Experiencia negativa: At first when they tell you they have payment options they really just mean financing. Which they probably take a cut out of instead of allowing repayment plans with no interest. But fine you pay 800 out of pocket because you don’t want to finance. then, a couple of weeks later they SEND YOU AN ADDITIONAL BILL and they don’t explain why: you call them and it turns out they didn’t send the required pictures / documents to your insurance so your insurance underpays. You call them about it and they tell you their boss is out on vacation but we will call you back to figure it out . You wait two weeks and you get no calls back and then you call and leave a voice mail because they don’t pick up and you don’t want any issues or it going to collections so you do your part but get no response back from Them except a mail for the bill… absolute scam. Don’t go here.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. Was told I wouldnt be billed for a fluoride treatment and received a bill a month later. They called me in early and I had to sit there and wait forever. I was there for over 2 hours for a 6 month cleaning appointment. They polished my teeth before they cleaned them. The dentist didn't even look in my mouth until I questions his extreme treatment plan he recommended. I will not be going back.

They may not have some of the amenities of other big offices like TVs in each room or a swanky chairs, but I’d rather have the innovative dental tools than those. Plus they are also super efficient—I’m never waiting around or spending a ton of time in the chair, so there’s no time to watch tv!

At the end she got excited for her toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. He praised her and said he wished all kids got that excited about cleaning their teeth!
