Alaa was very patient listening to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My last cleaning with Rachel was especially excellent — having had braces, I really appreciated how thorough she was and how carefully she made sure no spots were missed. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: New customer. They gave me an appointment on very short notice. My visit started with Rebecca at 7AM at the front desk. Wow, professional, cheerful, and very helpful. I had not filled out the online forms before I arrived, not a problem. She gave me an iPad and in 2 minutes I was done. Dr. Lei and her staff took care of my issue in 40 minutes and scheduled my appointments for the permanent fix before I left. I highly recommend them. P.S Rebecca is worth her weight in gold. Front line staff makes all the difference.

Experiencia negativa: I did not have a pleasant experience at this dentist. First, I needed a crown and I got my temporary crown put on. Not even an hour later my temporary crown came off because they failed to cure the glue so my temporary crown stayed place. By this time, it was Friday afternoon and they had closed. So the whole weekend I had my crown off and my tooth was very sensitive. Second, all three times that I had to get novocaine, they did not do it properly so when they started drilling I could feel everything. I remember a specific time the dental hygienist numbed the top of my mouth and told me she would numb the bottom half at a later time. Well, once they were finished with the top tooth they started drilling on my bottom and they forgot to numb me and it was extremely painful. The lack of attention to detail was not positive. I found my dentist to be dismissive & felt like she did not understand me & the pain I was having. Lastly, I had two cavity fillings and weeks after the cavity filling. I was still having a lot of pain in the areas that they operated on. I went back to the office multiple times for them to look at the teeth to see if it was improperly done or if there’s anything that could be done. My dentist told me that I can take a cavity/filling six months to properly heal. I’ve never heard this before, and have had other feelings that have not had any pain.

Experiencia negativa: I wasn't thrilled with my latest visit. They had to cancel my appointment and the earliest they could get me in was April. Luckily I was put on a list for cancelations and was able to get in within a couple of weeks. However I wasn't told I'd be seeing an entirety different doctor and hygienist. My hygienist was very new. She struggled to get the X-Ray to work properly. She was very rough and lacked bedside manner. It's unfortunate to see service slip like this.

I've had mixed experiences with their dentists but find their services adequate, though I haven't needed more than routine cleanings since being with them, so it's uncertain how the dentists do when required to do hands-on work. Scheduling appointments has been positive, with some 7am times available

She also consistently opts for a conservative approach to treatment, which I really appreciate after having more aggressive offices in the past. Continues to be a great dental office.

They were completely booked for the day but asked if I could come back at 9:30am and they would try to squeeze me in.
