also act as a retainer. I spent $800 on the night guard that doesn’t keep my teeth straight so I basically can’t use it at all and still have to go buy another retainer! Had they sold me the product I went in for and not tried to upsell me on a product that doesn’t fit the needs I went in for (regardless of if I could also use a night guard), I wouldn’t be leaving this here. I went in multiple times to have it retightened and readjusted before just giving up because no matter how many times I told them it felt loose they didn’t listen to my concern that it wouldn’t be keeping my teeth in line. I spent more for a product that I didn’t ask for and didn’t get what I came in for. Looking for recommendations on a dentist to get an Invisalign retainer from!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Brislin's office by a friend. I don't think I can ever change to a different dentist. Dr. Brislin is excellent. She listens to you and puts you at ease. I have horrible fear of the dentist from past experiences, and she and her staff always make me feel at ease. Diane, her hygenists; is truly a god send. She is gentle and kind. If you are looking for a new office, this is it! Side note, I just wish they had more office hours available.

I am normally a bit anxious at the dentist office, but at this practice, everyone was exceptionally warm and welcoming and I was not nervous at all. The dental hygienist (Diana) and Dr. Brislin were very thorough, answered all my questions, and helped to map out a good plan for me. I am so looking forward to my upcoming appointments and feeling good about my smile again.
