Experiencia negativa: Went for pain in two teeth, i asked if i could get a filling and they said no due to their protocols. Argued with me like right when i got there. it felt like they where there more for money and not for the patient, referring to the two persons i was assigned.

Experiencia fantástica: I love coming to Anderson Lake Dental! I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a fantastic job. The staff are so friendly and they are efficient with getting you in and out promptly for your 6 month cleaning. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Shiraz is not only kind, patient and courteous- his attention to detail is artistry. Iv always worried that with my limited insurance my dental experience might not be the same or as quality as someone with better coverage, but this has never been the case and iv been coming here many years now. Dr Ambereen is just as great. Iv had a root canal, crowns, fillings, temporary fillings all of the things done here, and they are always willing to help and to work with whatever my budget is at the time. All the hygienist here are so fun and kind too. Like ALL of them. This is a really positive atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: The waiting room is really relaxing with the plants, they are a no fragrance clinic, the entire experience was very welcoming, my hygienist Heidi was amazing, she made me laugh & did an amazing job on my teeth. The dentist Dr Shiraz was very welcoming & friendly, explained things to me in a lot of detail, seemed to really care about patients. This was my first time visiting, I have another cleaning scheduled & an appointment to fix some fillings that are cracking from a different dentist years ago. I hope that my search for a dental clinic is done, it’s so hard to find the perfect fit!

Experiencia fantástica: Omar was the best! He truly is passionate and good at what he does.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely FANTASTIC staff from reception to hygienist to doctor. 5 stars EASY! I’ve had bad lock jaw issues that they quickly, painlessly, and smoothly addressed. Purely professionals over here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a check-up and cleaning done yesterday and had the loveliest experience! The hygienist and Dr. Shiraz were so kind and personable and made sure to address any concerns I had. They were very thorough and I'm very happy with the results from my cleaning - I have a permanent retainer that is hard to get around but it was a breeze for the hygienist. I was nervous about finding a new dentist after moving back to the area but I definitely made the right choice!

Experiencia fantástica: They were so great! Made me very comfortable and walked me through every part of the process. They were gentle as possible throughout the procedure. High recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: It's been 7 years since my last visit so I had a lot of dental work to catch up on. Here's my experience with Anderson Lake Dental just from this past month! (June/July 2024) I went in to get my teeth cleaned. They recommended a deep cleaning over the standard cleaning. It wasn't covered by my insurance but I sprung for it because they highly recommended it. NO REGRETS! I came out of there with my teeth SEVERAL SHADES WHITER! I was surprised to see my teeth were in better condition than I thought- and the process took less than an hour! A week later, I went in to replace a 20 year old metal filling on my left molar. It was in REALLY bad shape and I was nervious about it. They got me a partial crown that same day and saved the tooth! Dr. Shiraz and company communicated with me throughout the entire process. They checked in with me frequently, analyzing me for any discomfort and they made me feel safe! The tooth looks and feels great! I came in later that day to pay via check. My mouth was no longer numb from the procedure and I mentioned that I felt a small rough spot on the edge of the crown- they took care of it on the spot and smoothened it out! Lastly, the following week I went in to replace my front tooth! I had chipped half of it when I was a kid and it was discolored compared to my other teeth- so I've always been self-conscious of my smile. They took care of it in a week! They gave me a temporary tooth while the permanent was made. Once they got my new tooth into place, it looked natural and matched my other teeth! It's great! I'm very impressed with the care I've received! My insurance didn't pay for any of the procedures so it all came out of pocket- but I have no regrets. The service, care, and quality was worth the expense. I trust Anderson Lake with my dental work and will be returning soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, dental hygienists, and receptionist. Had two filling’s done, and full scan for a night guard, in just under 45 minutes. Quite impressive!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff, service, extra luxury complimentary options while you are getting your teeth worked on.

Experiencia negativa: I feel because I carry state medical, which I pay a premium for, you guys don’t put the same effort as you would a person using Delta Dental, which I also an is to much. Treat all patients with the same respect, no matter the insurance!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist and clinic! I had been searching for a new dentist in the area and so I took a shot based upon a recommendation from a friend and the great reviews online. I was not disappointed in any way. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the doctors. Very knowledgeable, informative and responsive. It’s clearly visible that they take their patients dental health and concerns very serious from the time that you walk in the door until your treatment is complete. Everything was pleasant, very easy and incredibly smooth. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Shiraz and his team! I found my dentist! Great people! Great operation! Very nicely done!

Experiencia fantástica: I switched dental professionals about two years ago, and I have been impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. The front office staff are courteous and efficient. The hygienist is knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. The dentists are friendly, have demonstrated a high level of expertise and prompt. I have yet to wait beyond my appointment time. I’m happy that I made the change.

Their service is consistently exceptional, characterized by warmth and efficiency. Recently renovated, their office exudes modernity, and the reception staff never fail to greet you with a smile. I must extend a special appreciation to Omar, Ci, and particularly Dr. Shiraz – they're truly our dream team. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shiraz is amazing! He's very knowledgeable and gentle. He absolutely knows what he's doing and I'm grateful he's my dentist. Shout out to Joe and the rest of the office staff for their knowledge of dental plans and their warm greetings!

Experiencia fantástica: They are all about you your smile and does everything they can to make it perfect

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, everything from the interior design of the office to the people working there was incredible. I have dental anxiety and they were so understanding and supportive of me. They listened to me, explained clearly what was happening, answered my questions, and the front desk lady (who shared her own experience of dental anxiety) even gave me a sticker after my check up for having no cavities and taking good care of my teeth! I mentioned the interior design because the chairs were so comfortable. When I hopped into the dentist's exam chair it felt like I was sitting on a plush cloud. My partner reccomended this place to me because of their bedside manor. I'm so happy I listened. Anderson Lake Dental makes dentist appointments as comfortable as they can be for someone as anxious as me.

Experiencia fantástica: Omar was great with my kiddo on his first exam

Experiencia fantástica: Anderson Lake Dental has been one of the most professional and family oriented staff. This is my family’s go to place for all our dental needs for over 10 years. There hasn’t been a single complaint from our side and they have been able to accommodate every time we’ve needed assistance. Although they’re extremely busy, they value long term patient relationships. It’s so much easy to talk to them about financing and it never feels like they’re trying to sell or force anything, instead they have worked with us to plan out the best path of treatments. Very satisfied with the professionalism and looking forward to a long last relationship with this clinic for my whole family. Although we live in Eagan, it’s worth the drive to a clinic which cares.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a client with this clinic for years now. I should say it’s been always a positive and great experience getting dental help that needed. Friendly and professional workers and as a cause, - positive environment. I’m Ukrainian refugee, and I remember when I came broke to USA about decade ago. I faced with unfortunate to deal with dishonest dentist-doctor in another clinic who destroyed my healthy teeth taking financial advantage of me, and after she realized that I don’t have money to pay above what insurance covers; she dropped taking care of me not finishing even started unnecessary root channel cleaning. And when I asked a second dentist opinion and found out that there was no need to open my healthy teeth. So, I was not familiar at that time to check reviews prior to get service from a provider in USA. I learned my lesson via hard way. So, finally I was referred to Anderson Lake Dental in Eden Prairie. They did fabulous work taking care of my destroyed teeth, and they been flexible considering my experience and financial opportunities. I’m so grateful to be their client, and I kindly appreciate their help and care. I believe in reviews, so Anderson Lakes Dental deserves a great feedback!
