While I'd prefer to not be going to a dental visit, I'm happy to say that dental visits with Drs. Hoover and Molleti is time well spent. The staff, with added kudos to Megan, is friendly and attentive and even in a time of transitioning to a new dental office, the entire practice is clean, cheery and well equipped. I've already recommended Dr. Hoover to colleagues and will gladly continue to do so in the future.

They felt so clean and smooth! It was great. However, in all her thoroughness, she discovered some real problem areas. Additional x-rays were done, and yes, there were problems. But, how good to learn about them and begin planning a treatment for them! After a consult with both Jaime & Dr. Hoover, a better understanding of the situation & treatment was arrived at. Progress is being made, but I am most grateful to have come here. No other dental professional office had found these and addressed them. I've seen several lately! My hygienist is very thorough, professional and friendly! My visit starts with a cancer check, followed by cleaning. Her expertise with the water pick is superb and she always checks to see that I am comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process. My numbers have improved so much since I started coming here. Plus the front office clerks are always friendly and helpful.

Only hickup is front office never received x rays from my primary dentist and should have monitored and alerted me. We have to wait 15 min until they sent it over.

Experiencia fantástica: I sincerely appreciate Dr. Hoover’s direct approach to oral hygiene. If a dentist/endodontist ever asks you if someone has showed you how to take care of your teeth, do yourself a favor and say NO! I gladly learned several new techniques that made a huge difference in how I felt about my teeth and how I take care of them. Oral surgery is a scary idea to me however Dr. Hoover and Tanya (assistant extraordinaire) took care of me throughout the entire process. They frequently checked on how I was doing and provided more novacane anytime I felt even the slightest pain. If I ever need oral surgery again (oh how I hope I don’t), there is no other place I would consider going than Dr. Hoover!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to see Dr. Hoover after a disappointing experience with a prior periodontist. I have to admit the difference was night and day. The problem with my prior office was that they didn’t listen to or communicate with me. I tried to talk about my experiences and ask about my options and expected outcomes and I was ignored and given the brush off. From the beginning I felt heard. The preliminary paperwork even asked what I was looking for most out of the experience here. Everyone was friendly and appeared to be happy to be there, which an totally affect the experience of having work done. Dr Hoover listened to me and discussed what our preliminary steps should be. I’m not a dental or medical professional, so I am not looking to dictate what needs to be done, but I want a discussion so I can make an informed decision.

Experiencia fantástica: Because my English is not good, I have to go to the office to make an appointment, it will be easy to communicate, when I saw a gentleman in the parking lot was about to leave from work, but he saw me coming, stood there and looked at me, as if he knows I need help, he came over and told me that he is a dental doctor here, (I'm sorry because my English is not good I forget the dentist name), He was kind enough to personally take me to the office and tell the staff to make an appointment for me. When I went to check my teeth, the Dr. was very patient and told me about my teeth in detail. he even used the computer to help me understand the knowledge of teeth with Google Translate. Thank you doctors and nurses, your kindness made me lose my nervousness about going to the dentist Thank you. I appreciate it！

Dr. Hoover came highly recommended from our children dentistry office and he did not disappoint. He was great with my daughter (and me), spent as much time as needed, coordinated and communicated with her dentist, and took into account how to best work with her. If he is this great with her, I would recommend him to anyone

Experiencia negativa: . Got the sense there was poor technical communication between the practicianers and office staff. They scheduled me for an appointment where I required a doctor however the doctor was already booked in surgery. I rescheduled for the following day at 11:30 however got a text notification for the appointment starting it was for 4:30. I called back and the receptionist blamed it on the software manufacturer and said they would contact them, though I suspect a typo or poor understanding of the notification interface and doubt follow up was made with the software company. I decided to cancel my appointment and find another provider at this point. A doctor contacted me about my cancellation shortly after. I had requested my info be transfered to the new practice and inquired about refund of my first visit. She said her office manager would need to get back to me. I did not get a timely response and needed to reach out myself. I also got another text reminder about the appointment that I had already requested to be cancelled. It also seemed as though the only time someone showed some ownership of a mistake was after I explained specifically why I was frustrated with the inefficient scheduling to the doctor on her call back after I cancelled. When I had make the appointment for the avoidable appointment I had to almost bring up the fact that I needed to schedule an appointment come back in. It seemed like they knew they did wrong and were beating around the bush and just not bring it up. Ownership would of a mistake at that point would have been nice, or immediately upon when I was given a call back by the doctor apposed to after I had to explain the mistake to them. They all just continued to emphasize how the first rescheduling wasn't their fault. I didn't feel heard. ̶2̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶r̶t̶s̶ because I don't know enough about periodontics to say they did anything wrong there. Although insurance declined the first request made for my receding gums. And when we were taking photos for insurance the practitioner had me hold my own cheek restrainer which I feel might not have been SOP based off the tone/suggestion in some comments. EDIT: Had to call back about the refund for the appointment that I was told by the doctor I was going to get a call back for. The office staff person said the doctor told them they explained to me I was not entitled refund and did not say anything about a call back. Though I remember being told by the doctor the head office staff person was going to give me a call back concerning the refund. Now down to 1 start.
