We switched dentists after my daughter had a cavity, and we were worried about having it treated, but he calmly walked us through everything and put us at ease. Experiencia fantástica: I am so greatful to my dentist for recommending this dental office for my kids, my now 3 and a half year old daughter has gone twice in the past to another dental office and has been terrified of going to the dentist ever since and I was honestly scared of taking her because she just hears ‘dentist’ and starts screaming, so I made an appointment for just my 18 month old son and took my daughter so she can just see and maybe ease her into dental care but before they even took my son in she started getting so comfortable with the staff and they offered to see her as well and assured me I didn’t have to worry if she started screaming or crying that they would have patience with her but I mean to say I was surprised is an understatement. They made my kids feel so safe and comfortable, it was a great experience and they took the time to answer my questions. My daughter said “I like going to the dentist, it was cool.”

A friend recommended Robert C Lee office & OMG when I tell you that this office is hands down the BEST I mean it ! They took care of all my daughters needs and she was so calm with them, only nit ox used it was amazing ! My son had his first visit today and he is my timid child and they made him feel so calm and relaxed. I can't recommend this dentist and his staff enough.

Experiencia positiva: It’s clean, the staff is nice and quick, they offer goodie bags to the kids after their visit and provide a token in which the kids can get a prize from his gumball machine after treatment (stickers, bouncy balls, etc). They offer movies to watch as a distraction during the cleaning treatments, cute sunglasses to protect from the bright lights while laying down and a cool train that goes around the entire building (my personal fave) and some video games for the kiddos to play with while you wait/check in. With all that being said I’ve gone here for about 8 years now with 2 of my girl children. 8 year old no cavities - 11 year old just diagnosed with her first ones. In my time coming here - I’ve observed he has a high overturn in staff throughout the years and his presence is cold and rushed. I can appreciate personable and rushed but cold and rushed is a hard no for me. He tries very hard to be warm but I’ve observed him with his staff at times and it’s uncomfortable. It’s visible impatience & disappointment if his assistants performance is not meeting expectation and, what appears, even less personable, with them. His treatment dates are not kid friendly (only offers them during in school time slots - I’ve come to experience this for the first time as my 11 year old will need to get fillings) I can appreciate the façade for the little ones but as a parent it’s difficult to want to stay with him as my girls are getting older. Especially after learning that I’d have to miss work and my daughter miss school, to schedule treatment. I’ve already paid my deposit for treatment but I think I’m ok with forfeiting that in lieu of finding a dentist that better fits our growing needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Before going to Dr Lee I had such a traumatizing experience with another pediatric dentist. I left their office in tears. The same day I took the Internet in search of a decent dentist. After reading review after review I decided to give Dr Lee a go. I do not regret my decision. My son needed two fillings so I really couldn't wait. Dr Lee was such a positive experience. Thankfully we didn't need anesthesia. Dr Lee as well as the office staff were really patient with him during the procedure. Today we went back for his follow up cleaning and my two year old and my four year old both love them. That says so much about someone. If you're looking for a dentist. Take it from a mom who already had a horrible experience, he's really different than the average dentist our there. Also, they are always on time and they make sure they get your in and out quickly so the kids don't get fussy. N all the trains, are truly a hit with my kids which is a bonus.

Experiencia fantástica: My 8 yr old boy ran into a pole today and chipped his front tooth. It chipped a good chunk, but thankfully after confirming with xray, nothing serious was seen. Dr. Lee did an amazing job filling the tooth. And it matched perfectly to his adult tooth. (My husband was able to send me pictures while I was at work.) My son can be a bit shy, but Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff made him feel at ease, as usual. He especially loves Dr. Lee's toy train running through the office. And he was so happy with the results, he ran to show it off to me when I got home from work. Thanks a million to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff. My kiddo is running around bragging about how good his tooth looks.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this place since 2013 for my first and second child, and I have always had positive experiences. I have never felt that the dentist is overbooked or that there is a long wait time. He had a lady who used to do the insurance that was frustrating but i haven't seen her there past few years. We pay with FSA card and she battled with us to leave an appointment fee and we always left aggravated because she'd get upset we didn't want to leave a "missed appointment fee" when we'd never missed an appointment. His team is consistently well-prepared and ready for our appointments when we arrive. In my opinion, Robert is gentle with my children and knows how to take control without being overly aggressive or frustrated. It's a relief to see that my children have never had the traumatic experiences at the dentist that I had when I was younger. Dr. Lee has created a comfortable and pleasant environment for them.

Unfortunately, it was still a big step for my 5 year old since it was his first time, but we were able to get some work done still. He did his best and he definitely loved the train they have. At first he was trying to figure out why then slowly he offer a free consultation and told me that he would refer me to his network. Giving the fact Dr. Lee only practice his profession with kids and he took me in so I am very honored and grateful that we met and he is willing to service the community to his best. Regarding my experience with his business all of his staff are amazing friendly. I was greeted the min I walked in and they honor their appointment system well meaning in a timely manner. Lastly and the MOST important they were super gentle with me lol. Like I said… the biggest kid on them dental chairs. Thank you to Dr. Lee’s office and highly recommended to all.

For example, his team was able to squeeze our son in earlier today for a tooth extraction. We are so grateful for all of them. Also, for the kids’ routine 6-mo check up, he’s able to fit them all in at the same time which is super convenient for us as parents. The clinic is very clean, which is a huge plus too.
